Tuscarora Mountain Tunnel: New Advanced Traffic Management for Increased Safety Versilis 2020-07-29 | The Tuscarora Mountain Tunnel consists of individual two-lane highway tunnels through the Tuscarora Mountain between Huntingdon and Franklin Counties in Pennsylvania.
