I put together this copy from three pieces, all from early (1975-1976) episodes, before they nailed down the closing of the show (i.e. the transcript offer and WNET/WETA notice). My splice at 0:22 is pretty rough, it seems like episode #20, which has a cut like that, messed me up. The sudden change in EQ doesn't help either.
A bit of trivia about the video slides: You may notice that one of the title cards has a red slash in it. That was only used for one week in early September 1976. They changed it to match the blue of the PBS logo shortly thereafter.

(The oldest surviving off-air footage I can find of KCAU dates from 1981.) Only the first half of the game was recorded on the tape, followed by some program about Gayle Sayers, and then the 1985 NFC championship (commercials from which I have previously posted). This was a syndicated NCAA telecast; I'm not sure when exactly Raycom came onto the scene.
Included is the full open of the game, because it leads into some technical difficulties. Also of note is that some of these ads are run off of SLIDES. This marks the only time I have ever seen that, and certainly one of the latest instances of this happening on United States television in general.
This NCAA telecast is jam packed with production music of the period. The theme is "Top Gear," from the 1983 Bruton Music release titled _World of Sport_ (BRG 23). Content ID has tagged it from its 1989 reissue on Wall Street (BRN 21). One of the out-to-commercial cues is definitely the alternate version of "Name-Dropper" by Craig Palmer, from the Network Music library. It's on the album that's now labeled as NM002 Disco Inferno though it originally was Up-Tempo Volume 2 when released in 1979.Lightkeeper Productions/Coca-Cola Telecommunications (with 1982 CPT theme) (1987)VectraQS2020-11-14 | From the season 3 premiere of "Punky Brewster" on Peacock.NET Nebraska/KYNE-TV 26 Omaha - 6AM sign on (2009) - reconstructed/restoredVectraQS2020-10-26 | Found the (stereo!) audiotape that I recorded of this, spliced it together with the audio from the video, and looped it the best I could. TURN DOWN YOUR SPEAKERS. That being out of the way, the only reason I can think of for the buzzing is crappy RCA cables. There's crosstalk between the video and audio signals, and it sure as hell didn't originate from the VCR or the converter box.
Taped sometime in September 2011, probably around the middle of the month. Recorded in letterbox format, EP mode on a JVC HR-VP412U from an Access HD DTA1010 converter box. Transferred with the same VCR.KYNE-TV 26 Omaha (NET Nebraska) - 6 AM sign-on (2009)VectraQS2020-02-02 | One of the few survivors from my early days of taping stuff, as I routinely reused tapes. As you might be able to tell by the significant tape damage and the fact that it cuts off early, this was at the very end of a tape. Ordinarily, the music would continue under the slide for about another half-minute or so, if my audio copy of this sign-on is anything to go by.

Obviously, I cannot post the whole thing. In fact, I'll play it by ear to see how aggressive the BBC's YT copyright policy is.
Included is the tail end of the preceding program ("Grand Generation"), the opening, the first break at the hour mark, a Chyron notice about Dick Cavett's program being bumped, the second break from the 2 hour 15 minute mark, a notice about The Captioned ABC News (which usually aired at 11:30), the final break from the 2 hour 50 minute mark, a Chyron notice about Austin City Limits, and the closing of the program. The tape was stopped during the closing funding credits.
Of particular note are the various technical glitches which occur throughout the breaks. For instance, the U-matic promo tape has a bit of difficulty getting up to speed for the first break, the KUON graphic is often not timed correctly with the NETV network feed (despite the fact that ETV is headquartered in Lincoln), a slide for Fawlty Towers being shown during a V/O for Sneak Previews, and the PBS network intermission slide showing up not once, but twice.
