moths wings // oc animatic arachnits 2024-07-08 | 4 years ago today, in a rp server me and benny would make two characters and decide to rp them for fun, and from then on they would become inseparable, and benny and i would spend the next 4 years crafting a beautiful story and friendship all from that fateful momentnot that i care or anythingi speedran this in about a day and a half and im honestly really happy with it,, it was based on an animatic benny did of them in october 2020, and i wanted to try and like finish it in a way... the beginning of the animatic especially is inspired by his original version!!characters:piers, my character (tall, long hair)coral, benny's character (shorter, fluffy fur)story:coral and piers were extremely close friends despite their differences. coral, a high ranking royal knight, and piers a thief living in the shadows of their kingdom. still, they made a profound connection and were able to share their true selves with each other, something especially significant for piers, who's never had anyone he could be himself with in years. RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!ANYWAY because i didn't have time to go into it in my hold on map part, i might as well take this opportunity to talk about them a biti think these two characters actually have a lot in common experience-wise but are different people who can learn a lot from each other. i picture them brought together by mapleshade's crimes and finding comfort in each other. there is a lot of potential for drama in their bond, and ive been having fun playing with it in my mind. like imagine them growing close and getting attached and then frecklewish finding out appledusk was her mate and then feels like shes reliving her experience with mapleshade all over again until she discovers that she isnt like mapleshade, that shes different and she trusts her. and they make up and everything.
