Izzie K Studio Infinite Love: Straight Spiral Pour with Embellishments

DecoArt satin paints were used. Each satin paint was mixed with a tube paint, then thinned with Floetrol + water mixture, which is 9 parts Floetrol + 1 part water, to a consistency of 2 second trace.
Base coat: Amsterdam Graphite
Colors used: DecoArt Satin: Black Tie, True Blue, Flamingo, Eggplant, Sky Blue; Golden: Iridescent Silver; DecoArt Satin Enamel: Pure White; Liquitex Basics: Mars Black, Light Blue Violet; Pebeo: Iridescent Blue Black; Amsterdam: Venetian Rose
Colors were mixed to achieve the colors of the palette.
TLP Pigments used: Sterling
The pigment was first dispersed in Josonja gloss varnish, then Floetrol was added to desired consistency.
Colors were dropped in the cup from up high, not layered.

The CA is thinned with Aussie Flo until it streams for a few seconds off the stick and bounces back quick on the stick.

Izzie K Studio 2025-08-14 | This flower was created using Fluid Art Co. TLP Horizon that I made into an alcohol ink by adding 91% isopropyl alcohol.
The other alcohol ink that was used was from Ranger and it was pitch black. Other things used for this was a JOT writing gel pen that I got from Dollar tree, Caliart alcohol ink pens, 91% isopropyl alcohol, and a MASTER airbrush set at approx. 50 psi.

#42 Beautiful mouth blown bloom with 18 month old CA! Wow!

Izzie K Studio 2025-06-29 | This is a mouth blown bloom on a 6 inch x 6 inch tile. The CAs were mixed up 12-18 months ago. I was cleaning up my studio, came across these CAs, “saw a squirrel”, and thought I’d take a break from cleaning and give them a test! The PM paints used were mixed with SW infinity, after first dispersing the This Little Piggy pigments in Josonja Gloss Varnish. The consistency of the PM colors are a 3 second trace. The CAs used were thicker, at least a 1 second trace. Colors used:

The TLP pigments were first dispersed in a small amount of GAC 800, then 1 tsp of gel gloss was added to make a tube paint consistency, then US Floetrol was added.

All paints were made to be the same consistency of the pigment paints, as these are usually the thinnest to start with.

When dry, a layer of ColorShot Pixie Dust Iridescent Spray Paint was applied.

Cloud Pour Mix: 1 part DecoArt Satin Enamels in pure white to 2 parts Floetrol

Kangaroo cup: hot glue 2 ounce cup to inside of 8 ounce cup, level with the rim. Add cloud pour mix to almost the top of the 2 ounce cup. Layer the rest of the colors. This painting was done in 2 stages. First, I placed a puddle of the white, then did the kangaroo pour in a straight/Ring pour, then layered a 2 ounce cup like the bigger one, and added a small layer of cloud mix, and did a traveling straight/Ring pour. I stretched, not spun the paint on the canvas.
