SOVCIT Tough Guy Flips Off No Nonsense Arkansas State Trooper- BIG MISTAKE! Arkansas Police Activity 2025-10-02 | *Happy Thursday!*On 5/9/2025, at approximately 6:34 PM, I was patrolling southbound on I-49 near the 86 mile marker, when I observed a white Dodge (vehicle 1) pick-up traveling in the center lane. As I began to pass the vehicle, the driver rolled their driver window down and displayed an obscene gesture to me ( gave me the middle finger). While this is no violation of law, it peaked my interest on the subject and I pulled behind and then ran his tag. The vehicle showed to have unconfirmed insurance. So I activated my emergency lights to conduct a traffic stop. Instead of pulling to the right shoulder, the subject pulled into the median. While pulling over I noticed the subject had a gun manufacture sticker on the back window, which I made a mental note of and immediately became cautious of the driver being armed. Upon initial approach to the vehicle, I was immediately met with verbal hostility from the driver (subject 1). After multiple times of having to repeat myself, I explained to the driver who I was and why I had stopped him. Due to subject 1's extremely hostile nature and my concern there might be a firearm in the vehicle, I radioed to my dispatch and requested another Trooper for assistance with the stop. I then asked the driver for his license, registration, and proof of insurance multiple times. The driver refused to provide me with any documentation throughout the duration of the stop. At this point I continued to ask for his information to buy time for my other unit to arrive. TRP. Hopper was the first unit to arrive, and after his arrival I asked the driver once again for his driver license, registration, and proof of insurance. The driver refused again, and I ordered the driver to step out of the vehicle. The driver refused and rolled his window up. TRP. Hopper retrieved a window breaker from his pocket and attempted to break the driver window out, making positive contact with the window twice, causing the window to crack. At this time I observed the driver roll toward the passenger seat. The vehicle's window were tinted and the vehicle was lifted so it was hard to see why he was leaning toward the passenger seat. My concern for a weapon in the vehicle crept back in and I punched the window out with my hand to remove my obstructed view of the driver. In doing this , I received small lacerations on my right hand and arm. After clearing the obstruction of the window, I ordered the driver to put his hands on the steering wheel, to which the driver complied. I then checked around the driver for any weapons and the pulled the driver out of the vehicle. I patted the driver down for weapons and then placed him into custody. I then placed the subject in the back of my patrol vehicle. TRP. Hopper called for EMS to check out my arm and get the lacerations covered up. After EMS was finished with me, I then transported the subject to the Benton County Jail. Anthony Beyer was booked into the Benton County Jail for the following charges: NO LIABILITY INSURANCE (27-22-104), REFUSAL TO SUBMIT TO ARREST (5-54-103), OBSTRUCTING GOVERNMENTAL OPERATIONS (5-54-102), and FAIL TO YIELD TO EMERGENCY VEHICLE (27-51-901). His court date is set for 6/10/2025 at 8:30 AM in Rogers District Court.

The report said that Hernandez's body camera showed him looking at his phone when the crash happened. The police chief determined that Hernandez violated department policies for operating a vehicle and for not being truthful by providing false statements during the investigation. Hernandez said he was unaware that he could soon be decertified by the Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Training (CLEST).

Fake Homeland Security Agents EXPOSED on Camera! They Lied to the FEDS about Being FEDS! Arkansas Police Activity 2025-09-17 | *There is a huge amount of this edited out, due to the Mic's being muted.*Aug. 11, 2025 – Two people face multiple felony charges after court documents said they posed as Homeland Security agents during a robbery in Jonesboro, with tactical gear and a loaded pistol being found in their vehicle. According to an affidavit, on Aug. 6, Jonesboro police responded to a robbery in progress. A caller told dispatch a man was at the front door with a gun and a woman was inside the home, claiming the two shouldn’t be there. When officers arrived, they encountered a woman inside the home, 33-year-old Traneshia Renea Hall, of Southaven, MS, who said she was law enforcement with Homeland Security, showing officers a picture of a Homeland Security certificate on her phone with what she claimed were her agency “credentials.” Hall told police she was with her friend, 38-year-old Michael Jackson, of Memphis, TN, saying he was also a law enforcement officer and a U.S. Marshal. Jackson drove up to the home and showed officers what he called his “credentials” that identified him as a special agent with Homeland Security. He also told officers he was “Homeland Security out of Atlanta.” However, officers found that Jackson had a suspended driver’s license. The affidavit said Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) special agent Austin Koval and task force officer Jason Chester met Jonesboro police officers at the scene, who told them about their encounters with Hall and Jackson. Koval was provided the ID card of Jackson, which appeared to be in the same style as an official federal Personal Identity Verification card issued to federal employees. However, Koval could identify the card as fake, with the affidavit noting several elements on the card, such as the employee number, expiration date, and instructions not to detain the cardholder. A Jonesboro police investigator arrived at the scene with his K-9 partner, Tiger, who alerted to the odor of controlled substances coming from the vehicle Jackson was in. Hall also admitted to being inside the vehicle with Jackson. Koval and Chester were able to find the following items inside the vehicle:1. A wallet with $580 inside2. A fanny pack containing Glock 17 pistol with one round chambered and 17 rounds in the magazine, and 0.5 grams of marijuana3. A black tactical outer carrier with patches inscribed with “Special Operations” and “Fugitive Apprehension Agent” with handcuffs, a radio, a rifle light, a body camera, and two pistol magazines inside the vest pockets4. A drop holster5. An undershirt with two ballistic plates inside of it that had “U.S.” printed on the back of each plateIn a Mirandized interview, Hall gave Koval and Chester a picture on her phone of a training certificate that had the official U.S. Department of Homeland Security seal to show she was with the agency, claiming she was a special agent and waiting for her badge. However, the affidavit said that while Hall was showing Koval and Chester her phone, they noticed a text message sent to “husband” saying “stay away,” appearing to have been sent at the same time that Jonesboro police officers arrived at the location. In a separate Mirandized interview, Jackson also said he was a special agent for Homeland Security. Hall and Jackson were then arrested and taken to the Jonesboro Police Department, where Koval and Chester further questioned them. During the interviews, Jackson continued to identify himself as a special agent, saying he had been one since May 2024.The affidavit said he claimed he had different clearance levels and used his position as a special agent to fly armed and carry a firearm in states with strict firearm laws, such as California and New York. However, when Jackson was shown Koval’s official HSI law enforcement credentials and compared them to Jackson’s, Jackson reversed his claims, saying he never identified himself as a special agent. He added that he received the special agent ID card in the mail and did not make it himself. The affidavit said Jackson and Hall are not law enforcement, nor are they employed with Homeland Security or any part of the U.S. government.

