Hayato's Journey is a SEGA Mega Drive / Genesis homebrew game that works like a unofficial spiritual sequel of Kenseiden, a cult-classic SEGA Master System game.
Hayato's Journey is the first full SEGA Mega Drive / Genesis game powered by the Scorpion Engine by earok.
Story: Hayato is the last descendent of the Great Hayato, a legendary member of the Dragon family that fight against the evil Warlock centuries ago. On this battle, Great Hayato recovered the 5 Secret Scrolls and the Sacred Sword of the Dragon King.
On this journey, the Evil Warlock called Yonensai, returned from the Demon World searching for vengeance annihilating the remaining Dragon family descendents. Hayato, equipped with the Sword of the Dragon King, cross the land dominated by Evil Entities, Warlocks and Wicked Beasts to revenge his master, killed by the Evil Warlock henchmen and also to save his beloved Sakura that was kidnaped by the Yonensai, the evil Warlock itself.

This is a homebrew version of the Final Fight arcade to the SEGA Mega Drive made from scratch, without using any source code from the original.As this is a working-in-progress project, please, keep in mind there are many bugs, including graphics corruption, lockups, and many other strange behaviors that can occur in the middle of gameplay.This demo includes:- Possibility to play with 2 players at the same time- 3 characters to select- 3 complete rounds with their respective bosses- Survivor and Time Attack modes with the "Metro City Bridge" scenarioTo play the demo: download the binary ROM file for use with an emulator of your choice, or play it on a flashcard. Anomalies may occur depending on the flashcard or emulator. The game ran correctly on the Blastem emulator and Everdrive X3 flashcard.

This is an IMPRESSIVE SEGA 32X adaptation of OpenLara, an opensource version of Tomb Raider by XProger. Even thats an early prototype, its already pretty impressive, even without the use of the 2 SH2 processors and show that SEGA 32X DOES!!
Since jvisser made his 32x upgrade of Golden Axe is now playable on real hardware, i made this gameplay finally trying it and also to test OBS and Retroarch on my Steam Deck lol.

This is "Dragon's Lair The Adventure Continues" a cancelled faithfull port by Eden Entertainment Software of the original game by Motive Time for the SNES.
Since it was cancelled, this Prototype is a bit unfinished in the edges and there's a weird bug that make possible you throw projectiles when crouched. So i:
-Fixed the "crouch item throw" bug. -Improved the PCM Samples volume. -Added a reset command (ABC+START during gameplay).

Mega Man: The Sequel Wars is a fan-made homebrew remake of Mega Man 4, 5 and 6 for the Sega Mega Drive, following in the footsteps of the officially released Mega Man: The Wily Wars. It aims to carefully recreate the NES classics while giving them a fresh 16-bit coat of paint and a rearranged soundtrack. It also aims to improve on the foundation of Wily Wars by enhancing both the presentation and gameplay.
Episode Red is the first release of the project, containing the full remake of Mega Man 4. Alongside the original game's content, a slew of new features are added to spice up the experience for returning players.
NOTE: this is not a rom hack of Wily Wars! It is fully coded from scratch in C using the SGDK library. As such, the game will be distributed as full ROM releases as there is no original game to patch to.

This is my first attempt to hack the SMPS z80 sound driver to add more sound voices. New Samples added: -SEGA sound (in glorious DPCM 8khz LOL) -Restored the voices for the 3 chars in the Select Screen -Better screaming voice sample from the Arcade -Man, Woman and Robot grunt samples and their "complaint" sample after get a hit. -A random system for the grunts/complaint samples like in the Arcade. -Added the awesome Alien vanish sfx sample from the Arcade instead of a lackluster FM sfx
This is still a quick test so it probably will get MUCH better!

This is an undumped official game from 2003 made by Devworks for the Tectoy's "Super Mega Drive 3 43 Jogos" from 2003.
There's a dump of an inferior version from 2004 with PSG musics instead of sampled songs.

Kekcroc is a lost media game, released in 1993 for Mega Drive, also known as Sega Genesis.
It is not known the company that made Kekcroc, but what people tell about is that it was produced to be sold in local discount stores in the 1990s.
It had a cheap development, with poor graphics and bad gameplay.
Kekcroc gained some attention in forums around 2016, where people showed some game pictures and the cover art box.
The quote in the cover says "A fun family experience!" and it is expected to be a family friendly game.
Finally a playable cartridge of Kekcroc was found, and the ROM can be downloaded here (see below).
Most of the images that people shared over the forums are real, and even the strange modulated voice saying "Hi, I am Kekcroc".
The gameplay is rather different to what people commented over the internet, it is really simple, but fun to play.

