Save in front of the PC2. Open the PC and withdraw the Pokemon you want to duplicate. Any Pokemon that you move from your party to the PC at this time will be deleted, so make sure you start the process with empty spots in your party.3. Exit the PC, walk over to the right most counter, and talk to the lady until the screen says "Would you like to save the game?" (it doesn't matter which pokemon you choose when she asks)4. Reset your game (Turn the console off and on or press A+B+Start+Select)5. When the game boots up, your party will be as it was when you reset it, but the PC will be as it was before you saved.