As I exited my patrol unit to issue the driver a citation, I observed a white tractor trailer at a high rate of speed behind me. I observed the tractor trailer change from the left lane to the right lane, passing multiple vehicles. I was approximately 1 foot from the fog line, inside the shoulder, when the tractor trailer passed me at a high rate of speed. I visually marked the tractor trailer by remembering the vehicle make, color and the distinct green triangle on the top right corner of the trailer. I finished up my current traffic stop and pursued the white tractor trailer. I eventually caught up with the white tractor trailer and identified it as the violator. At approximately 10:59am, I called the traffic stop in at the 51 mile marker eastbound on Interstate 40. My lights and siren were both activated. The driver, later identified as Charmant Birotte, failed to pull over. I pulled up to the passenger side of the tractor trailer and activated my horn to get Birotte's attention. I also slowed down and changed lanes multiple times to give Birotte plenty of room and angles to see my emergency lights through his left and right mirrors.Birotte continued eastbound on Interstate 40. I notified dispatch of our speeds and traffic conditions. Troop J dispatch directed the net. Two Lamar Police Department units and one Johnson County Sheriff's Office unit were dispatched and were waiting on the 64 onramp on Interstate 40 East. After passing the 64 mile marker, Lamar Police Department and the Johnson County Sheriff's Office assisted me in the pursuit of Birotte. To slow Birotte down, a Lamar Police Department unit got in front of him. Birotte recklessly swerved over both lanes of Interstate 40 East. I then advised dispatch that spikes would be needed to stop Birotte. Cpl. Paul Meeks advised he was going to set up spike strips at the 81 mile marker on Interstate 40 East. As Birotte approached the spike strips, he abruptly swerved to the right, missing the spike strips completely. The pursuit continued eastbound. Deputy Rodney McNeese with the Pope County Sheriff's Office set up spike strips at the 83 mile marker on Interstate 40 Eastbound. As Birotte approached the spike strips, he abruptly swerved to the right, partially hitting the spike strips. While attempting to avoid the spike strips, Birotte ran off the roadway on the south side of Interstate 40 East and sideswiped Deputy McNeese's patrol unit, rendering it unserviceable. Birotte fled eastbound with a flat tire and vehicle damage. Trp. Adrienne Belcher set up spike strips at the 87 mile marker on Interstate 40 Eastbound. As Birotte approached the spike strips he attempted to avoid them by swerving to the right, nearly striking Trp. Belcher’s patrol unit, but ran the spike strips over. Birotte continued eastbound. Sgt. Chase Melder and Cpl. Deston Linkous were set up on the over pass, facing west, at the 94 mile marker on Interstate 40 East. Sgt. Melder and Cpl. Linkous fired their service weapons into the engine of Birotte's vehicle. Birotte continued eastbound for approximately two miles before coming to final rest at the 96 mile marker on Interstate 40 East.I gave Birotte several commands to exit the vehicle with his hands up. Cpl. Linkous, Trp. Paul Matthews and Cpl. Paul Meeks all gave Birotte several commands to exit his vehicle and to show us his hands. Birotte failed to comply with any of our commands. Birotte put his hands out of the driver side window briefly and began yelling "shoot me in the head". Birotte then began yelling incoherently out of the driver side window. 130 MPH Reckless Honda Meets the Mighty Arkansas State Police! Arkansas Police Activity 2025-09-12 | *Happy Friday!*On 9/5/2025, I observed a silver Honda Accord traveling southbound on Sparksford Drive, traveling 50 MPH in a 30 MPH zone. After the vehicle passed by, I got behind the vehicle to make a traffic stop. As the vehicle approached a stop sign at the intersection of Sparksford Drive/Old Highway 124, the vehicle failed to stop and turned left onto Old Highway 124. I activated my blue lights as the suspect vehicle began passing vehicles and driving in the opposing lane. After I activated my siren, the suspect vehicle continued traveling on Old Highway 124 in a reckless manner traveling at speeds in excess of 70 MPH before running another stop sign while turning right onto State Highway 124. As the vehicle continued traveling at a high rate of speed, and entering the Russellville city limits, the suspect vehicle abruptly turned left in front of oncoming traffic onto the 83 mile marker on ramp eastbound on Interstate 40. After entering the Interstate, the suspect vehicle traveled in a very reckless manner while passing vehicles on the shoulder and driving in excess of 130 MPH. The suspect vehicle took the 88 mile marker exit ramp in Pottsville traveling in excess of 100 MPH. This caused the suspect vehicle to travel through the stop sign at the exit ramp intersection of State Highway 363. The suspect vehicle then went airborne momentarily after driving into a curb on the east side of State Highway 363 before landing and regaining control in an adjacent commuter lot and turned left onto US Highway 64. The suspect vehicle traveled a short distance on US 64 continuing in a reckless manner before driving off the roadway to theright for unknown reasons. After exiting the roadway to the right, the suspect vehicle attempted to reenter the roadway. I then positioned my unit in the direction of the vehicle’s driver's side to disable it. This move was successful in disabling the suspect vehicle as it sent the vehicle off the roadway and into the ditch. The driver of the vehicle, identified by an ID card as NathanJose Aleman, was taken into custody without further incident. Mr. Aleman was then transported via ambulance to Saint Mary's Medical Center to be evaluated before being transferred to Pope County Detention center. Local Genius Flees Police on a Dadgum Moped....Police BAFFLED....🤣 Arkansas Police Activity 2025-09-10 | *NORTH LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS*On 8/23/2025 at approximately 0030 hours, I initiated a traffic stop on a moped at the intersection of E. Broadway and N. Buckeye for defective headlight. Upon activating my blue lights, the vehicle fled from me. The rider was a black male wearing head phones, white t-shirt, black pants, and blue/white tennis shoes. The vehicle turned South on N. Buckeye, veering into the wrong lane and running the stop sign before turning East on E. Washington. The vehicle reached speeds of approximately 50 mph before turning North on N. Rose, almost crashing in the on-coming lane's shoulder. I activated my emergency sirens and the vehicle continued to flee. The vehicle ran the stop sign and turned East on E. Broadway, swerving into on-coming lanes again with no traffic in the immediate area. The vehicle reached speeds of approximately 50 mph before turning North on Dixie Ln. The vehicle turned West on E. 4th, almost losing control in the grass before veering back onto the roadway. The vehicle continued West, almost striking three vehicles that yielded, before running the stop sign and turning South on Redwood.The vehicle reached speeds of approximately 35 mph on Redwood, disregarded the red light at E. Broadway, disregarded the stop sign at E. Washington, disregarded the stop sign at E. Arkansas, and disregarded the stop sign at E. Lincoln. The vehicle turned East on E, came to a stop at 2913 E. where the rider, later identified as Willie Nelson, bailed and fled on foot North toward the tree line. Due to the number of objects Nelson could hide behind, I held my position until other units arrived. As they arrived, Nelson stepped out from behind a disabled car in the yard. Nelson was observed wearing a white t-shirt, black pants, blue/white tennis shoes. Nelson advised that the rider of the moped knocked him down and continued fleeing North through the yard. I know this to be false due to a fence dividing the back yard of 2913 E. Lincoln and having kept a visual facing North. Nelson was placed under arrest. A review of my MVR revealed Nelson to be wearing the exact clothing description minus the headphones, which were located a few feet away from where Nelson was taken into custody. Nelson was transported to Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility without further incident.

