Andy AmosRight, so the design concept is as good as I want to get with 3D printing! I got distracted (normal 😀) talking about making the cable connectors specific for brakes and gears and was going to say for low volume startup production I need to keep everything as simple as possible. Apologies for dropping the allen keys and grommets but I only got one chance to record. Thanks for watching and please feel free to comment below!

At the time of posting it is available from Decathlon Stores here in Spain for €999.99! It has a full Shimano Tiagra 4720 groupset ( I believe the difference to 4700 is that it has hydraulic brakes). I have a "Gate" ,or rather, inside leg of 32" / 82cm and the L size is fine for me with a short handle bar stem. The saddle is a Sellitalia Boost. Thru axles 12x100 and 12x142, Shimano wheels, tubeless ready and supplied with valves if you choose that path. The GRX 400 was installed thanks to having a clutch although I will be fitting a longer chain to compenste (KMC). Just weighed it at 10.9 kg, sorry 800g heavier than I mentioned.
