DusefightLog: https://dps.report/Cwkp-20241207-213239_ura A different look at Ura compared to usual pug runs: CCing as much as possible for Exposed uptime and bringing out mechanics. Turns out, Condi Mech is pretty good for this, because it has so much built-in CC and a free blink. Exposed also makes Condition DPS pretty good for the fight, because the %-dmg increase is higher than Power and you always have your condis already applied and immediately profit off of exposed, which makes getting the benefit from it pretty "passive" and hence easy to play.

Just a showcase of Temple of Febe LCM with 9 players using the commonly played "UNIT"/double wall/no immob strat. The small optimisations we made are that the Heralds took some Portals back to greed dps on the boss and that the hScg played a hybrid build, trading some healing for dps.
I'm a little bit rusty on Venti since I didn't play that much dps vindi on ht cm lately. Very lucky that I saw that I'll rally from the obliterator after dashing into the reds when trying to kill goliath (: Kinda surprised we beat our previous record by like 20sec but tbf it was our fastest Purification 4 we ever had
We chose Venticator over Verald because Vindi doesn't lose as much from Ventari as Herald does in Normal Mode since the phases are so short. Without the out of combat bug you can stay on shiro most of the time resulting in a very low dps loss overall.
Our actual plan was to get the patch record but in the end we were quite surprised and ended up getting a new alltime record due broken qDE and an insane Orb4. This also shows that Venticator is still able to perform on the highest level even after the fix to the dodge bug :)

For this run we stacked Necromancer and used every Elite specialization as part of our strategy. Necro overall does not have good Protection uptime and ranged healing capabilities, which was scary on some parts. However, thanks to Reaper shroud and especially the additional damage reduction from Reaper shroud 3, we were able to mitigate a lot of incoming damage. The Might output is also relatively low in general on Necro, at least when it comes to party wide Might, but since Reaper has a lot of self-Might, this also was not a big deal. Since we did not have any Invisibility, we had to play all of the Add/Champion phases without it and hence adapted our moving/stacking patterns in some places to better control how enemies move. Overall this was challenge was on the shorter end of time: We wiped 72 times over 3 sessions.
Same strategy like the old 08:18 WR, except for a slight change on Dragon Trigger usage at Mordremoth (04:04 Bsw pov). The final push to sub 8 was possible because the run was relatively clean overall. There were still a bunch of mistakes and suboptimal play and obviously the disgusting big fail at Orb 4, which means the time can be pushed further down by quite a bit.
This will probably the last all time record before the vindicator dodge will be fixed. It was a lot of fun while it lasted :D Bear and Airisu dying in SW2 phase boosted the dps by roughly 600, without their deaths the record would only be a slight improvement

For this speedkill we ran without healers and only one portal. Power Alac Mechanists did the kiting for the most part and we optimised the movement pattern for more overall damage. Since we ran only one PortalVirtuoso, we needed another person for the far Greens. This was done by one of the quick Heralds, which got Superspeed and Sword5 for some mobility. The second quick Herald did the usual close Green, together with one of the Bladesworns. Bladesworn loses relatively little dps when taking Greens, since you can charge your Dragon Trigger in the meantime. For Soo-Won, we completely restructured how we deal with the mechanics. The first Red was done by one quick Herald and a Vindicator, putting it close to the Boss, but on the side that we don't use. This allowed us to have the same People in the same Greens for both Soo-Won phases and additionally also increased our dps, since overall less movement away from the boss was involved. The second big change is that we adapted the Portal to quickly get from Soo-Won to the Orb in the fourth Purification phase, which ideally also saves some seconds, but in this kill we still had to wait shortly, because of the Breath from Soo-Won. Overall there were still multiple mistakes in this run, but due to time constraints we did not have more time to grind. In a better run the time can be pushed much closer to the 8 minute mark and in perfect conditions maybe even just below 8 minutes.
Big thanks to Teh Azian for participating in a large chunk of the grind.
Trivia: 176 Wipes, 2 kills, over 4 Sessions (the other kill was a 08:25 time on the same evening as this kill).
A few strategic issues made this run interesting in particular. We don't have portals, Revenant generally does not have far-range blinks and maybe most importantly, there is no way in the general Revenant skillset to stealth. The first two points can simply be adapted for by moving early enough for mechanics, but no stealth required some finetuning. A substantial portion of the progress was spent figuring out how we can sort of consistently handle all of the adds during the intermissions. Eventually combining specific positioning and Superspeed was enough to get the adds and most importantly the Giants close enough together to deal with them. For the Champions in the last phase we decided to transition directly on the Goliath, thereby killing it immediately and kiting the Obliterator as good as possible away the whole time. Other notable issues were that Revenant is generally quite bad for pushing Orbs, except for Kalla/Shortbow on Renegade. That is why we decided to bring a Power Renegade, which would have otherwise been just another Vindicator. The pushing power from Kalla is also used on one of the Kites for consistent fast pushing. To boonstrip the boss, we decided to use a dedicated Power Herald that strips with the Shiro F2 active. The cooldown and rotation lines somewhat up with the 20 seconds timer of the boons. For backups and some more stripping (e.g. adds) we also had Mallyx on both Kites. Overall, it was very fun to combine all the different tools/Legends that Revenant has available to tackle all of the mechanics HT CM throws at you. Thanks to Kartky, Spinerek and Wereft for backups.
Quite good run even with a slow orb4, champs not inside the hitbox and no foodswap :) I guess with all this stuff you can reach like 34kHarvest Temple CM | How to Ventari Vindicator aka VenticatorDusefight2023-02-14 | Log: https://dps.report/uDgB-20230214-172757_void
Keep in mind your first skill after your tablet is spawned on the Ventari Legend has an additional effect therefore you want to use the heal 'Natural Harmony' as your first Ventari skill as it gives 15 endurance. Obviously you active the skill after your first dodge on Ventari to not waste the endurance gained. If you have to backup protection for Zhaitan fear, you can give protection by using the bubble 'Protective Solace' as your first skill on Ventari to give 4 seconds of protection.Harvest Temple CM 8:42 | Alliance Vindicator Boss DPSDusefight2023-02-12 | Log: https://dps.report/8zw4-20230211-204329_void