While operating stationary front radar from the right shoulder of the interstate, I confirmed the vehicle’s speed at 92 mph in a posted 60 mph zone. I entered the interstate from the shoulder and activated my emergency lights and siren in an attempt to initiate a traffic stop. The vehicle continued eastbound on Interstate 630 at speeds exceeding 90 mph, recklessly changing lanes through medium traffic in an apparent attempt toelude me.The suspect vehicle exited at Pine and Cedar Street and continued southbound on South Cedar Street, reaching speeds over 80 mph. At the intersection of South Cedar Street and West 12th Street, the vehicle ran a red light and nearly lost control, almost causing a collision. I continued the pursuit until losing visual on the vehicle in the area of South Cedar Street and West 21st Street, at which point I terminated the pursuit. At approximately 2138 hours, Trp. Timothy Brown relocated the vehicle and engaged in a short high-speed pursuit before losing sight of it (See Incident Report 202515054ASPA).After losing sight of the vehicle again, I coordinated with the Little Rock Police Department Real Time Crime Center (RTCC). The RTCC located the suspect vehicle via camera footage and confirmed it was a grey Chevrolet Corvette bearing Tennessee license plate BSS6174. RTCC advised the vehicle was traveling northbound on John Barrow Road. Responding ASPpersonnel converged on the area in an attempt to intercept the vehicle. At approximately 2203 hours, Cpl. Corey Earls initiated another pursuit with the vehicle, which resulted in the Corvette being involved in a single-vehicle crash. (See Incident Report 202515060 and Accident Report 202515053ASP).It should be noted that when the vehicle initially fled, it was equipped with a tinted license plate cover and had a fully tinted front windshield. The driver also stated he had been residing in Arkansas for more than 30 days. The driver was identified as Jorge Rubio, Hispanic male, of Tennessee. Arkansas Police Activity 2025-08-24 | *Happy Sunday Everyone!*On 07/31/2025 at 0104 hours, I, Officer Rowe, conducted a traffic stop on a red Cadillac Deville bearing AR LPN BFL94J at Pulaski Drive for unconfirmed insurance. Upon making contact with the driver of the vehicle, Seneca Bogan, he handed me a identification card. I then asked the passenger, Amanda Price, for her identification and she advised she did not have it. Bogan then provided me with his insurance for the vehicle which ended up being valid. Dispatch then advised Bogan had a suspended license and had an active search waiver on file. Dispatch also advised Price had a warrant out of Post-Prison Transfer Board. Sgt Greenwood and I then detained all occupants of the vehicle. While Sgt. Greenwood was detaining Price, she advised Sgt. Greenwood she had a gun in her bra. Sgt Greenwood then found a black in color Taurus .38 Special bearing serial number, DM66416, in Price's bra. After being mirandized Price advised the gun was not hers and she hid it because Bogan told her to. I asked Price where the gun was in the vehicle before she hid it in her bra. Price advised it was in the center console and while they were turning on to Pulaski Drive from Graham Road, Bogan told her to hide it in her bra. Located in Price's purse were five .38 Special rounds. Bogan was mirandized and agreed to answer questions. Bogan advised he knew nothing about the gun being in the car or Price having it in her possession. Price's criminal history showed a felony conviction on 03/04/2019 for Theft of Property. Bogan's criminal history showed a felony conviction of Possession of a schedule two controlled substance 01/17/2025 out of Pulaski County Circuit Court. Bogan's vehicle was towed by Ivy Hall (20250731014642). The Taurus handgun was placed into property as evidence and sent to the Arkansas State Crime Lab. I obtained a written statement from Price. Price's purse and Bogan's knife were placed into property for safe keeping. Price and Bogan were transported to PCRDF.

