In this video I demonstrate how I use Fusion 360 and my Bambu 3D printers to make jigs that are easy to use and help people make cheese slicers without complicated measuring and worrying about proper placement of the drill bit for the cheese slicer hardware.
I have a sister video to this one at the below link that walks through how to physically use these jigs once they are 3D printed. youtu.be/AkQP1PJdHRU
In the sister video I walk through step-by-step how to use these 3D printed jigs to make a Cheese Slicer.
I am making the Fusion 360 Files available for download free if you watch the video and copy a coupon code that I announce and write on the screen in the video. Admittedly, this is something I am doing to try and get more people to watch the entire video, or at least until I give out the free coupon code.

youtu.be/ukDm03gida8CNC Magnet Installation Made Simple – Updated Game Board Method - No More Need for Blue TapeRob Sandstrom Designs2025-08-12 | n this updated CNC woodworking tutorial, I show you a better, faster, and foolproof way to install magnets in CNC-carved projects like cribbage boards. In my previous video, I used blue tape to ensure the polarities matched so magnets would attract instead of repel. This time, I’m using super strong neodymium magnets paired with steel blanks to completely eliminate polarity issues!
In some cases it may be useful to use my Blue Tape Method, if interested in that you should check out that video - when you can't find strong enough magnets to use a magnet and steel plate combination.
You’ll see the entire process step-by-step — from inserting the magnets and steel plates, to ensuring a perfect, snug fit that keeps your CNC project lids secure. Whether you’re making cribbage boards, keepsake boxes, or other CNC projects, this method will save you time and frustration.

In this video I will be using a cardboard template and slate coasters to demonstrate the use of this tool. This technique allows you to efficiently engrave multiple items with exact positioning every time.
This can include items like cribbage boards, or other items created on a CNC for which you want to use the laser to engrave graphics, numbers, etc. on the CNC carved item.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced laser user, this method will save time. Watch as I walk through the full setup— LightBurn to testing alignment and engraving the final coasters.

The video will discuss previewing your toolpath after being calculated and ensuring the Safe Z Rapid travel is set properly to avoid hitting clamps during the carving process.

It uses the laser cut characters and a guide, that is provided, with references to scriptures to lead one through the Easter Story.
i wanted to let people know of this tool to share the Easter story. People that have laser machines can take advantage of this themselves by purchasing the file at the following link and making their own story book or one for a friend or loved one.:
I wish I had discovered this earlier and made some for special friends and family. I would love to have put them on my website for people that want one but don't have a laser to make their own. I at first was disappointed to see the file was for personal use but reading the item description it appears this is now for Commercial Use also.
