The case involved an 'unknown craft' that crash landed in Northern Italy in 1933 and became known thanks to a number of documents sent anonymously around the year 2000 to newspapers and UFO researchers. The documents depict a UFO crash which predates Roswell by 14 years and a subsequent investigation by a never before mentioned Cabinet RS/33, was allegedly authorized by Benito Mussolini, and headed by the Nobel scientist Guglielmo Marconi. A spaceship was allegedly stored in the hangars of the SIAI Marchetti in Vergiate near Milan. The witnesses were silenced, the media was also silenced/fed with misleading information, and a very high level scientific committee was secretly created to investigate. In a nutshell, the very same elements of Roswell werealready at work in the Fascist Italy of Mussolini.Following Paolo gave an update on Project Titan, the effort to bring the UFO phenomenon to the attention of the United Nations, explaining its genesis, along with reasons for its establishment and its scope.

The lights could stand still for more than an hour, they could move around slowly, and sometimes they could stop. They could also show a great speed: at one time a speed of about 8500 m/s was tracked by radar. These lights could appear anywhere and took many different forms. As no official institutes with governmental support seemed to care about these unknown lights, five persons started their own project. The aim of the project was to find out what the mysterious lights could be that were appearing around Hessdalen many times per day.The committee managed to build up a local expert group consisting of people from the Norwegian Defense Research Establishment (NDRE), the University of Oslo and the University of Bergen.The University of Trondheim also joined the group and the project was officially born on 3 June, 1983.In 1998, the Hessdalen Automatic Measurement Station (Hessdalen AMS) was installed to register and record the appearance of lights.Prof Strand will be showing some photographic and video evidence of what was captured.

Clare has also been engaged part-time by EOS Pty Ltd for technical writing and project services for the Keystone Satellite Laser Ranging Project. Although Elizabeth’s fascinating story of meeting, falling in love and having a child to a man from outer space during the 1950's has almost disappeared into the annals of UFO history, Kitty can corroborate a large part of her story and the events surrounding Elizabeth’s ET contact.Inspired by Elizabeth’s story, Kitty formed the Pietermaritzburg UFO group and invited Elizabeth to be their first speaker, to which she agreed, drawing 300+ people to the meeting. When Elizabeth went public with her claims in 1978, she was met with derision by the UFO community which she endured until her dying day.