Have a blessed day everyone!* Date: August 16, 2025 Time: Approximately 2:30 PM Location: Wolfe St. and Franklin St., continuing through multiple streets Suspect: Colby Jamal Taylor Location of Custody: St. Francis County Detention Center On August 16, 2025, at approximately 2:16 AM, I observed a white Nissan Altima which had items hanging from the rearview mirror in the windshield that created an obstruction. Due to this, I checked the vehicle registration through ACIC, where I confirmed that the vehicle in question was showing no active insurance policies. I proceeded westbound on Broadway and found a place to wait for the vehicle to leave from the gas station. I observed the vehicle drive across Broadway onto Water Street. I left from my current location and prepared to initiate a traffic stop. The vehicle finally stopped at the intersection of Franklin and Wolfe. I exited from my patrol vehicle and made contact with the driver, where I identified myself and the reason for the stop. While speaking with Mr. Taylor, I detected the odor of marijuana emanating from the vehicle. I inquired about the marijuana and how much he had in the vehicle. His response to my question was to roll up his window after being instructed to keep it down. Shortly afterward, Cpl. West arrived on the scene. As he was arriving, the driver fled the scene in the vehicle, initiating a pursuit. The pursuit route was as follows: The pursuit began traveling eastbound on Franklin towards Gorman. The suspect vehicle made an abrupt left turn onto Gorman and began traveling north towards Broadway. A Forrest City PD officer pulled in front of him on Gorman, causing him to swerve to the left. He then made an abrupt right hand turn onto Broadway before turning north again onto Gorman. The suspect vehicle then accelerated to approximately 60 M.P.H. on Gorman before making a right hand turn onto Oak. Cpl. West was primary for the first portion of the pursuit. As we neared Division, he made a hard left turn to travel north. Cpl. West conducted a successful TVI at the intersection of Division and Gum, however the suspect was able to regain control of the vehicle and continued to flee. He traveled westbound down Gum before turning north on Gorman again. The suspect sped up again and failed to stop a several intersections. He then made an abrupt left turn onto Buford, I moved in to attempt a second TVI, however I missed the vehicle. He made a right hand turn onto Cherry before making a left hand turn onto Murray. As we were traveling westbound, he turned north onto Robinson and began to loose control of his vehicle. He attempted to regain control and I conducted a third TVI, that was successful. The suspect vehicle spun out, and the driver attempted to bail out of the car and flee on foot while the vehicle was still in motion. A short foot pursuit ensued, where the suspect was taken into custody a short time later. He was identified as Colby Jamal Taylor, a black male, with a date of birth of 6/26/1987. He was taken into custody at the scene. He continued to resist after being taken into custody and eventually had to be taken to the ground a second time, where he began to spit on other officers. Further investigation confirmed that Mr. Taylor is a convicted felon, making his possession of the firearm a violation of federal and state firearm laws. Mr. Taylor was taken into custody and transported to the St. Francis County Detention Center without further incident. While on patrol I observed a white mustang bearing LPN(AZD90S) hit the LPR at Hwy 161 and E Bethany northbound at 2005 hours. The notes on the LPN hit listed that the vehicle was possibly occupied by an armed felon with potential narcotics. When running the LPN(AZD90S) through ACIC/NCIC it returned to a white Ford Crown Victoria. I then observed the vehicle traveling northbound on Hwy 161 just before Interstate 40. The vehicle merged into traffic and began traveling west bound on I40. I was then able to confirm the vehicle and tag were positively fictitious upon catching up to the vehicle at the Springhill exit 156. Due to the amount of traffic on the interstate and the history flagged on the vehicle, I tailed the vehicle until I could conduct a stop on the vehicle at a safe location where the suspect vehicle could pull over. The vehicle continued west on I40 and merged onto I30 westbound. During this time the vehicle made several lane changes in and out of traffic in an attempt to prevent me from staying behind him. Once approaching I30 W and Exit 141 "S Broadway" , I attempted to conduct a stop on the vehicle at 2011 hours. The suspect vehicle then used his right blinker and merged into the left lane and accelerated in attempted to evade me. I advised to dispatch that the vehicle was actively fleeing from me, and I activated my siren and a pursuit ensued. The suspect vehicle merged into the left lane on I30 westbound at speeds of at least 117 mph with medium traffic. The suspect vehicle continued fleeing westbound on I30 and made an abrupt turn cutting through two lanes of traffic taking exit 139B. When making this abrupt turn, the suspect vehicle cut a vehicle off and continued westbound onto I630, in attempt to get me to continue westbound on I30. Upon clearing the vehicle that the suspect cut off and observing I had enough room to merge and continue, I pursued the suspect westbound on I630 at speeds of at least 100 mph. Once on I630 the suspect vehicle continued to flee at speeds of 113 mph westbound weaving in and out of medium traffic toward exit 2A. The suspect vehicle then took exit 2A and turned south bound onto S Chester St. into Little Rock. Sgt. Rathey advised to terminate the pursuit upon hitting exit 2A. When hitting the exit, I did not hear Sgt. Rathey's immediate traffic to terminate due to the net being toned out. I then gave out an additional direction of travel of the suspect vehicle and requested clarification over channel one on Sgt. Rathey’s traffic. At this time Sgt. Rathey advised to down grade the pursuit due to speeds and traffic conditions. Once downgrading I observed the vehicle continue to flee westbound on W 10th and then turn southbound onto S Broadway. Prior to turning south on S Broadway, I observed the back tire of the suspect vehicle hit a curb which appeared to change the driving capability of the vehicle. I stayed in the general area to attempt to locate the vehicle and advised dispatch to let LRPD know the last direction of travel. I used blue lights at the intersection of S Broadway and W 10th to merge into traffic to get an accurate last direction of travel on the vehicle due to the vehicle having potential disabling damage right after downgrading and the unknown of him potentially wrecking out. I was unable to locate the vehicle in the area and headed back to NLR. Upon heading back to headquarters LRPD notified dispatch that they were able to locate the suspect vehicle unoccupied at 1101 Broadway St. (Sonic). I responded to this location and confirmed that it was the vehicle that fled from me. The vehicle was locked and appeared to have suffered some rear end damage due to the curb I observed it hit after downgrading. I completed a tow sheet and Lewis Towing responded and towed the vehicle at 2218 hours. Michael Scales was placed in the others involved tab due to his return being on the fictitious tag. Through additional officers in the department, it was brought to my attention that Mr. Scales had been known to swap his tag from his Crown Victoria and place it on the Mustang that fled. I was unable to positively identify Mr. Scales as the suspect who fled, but according to Sonic staff a male matching his description jumped out of the vehicle upon parking in the parking lot and took off in a separate white SUV.

RECKLESS Suspect Crashed into Pole During Intense Pursuit-Abandons Son in Car Arkansas Police Activity 2025-08-13 | *NORTH LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS**Ford ESCAPE Can't ESCAPE the Long Arm of the Law!* On 07/15/2025 at approximately 1655 hours, I initiated a traffic stop on a grey 2009 Ford Escape for careless/prohibited driving. The suspect used the Walgreens parking lot to avoid the intersection of John F. Kennedy (JFK)/McCain. ACIC also showed the registered owner, Kaitlan Gonzalez, . I initiated the traffic stop near JFK Blvd/M Ave. The suspect continued southbound on JFK Blvd and turned westbound on I Ave. After turning onto I Ave, the vehicle sped up and started to flee. Sgt. Blankenship was advised of the reason for the stop. The suspect disregarded the stop sign at Ridge Ave/I Ave and turned northbound on Ridge Ave. On Ridge Ave, speeds reached approximately 65 mph in a 25 mph residential zone. The suspect went into oncoming lanes to pass vehicles on the left before approaching the intersection of Ridge Ave/47th Street. Officer Singleton took primary in the pursuit at 48th/Massie (see supplement). While Officer Singleton was primary I continued to give updates of our location, speeds, and traffic conditions. The suspect continued to disregard stop signs in several residential neighborhoods at approximately 60 mph showing blatant disregard for the innocent public. At the intersection of JFK Blvd/F Ave, the suspect almost struck several innocent motorists after disregarding the stop sign at approximately 60-70 mph. The suspect created a substantial risk for serious physical injury or death during her reckless flight. The suspect later crashed into a fence and a NLR Electric pole at N. Cedar. The suspect, Kaitlan Gonzalez, fled on foot and was later located by other NLRPD Officers. The other passengers in the car were instructed to exit the vehicle and were detained in NLRPD Patrol units. The passengers were identified as Theresa Gonzalez (back seat), Patrice Jones (front seat), and (back seat). is 12 years old. I made contact with XXXXXX in reference to her damaged fence. XXXXX estimated the damage to be approximately $5,000 or more. Photos of the damage will be attached to this report. NLR Electric Pole #007301 was damaged as a result of the collision. NLR Electric responded to assess the damage. I conducted an inventory of the vehicle, prior to Phillip's Brothers Towing taking possession of it. Gonzalez was transported to Baptist Springhill for medical clearance and later transported to PCRDF for the listed charges.