Hey,
we are a bunch of Engineer-enjoyers that have come together to unite against Soo-Won (Harvest Temple CM).
We present you an Engineer-only kill, using of course 2x HAMs (Heal Alac Mechanist), 2x Qrapper (Quickness Scrapper) and 6x Power Mechanists.
**Strategy:** Most of the strategy is pretty straightforward and follows the 'default' tactic that is used by many successfull Harvest Temple CM clears. The major difference is that we obviously did not have any portals available, so two Power Mechanists needed to do the far Greens and the two HAMs needed to move accordingly. Due to the mobility of Mechanists with the additional Superspeed from Qrappers and being able to attack from range, this was not that big of a deal at all. Furthermore, we used the recently buffed Throw Mine to strip boons. Generally the goal was to skip as many inconvenient mechanics as possible with high dps, which means skipping as many Greens as possible, that would otherwise happen in usual (not speed optimised) runs. We skipped the second Greens on Jormag and Primordius (skipping the whole second bite animation), as well as the third Greens on Zhaitan and Soo-Won. The only Greens that we *really* wanted to skip, was the third for Zhaitan, because they are so far away and hence usually a portal is used for those. This was luckily no problem, due to enough dps.
Up until Soo-Won everything was rather smooth sailing, but then a few hiccups happened, like a wrong Red bait that needed backup for Green and a messy last orb phase. Compared to 'safe' comps with a lot of reflects and more stability, the biggest difference in terms of gameplay was probably the missing reflects for the last orb. This lead to quite a few downed people and generally a very messy transition into the last phase. This was also the first time we actually did the orb the 'default' East-West-way and luckily it worked out and lead immediately to the kill. Before that, we tried a few other options like North/South and stacking at the boss for cleaving the Champions together with Soo-Won, or only letting the Mechanist pets attack the Orb (the orb does not move if it is only attacked by these pets). We ended up using the 'default' strategy though, simply because that's what most people are used to and hence we did not have to 'reprogress' this phase in terms of positioning (the missing reflects were of course noticable though). During the transmission into the last phase we got a bit unfortunate; the Champions did not stack very well due to us being spread when the orb went down. Nevertheless we were able to control the situation, killed the Goliath rather quickly and were also lucky with the Obliterator charging toward the center, that allowed us to focus it conveniently from range. Overall we 'lost' quite a bit of dps due to the inefficiency of the Champion stacking and no cleaving between Champions and the boss, as well as due to multiple downs, but since we had such high levels of dps overall, we had a lot of leeway left and still managed to finish Soo-Won before the third Greens.
There are still quite a few bugs in this fight, with for example boss animations cancelling, that lead to changes in the timing of subsequent mechanics, which are annoying to play around and lead to specific dps stops in some places. This messed up quite a few tries and also causes issues for new squads progressing through the fight. Hopefully anet will fix these issues, which would make this encounter much more enjoyable.
The whole experience was a lot of fun and a pleasant, albeit more risky, alternative to default-strategy kill runs. Especially trying out different strategies in the beginning was interesting. For example, initially the plan was to use A.E.D to skip one out of the three Greens each, but since kills with skipping Greens are already out, that was not as exciting anymore and hence we scrapped that.
Lastly, anyone who is trying to get their first kill: Don't use this strategy. It's much more risky due to lesser amounts of stability and reflects and it's also heavily dependant on consistent dps. For progressing it's generally advisable to use a safer comp, that has more room for errors.
Shoutout to Erez, Mimi, Nhaark, Rasmi and Jigokusan, that were all participating in tries before!
Big congratz to Wolfshade for their first HT CM kill!