Kekcroc ganhou atenção nos fóruns, por volta de 2016, quando as pessoas compartilharam fotos do jogo e imagens da capa.
Na capa tem uma frase dizendo que o jogo é "Uma experiência para toda família!", então se espera ser um jogo livre para todas as idades.
Finalmente um cartucho jogável de Kekcroc foi encontrado e a ROM pode ser baixada aqui (veja link acima).
A maioria das imagens exibidas nos fóruns são reais, inclusive a voz robótica modulada dizendo "Hi, I am Kekcroc".
O gameplay é diferente do que foi comentado pela internet, é bem simples, porém divertido de jogar.

Open the USA version of the game, goto offset 00 0D 5C and write:
0A 23 for the first unused cutscene 0A 2D for the second unused cutscene 0A 2E for the third unused cutscene
Unused Cutscenes description:
1- Rebel Base Explosion without the animation of Milleniun Falcon escaping (probably a beta version of the final cutscene).
2- X-Wing racing to Cloud City (probably would be used before the X-Wing arriving on the planet Bespin cutscene).
3- Milleniun Falcon arriving on the planet Bespin (probably would be used after the lost "Asteroid Chase" Mode 7 stage.*

This is just me randomly attempting just for fun to hack MD Fatal Fury/Garou Densetsu.
What was changed: -Added "Fatal Fury" voice. Fatal Fury use DPCM (PCM compressed) files for voice samples. -No more broken voice pitches. Adjusted to a more accurate pitch. -Terry and Andy Sprites Palette changed to a more Neo Geo faithfull one -Subway, Pao Pao cafe and Geese stage palettes improved -VS faces palettes accurate to the Neo Geo -Geese is playable in VS without code -Is possible to disable the timer without hold A on options -Programmed a simple Reset system (Pause and press ABC+START) -Programmed a Training Mode (A+START at the Press Start screen) -Fixed Terry jump back flip animation

What was improved in this update: -Restored the MS-DOS stage 1 intro sfx+jingle. -You start level 7 screaming -Fixed the potion jingles: small jingle for the heal potion, complete jingle for the life potion and the right theme for the gravity potion. -Now you can change the side with your enemie during a combat. -When you hit the enemie, he draw back a little more to be easier to kill him with traps. -After the join with Shadow Man, he give you the stoled life point like in the MS-DOS version. -The "bridge" after Shadow Man encounter, just active if you joins him just like in the MS-DOS version. -You don't need to make a running jump to "draw the bridge", just run over the fall like in the MS-DOS version. & more...

What was improved:
-Programmed the "Counter Attack" move. When the enemie attack you, you can amend a counter attack just like in the original version -Removed at least 1 frame of delay of all animations. Now the animations are almost 1:1 with the MAC version timing and the gameplay improved a lot! -Jump Forward improved, faster and now the move is just like in the SNES (just need to press B button instead of B+direction) -Added Shadowman Theme to the stage 4 ending -Added a new palette (WIP) for the last level (stage 13) -Added 4 exclusive random wallpapers for the menu screen. Experimental -Added a WIP intro credit screen that use 2 palettes in the same screen plane+shadow highlight mode. -Added the right SFX for when the Kid hang on the edges -Added the right theme and increase of 1 life point for when you emerge with the Shadow. & more improvements

What i already did:
-Restored the original Title Screen from MS-DOS version -Removed the awful input lag -Increase the overall speed of the game -Improved a bit the broken Sword Fight engine now it plays more like the PCE version. No more button smashes! -Removed the slow fade in/fade out effect during screen transitions -Improved collision with the walls so you can hang in the ledges just like in the original. -Improved the hang system so now you can make the "parkours" just like the DOS version -Restored a lot of the SFX and inserted in the right position to sound more like the Macintosh version -Changed some music jingles to match the PC/MAC version -Added alternative Dungeon Palettes for the 3rd, 7-8-9 and 12 stages like the 1.3 version. -Added different palettes for guards based on MAC palettes -instead of the same palette for all stages -Added 3 custom Palettes for the Kid/Prince via code: -Asiatic color scheme (PC98, X68k, SEGA CD, PCE and SNES) -MS-DOS color scheme -Custom color scheme -Added some cheats from the DOS version via code. -Restored Heal Potion in Stage 3 -Added an extra fight with Jaffar before the Princess room (like in the asiatic version)

This is a really rare International Super Star Soccer Deluxe hack made by Twin Eagles Group for the SEGA Genesis that can't be confused with another hack: Futbol Argentino 98 Passion de Multitudes, a FIFA 95 hack.

-Fixed the Pit II Stage Fatality the error that show the player collision animation before the 32x finish the ground zoom.