100 MPH High Speed Pursuit Unfolds into Chaotic Scene Arkansas Police Activity 2025-08-10 | On 07/31/2025, I was sitting at the Northbound Scale House working on reports. AT 11:27 PM, a sports car came by at a very high rate of speed. I attempted to catch up to the sport car. I saw that the sports car exited the interstate at Exit 73. I exited at the 73 Exit Ramp. I saw the sports car strike the curb before traveling eastbound on Elm Springs Road. I activated my blue lights and siren. I proceeded to catch up to the sports car on Elm Springs Road. I saw that the sports car turned its lights off and fled at a high rate of speed. At 11:28 PM, I advised dispatch that I was in pursuit. The sports car was reaching speeds over 100 MPH. The sports car fled by Springdale Sgt. Christopher Shirrel. Sgt. Shirrel activated his blue lights and siren. We pursued after the sport car eastbound on Huntsville Road. When we reached the intersection of Huntsville Road and Thompson Street. I saw a cloud of smoke and wrecked vehicles. I exited my unit and saw two people behind a wrecked Dark Nissan crying. I looked across the street and saw a wrecked Chevy SUV. I started scanning the area for the sports car. Sgt. Shirrel went to check on the two people behind the Nissan. A Springdale officer arrived at the scene and checked on the people in the SUV. I looked east on Huntsville Road and saw the sports car approximately 150 yards away in a parking lot smoking with two subjects standing outside of the vehicle. I went to make contact with them. The Driver Kevin Colindres-Castaneda advised that he was driving the sports car. I placed Mr. Colindres-Castaneda under arrest. Mr. Colindres-Castaneda started apologizing. I had a medical to check them for injuries. Passenger Irvin Rocha was later released. Springdale police worked the crash. Officer King advised that the two people in the Nissan would be transported by the mother of the driver to a local hospital to be treated for their injuries. I made contact with the people in the SUV. The Driver advised that he had an injured shoulder. I advised the Springdale officers that I was going to transport Mr. Colindres-Castaneda to Northwest ER in Fayetteville to be treated for his injuries. Mr. Colindres-Castaneda was checked out by the ER doctor and released back to me. I transported him to the Washington County Jail. Mr. Colindres-Castaneda was booked for Felony Fleeing, 3 Counts of Battery 2nd, Reckless Driving, No Driver's License, and Driving with out lights to avoid detection. When I advised Mr. Colindres-Castaneda of his Miranda Rights. He stated that he fled because he didn't have a driver's license, and a judge had advised him to get his driver's license by 09/25/2025, and he would dismiss his previous charges.
Intensely WILD 100 MPH HIGH SPEED Pursuit Crashed at Air Force Base!!! Arkansas Police Activity 2025-08-08 | On Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at approximately 1458 hours, I, Trooper Tyler Ryals, observed a white Ford F-250 traveling northbound on Highway 107 (JFK Boulevard) improperly using its lane of travel by crossing the center line. As I approached the vehicle, I observed it bearing Arkansas commercial license plate C117578. The vehicle entered the designated left-turn lane as we approached McCain Boulevard, then turned into the parking lot of Hobby Lobby. I initiated a traffic stop at that location. As I engaged my emergency equipment and prepared to make contact, Trooper David Calvert pulled in behind as a secondary unit. At that moment, the suspect vehicle fled the parking lot, turning left (northbound) back onto Highway 107. Trooper Calvert assumed the secondary position as we initiated a pursuit and provided radio communications. The driver, later identified as Zachary Brinson fled north through the red light at the intersection of JFK Blvd. and McCain Blvd., where traffic was actively turning northbound from McCain. Brinson accelerated and was changing lanes in a reckless manner, reaching speeds in excess of 100 mph, showing wanton disregard for the safety of other motorists and property. Brinson repeatedly drove into the turning, and opposing, lanes of traffic to avoid congestion in the northbound lanes. He then slowed and made a left turn onto North Hills Boulevard, entered the Centennial Bank parking lot, then re-entered Highway 107 by cutting off oncoming traffic. The pursuit continued northbound on Highway 107, during which Brinson ran multiple red lights, maintaining excessive speeds and further demonstrating a disregard for human life and property. After passing Brockington Road, traffic conditions were slightly less congested. I evaluated for opportunities to execute a Tactical Vehicle Intervention (TVI) to safely terminate the pursuit; however, Brinson actively prevented this by swerving and intentionally cutting off my patrol vehicle. As we passed General Samuels Road and the highway narrowed to two lanes, Brinson committed several additional traffic violations by passing vehicles on double yellow lines, in oncoming traffic lanes around blind curves, and over hills in the opposing lane. One southbound vehicle, a gray Toyota Tacoma, was forced off the roadway into the ditch due to Brinson’s erratic driving in the oncoming lane. There was no damage to the Tacoma. Approaching the back gate of Little Rock Air Force Base at Arnold Drive, Brinson veered off Highway 107, narrowly avoiding a collision with a white Jeep Wrangler exiting the air base, west on Arnold Dr. towards 107. He proceeded to crash through, and destroy, a chain-link gate and ultimately struck a concrete barrier, bursting the concrete, and disabling the vehicle. Brinson then exited the vehicle and attempted to flee on foot, leaving the scene of an accident. As he did so, I observed he had empty hands and a clear waistline. I exited my patrol unit, re-holstered my duty weapon, and initiated a foot pursuit. During the pursuit, I deployed my Conducted Electrical Weapon (Taser). The first cartridge made contact with his upper left arm, but the second probe missed. I then deployed a third cartridge, striking his lower right back, which resulted in immediate neuromuscular incapacitation. Brinson fell to the ground and was taken into custody without further incident. Zachary Brinson was transported to Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock for medical evaluation, stating he hurt his back during the crash. RECKLESS Dodge Charger Meets the Mighty Arkansas State Police-Start Me a Wrecker! Arkansas Police Activity 2025-08-08 | *HAPPY FRIDAY!