You need 2 pieces cut at 7x5. Those are the top flaps with pockets. Pockets: 2 pieces of card stock 5 ½ x 3 score on 3 sides at ½ two short & 1 long side. Waterfall: 5 pieces of card stock 5 x 4 ½ score each piece on 5 side at ½. Fold out on right side: 2 pieces of card stock 7x 4 ¾, 2 pieces of card stock 6 x 4 ¾, 2 pieces of card stock 5 x 6 ¾ score all 6 @ ½ on 4 ¾ side. Tyvek: 2 pieces cut @ 2 x 6 ⅞.