*On Thursday, July 31, 2025, at approximately 0138 hours, I observed a silver Dodge Charger traveling above the posted speed limit. While merging onto Interstate 30 Westbound from the north interchange, a silver Charger with paper tags passed me traveling 75 in a 60-mph zone. As we passed the Broadway Exit, I activated my emergency lights and attempted to conduct a traffic stop. The vehicle ignored the lights and continued driving at the same speed. While waiting for another unit to get close, I followed the vehicle with lights and siren activated to Interstate 630 Westbound. The vehicle then took exit 1A before coming to a stop at the top of the ramp. As I was exiting my patrol car, the vehicle took off and a pursuit ensued. The vehicle turned south onto Cumberland Street, running a red light on the south side of Interstate 630. We continued south on Cumberland before turning west onto 16th Street. While on 16th Street, the suspect vehicle ran multiple stop signs, including Broadway and Chester without slowing down. After crossing over MLK, the vehicle turned north onto S Battery Street. After running the stop light at 12th Street, I conducted a successful TVI, ending the pursuit. A short time later, other ASP units arrived to assist before the driver, Carlos Butler, was taken into custody without further incident. Butler made statements saying that he wasn’t fleeing. He then changed his story, stating that he fled because he had a suspended driver’s license, and that he did not want his vehicle towed. After Action Wrecker arrived to take possession of the vehicle, I transported Butler to the Bryant Heart Hospital where he was medically cleared. Extremely RECKLESS Suspect Meets the Mighty Arkansas State Police-ASP Dont PLAY!!! Arkansas Police Activity 2025-08-07 | *NORTH LITTLE ROCK*On 07/21/2025 at approximately 2122 hours, I responded to the area of 8305 Counts Massie (The Greens at the Rock) in reference to a suspicious black SUV that was circling the parking lot. The caller stated the vehicle was circling the lot for hours and pulling into several parking spots. Upon arrival, Officer Quinn and I drove through the apartment complex. Officer Quinn observed a black 2007 Acura MDX attempting to leave the area, toward the front of the apartment complex.. ACIC s As I exited the apartment complex, I observed the vehicle accelerating at a high rate of speed and it turned westbound on Paul Eells. I initiated my lights and siren near The Links apartment complex, and the suspect failed to stop. Sgt. Umholtz was advised of the reason for the stop and was monitoring the pursuit. After circling The Links apartments, the suspect continued toward Counts Massie Road. Speeds on Counts Massie Road reached approximately 96mph in a 35mph zone. The suspect disregarded the red light at Counts Massie/Maumelle Blvd and fled east on Maumelle Blvd towards Interstate 430. The suspect disregarded another red light at Maumelle/Vestal and almost struck a vehicle. The suspect later merged onto Interstate 430 South. While on Interstate 430 South, the suspect weaved between several lanes and passed cars at approximately 117mph in a 65mph zone. The suspect later merged onto Interstate 630 East and took the Mississippi Ave/Rodney Parham exit. Arkansas State Police (ASP) Trooper N.Fricke took over primary in the pursuit (ASP Report #202513097ASP). After ASP took primary, the suspect disregarded a red light at Mississippi/Rodney Parham and almost struck two vehicles at approximately 50-60mph. ASP conducted a successful Tactical Vehicle Intervention (TVI) near the intersection of Mississippi/Markham. The TVI caused the suspect vehicle to rotate clockwise and collide with a fence. Devante Jones exited the vehicle and attempted to run. Jones was quickly ordered to lay on the ground and was taken into custody. Jones was transported to Baptist Springhill for medical clearance and later to PCRDF for the listed charges and his warrants. The NLRPD Warrant ADR is #2025070859. MVR and body microphone in NLRPD Unit 1914 were operational.
OFFICER 4-LEGS K9 Vaughan Helps Chase Down Suspect after He Crashed 🚨 Arkansas Police Activity 2025-08-05 | *Happy Taco Tuesday!**North Little Rock, Arkansas*On 07/01/2025, at approximately 16:32 I conducted a traffic stop on a black moped for the driver later identified as Kevin Crossgrow not wearing any protective eyewear. I activated my blue lights near 45th and Marion. Crossgrow did not stop, and I chirped my siren at him to get his attention. Crossgrow observed my blue lights and continued to flee. I activated my siren along with my blue lights and began calling the pursuit. Crossgrow fled west on 45th and then north on Schaer at speeds between 25-30 mph. Crossgrow disregarded the stop sign at 46th and Schaer and turned west on 46th. Crossgrow then turned north on Pike disregarding the stop sign at 46th and Pike. Crossgrow then disregarded the stop sign at 47th and Pike and turned west on 47th. Once in the 1100 block of W 47th Crossgrow attempted to turn north in a yard but crashed shortly after. Crossgrow then fled west on foot along 47th. I deployed K9 Vaughan, and we gave chase. As K9 Vaughan was rapidly approaching Crossgrow, he noticed K9 Vaughan's presence and jumped into the bed of a black Chevrolet Silverado 2500. Crossgrow then got on top of the cab of the truck to avoid K9 Vaughan. Once I had positive control of K9 Vaughan I gave Crossgrow commands to get down and lie on the ground. Crossgrow complied and once additional officers arrived on scene he was taken into custody. I observed dents to the top of the cab of the Chevrolet caused by Crossgrow and several scratches on the side of the truck caused by K9 Vaughan attempting to apprehend Crossgrow. The owner of the truck was notified of the damage. The amount of damage was in excess of $1000. The moped was towed by Phillips Brothers towing. A run of the VIN on the moped showed it to be clear. Crossgrow was later transported to the southside. I uploaded eight photos to this report as a file attachment. Crossgrow was additionally charged with 27-20-104 Standard Equipment Required. I was in unit 2318 that has an MVR that was functioning properly at the time of the incident
RECKLESS Suspect Goes Full GTA During High Speed Pursuit-The Fast and the Foolish Arkansas Police Activity 2025-08-05 | *North Little Rock, Arkansas**Happy Taco Tuesday!*On 7/13/2025 at 1708 hours as I was stopped at a traffic light at Broadway and Cypress, I observed a white Ford Escape (LPN DB 413328) disregard the traffic control device as it was traveling east on Broadway. I activated my emergency lights and initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle as it pulled into the Shell gas station (605 E Broadway). As I exited my patrol vehicle and waited for Communications to provide me with the ACIC return, the driver, later identified as Robert Bolton (Offender) fled from the traffic stop and continued east onto Broadway. I then activated my sirens, updated Communications, and pursued Mr. Bolton down Broadway. I then activated my sirens, updated Communications, and pursued Mr. Bolton down Broadway. As the pursuit continued east bound, my speed reached up to 98 mph as I was approaching Broadway and Smothers, where Bolton disregarded the red light. Bolton continued onto Powerline where I observed a marked unit stopped ahead in the opposite lane of traffic once we proceeded over the railroad tracks. Bolton then maneuvered his vehicle into the opposite lane almost hitting the marked unit, but he went back into the right lane of traffic. As Bolton entered the on ramp to Intestate 30 east bound he passed a vehicle as they were merging on the interstate as well, and the vehicle yielded to the pursuit where I was able to safely merge onto the interstate. . As we continued in the neighborhood my speed reached 74mph and Bolton lost control of the vehicle as it was traveling west onto 35th Street. Bolton continued west on 35th approaching Schaer Street where my speed was 29mph. Bolton turned north on Camp Robinson where there was only one vehicle in the southbound lane, then immediately turned east onto 36th Street. Bolton continued east onto 36th Street at high rate of speed and disregarded a stop sign at 36th and Gum, however there was no traffic. My speed reached 46 mph and Bolton lost control of his vehicle again and spun the vehicle in the yard of 3520 N Orange Street. At that time, Bolton’s front bumper was facing towards my direction as I was pulling up and attempting to block him in. As I approached Bolton’s front end, my front bumper struck the front end of Bolton’s front bumper. As my vehicle was approaching Bolton’s front bumper, Bolton was maneuvering the vehicle forward. Bolton then put the vehicle in reverse and maneuvered around my vehicle and fled north on Orange Street at a high rate of speed. There was no traffic as we continued north on Orange Street where he disregarded the stop sign at 38th Street and my speed reached 45mph. Bolton then stopped at the stop sign at 44th and Orange for a few seconds. The secondary officer behind me attempted to block Bolton, but he maneuvered around and turned east onto 44th Street and then south onto Maple Street. As we pursued Bolton south on Maple Street, there was no traffic and my speed reached 53mph. Bolton then turned back west onto F Avenue. As officers pursued west on F Avenue, my speed reached 35mph with no traffic. Bolton then turned north on Orange Street, then west onto 36th Street, then north on Willow Street as my speed reached up 32mph with no traffic. Bolton then turned east onto 38th street where my speed reached 40mph. Bolton then turned south on Maple Street before pulling up a small hill in the yard of Maple Street and coming to a complete stop. At that point officers completed a high risk stop and took Mr. Bolton into custody. Search incident to arrest, Officer Jurisic located a Ziploc bag containing a brownish green leafy substance that was stuffed into Bolton’s shorts. The leafy substance had a texture consistent with marijuana with a strong odor, but the odor was not consistent with marijuana. (See Officer Jurisic supplement). I suspected the substance to be K2(synthetic marijuana). After identifying Bolton, it was later discovered that the vehicle belonged to XXXXXX XXXXXX who was standing outside. XXXXXXX confirmed that the driver of the vehicle was her cousin Robert Bolton and an identification card with his information was located in the driver’s seat. Mr. Bolton was transported to Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility and charged accordingly.
Arkansas State Police CAPTAINS Intense 100 MPH High Speed Motorcycle Pursuit Arkansas Police Activity 2025-08-01 | *I've got to run out and check on a retired Officer. Everyone have a blessed evening and stay safe! Be back shortly!* On July 22, 2025, at approximately 4:13 PM, I was driving westbound on Interstate 40 near the 145-mile marker. Traffic in all three lanes was slowed due to a semi-truck on the shoulder. At that time, I observed a black Harley Davidson motorcycle bearing Texas license plate number 4YV986 approaching from the rear. The motorcycle, operated by a white male wearing an orange shirt, was passing between vehicles by splitting lanes. As the motorcycle passed me, it came close to striking the rear of my Arkansas State Police unit. I immediately activated my emergency blue lights to conduct a traffic stop. The driver accelerated to a high rate of speed and began passing vehicles on the shoulder. I notified Troop A Dispatch that I was in pursuit. Trooper Landry joined the pursuit near the 142-mile marker. The pursuit continued westbound on Interstate 40 at speeds between 110 and 115 miles per hour. The motorcycle operator drove recklessly—passing numerous vehicles on the shoulder at speeds exceeding 100 miles per hour and weaving through traffic. After passing the Mayflower overpass, the suspect stopped briefly, then traveled the wrong way up the entrance ramp to State Highway 89 and continued southbound. He continued to drive in a dangerous manner, including passing on a double yellow line, passing in blind curves/hills and nearly colliding with other motorists. The suspect then turned left onto Peppers Pond Road, a property managed by Arkansas Game and Fish. He fled across a field before losing control of the motorcycle. The suspect fled on foot into a wooded area north of the crash site. I, along with Mayflower Police Department officers, entered the woods but were initially unable to locate him. North Little Rock Police Department K9 units responded and ASP deployed drones. We recovered his helmet but were unable to locate the suspect at that time. Trooper Landry located a small black handgun (Ruger TR9-9MM-Serial#45568892) near the crashed motorcycle. The firearm was collected and will be stored in the Troop A Evidence Vault. Steve’s Wrecker was contacted to tow the motorcycle, and a hold was placed on the vehicle. Later, Game Wardens James Ray and Destiny May received a report of a subject walking on State Highway 89 near the last known location of the suspect. They located a white male, shirtless, covered in mud, and exhibiting road rash on his left shoulder. He was detained, and Mayflower PD and Arkansas State Police were notified. Sgt. Dakota Bailey and Trooper James Booth responded. Upon their arrival, I retrieved a still image from my in-car video camera of the fleeing suspect The individual in custody matched the image in terms of pants, shoes, and physical characteristics. The suspect was placed under arrest by Trooper Booth and identified as David Elisha Acosta . Trooper Booth read Mr. Acosta his Miranda rights and transported him to Conway Regional Medical Center for evaluation. While at the hospital, Mr. Acosta admitted to Trooper Booth that he had been lane-splitting on the motorcycle. He was later transported to Faulkner County Unit 2 and booked on multiple charges related to fleeing, reckless driving, and other offenses. An inquiry into the motorcycle’s registration revealed the Texas plate was expired and registered to Eric Purgason of Conroe, Texas. I contacted Mr. Purgason’s wife, Rachel, who informed me that Eric was currently in Colorado. Further investigation revealed that Eric had sold the motorcycle in April to Kevin Ferrara of Houston, Texas. I contacted Mr. Ferrara, who stated he sold the motorcycle two weeks ago due to mechanical issues. Mr. Ferrara provided a bill of sale showing the buyer as David Elisha Acosta. Further checks confirmed that Mr. Acosta does not possess a motorcycle endorsement and no insurance coverage could be located for the vehicle

Arkansas Police Activity 2025-08-01 | *Happy Friday-LET'S GO!!!*On Tuesday, July 22nd, at approximately 07:11 PM I was traveling westbound on Interstate 40 near the 191-mile marker behind a dark colored Nissan Altima AR (175WLL) that had a foreign material around the license plate partially blocking the state. Once I activated my emergency lights the subject began to actively flee reaching speeds up to 120 MPH, driving across all lanes of traffic with disregard to his safety and the safety of other motorists. I attempted a TVI (TACTICAL VEHICLE INTERVENTION) that was unsuccessful; the subject took aggressive evasive measures as I attempted to perform a TVI. I was able to successfully TVI the subject near the 187-mile marker. The subject left the north side of the interstate and came to rest in the trees. The subject exited the vehicle with his hands in the air and complied with my commands. I was able to place the subject under arrest with no further incident, he was identified as Detierrance Roddy B/M. After reading him his Miranda Warnings, he stated to me that he had thrown a cigarette pack with a ¼ ounce of marijuana out of the window during the pursuit. The marijuana was not able to be located. No other evidence was located within the vehicle. The pursuit was approximately 4 miles long, with speeds reaching upwards of 120 MPH, with the subject fleeing in a reckless manner. JET LI Arrested in Arkansas!!!-Not the ACTOR 🤣) Arkansas Police Activity 2025-07-31 | On 7/10/2024, I arrested Jet Hendrickson on a Conway PD felony warrant for original charges of possession of a schedule I substance not meth/cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia for meth/cocaine, as well as a new charge of possession of drug paraphernalia for meth. I placed him under arrest. See report 24-0503138 for further information on the warrant charges. I transported him to Unit 2. When I got Hendrickson out of the vehicle, I observed that he had removed his socks, put his shoes back on, and left the socks in the vehicle. I retrieved the socks. In the booking area, I located 4 plastic pouches rolled up inside one of the socks. I observed white residue inside the pouches. The pouches were consistent with drug packaging, and both the appearance of the residue and Hendrickson’s history suggested that they had contained methamphetamine. In addition to his warrant charges, I added the additional paraphernalia charge. Hendrickson has prior drug convictions, making it a felony offense. I left Hendrickson in Unit 2 custody. While entering the pouches into evidence, I applied a methamphetamine field test to one of the pouches, and it tested positive. The pouches were entered into evidence. I confirmed the charges with on-call Narcotics Investigator.

Parker #390, was traveling on Interstate 40 West near the 134 mile marker in the center lane. I noticed a gray Honda Accord traveling behind me in the left lane with no other traffic around it. As it approached me, it moved into the center lane behind. I moved into the left lane and slowed so it would pass by me. I noticed a large Interstate 40 tattoo on Ruiz-Aragon’s left forearm and a school bus toy taped to the dashboard as I spoke to him. He had a female passenger in the front seat, later identified as Moran of El Salvador, who did not speak English. Ruiz-Aragon provided me with a New Jersey driver’s license when prompted, and Moran gave me her passport. Ruiz-Aragon said they were coming from Oklahoma and headed to New Jersey. He told me that he was a roofer and that Moran was his girlfriend. He said they were coming from a vacation in Oklahoma. Every question that I asked was simple, but it seemed that Ruiz-Aragon was having a hard time answering them. I suspected that Ruiz-Aragon may be trafficking Moran, so I asked him to exit the vehicle to speak with me. He did so, and I checked him for weapons. I asked him where he went in Oklahoma, and Ruiz-Aragon told me Tulsa. I had seen that Ruiz Aragon had been as far as New Mexico, utilizing license plate readers, and suspected that he was coming from Arizona or California. I asked him if he had been anywhere else other than Oklahoma, and he would not admit it. He told me that he sometimes goes to California and that Moran lives in San Francisco or San Jose. While I was speaking to Ruiz-Aragon, I noticed his voice and hands were shaking. Trooper Hunter Glover arrived on the stop and stood with Ruiz-Aragon while I removed Moran from the car. I had her stand in front of the car and began a consensual search. There were several bags and two suitcases, all with female clothing, that I suspect belong to Moran. There was a red backpack with very few male items inside that I suspect belongs to Ruiz-Aragon. Based on my training and experience, I suspected that Ruiz-Aragon was moving Moran through the country. I returned to Ruiz-Aragon and asked if I could look at his phone. He said yes and opened it utilizing Face ID. I stood next to him where he could see what I was doing on his phone and attempted to open his WhatsApp. It required a face ID or a passcode, so I handed it to him, and he opened it for me. The first message thread was labeled Mi Union, and it had messages discussing travel routes, client lists, and payment amounts. I arrested Ruiz-Aragon, seized his phone, and placed it in airplane mode.I asked him why he was trafficking people, and he continued to tell me that Moran was his girlfriend. I took Moran’s phone and placed it in airplane mode, and asked Trooper Glover to detain her in his patrol car. Trooper Glover asked Moran questions about her travel and how long she had been dating Ruiz-Aragon, and her answers were inconsistent with what Ruiz-Aragon had told me. I contacted a wrecker to store the vehicle, and Steve’s Auto arrived. I contacted Agents with Immigration and Customs Enforcement to notify them of the human trafficking arrest and the suspected illegal alien, and they responded to Faulkner County Unit 2 for interviews. Trooper Glover transported Moran, and I transported Ruiz-Aragon to the Faulkner County Jail (Unit 2) for holding. Once we arrived at the jail, I asked Moran how much she had to pay for the service, and she told me $1,500.00. I located $2,500.00 in 100-dollar bills in Ruiz-Aragon’s wallet. I asked her if he had transported someone else on this trip and dropped them off already, but she insisted that she was his only passenger. Agent located a small clear plastic baggie containing suspected cocaine inside Ruiz-Aragon’s wallet as he removed all the debit cards and identification cards at the jail. I seized the suspected cocaine and will send it to the Arkansas State Crime Lab for drug analysis. Due to the 4th of July Holiday, the Enforcement and Removal Operations section of ICE did not have contractors working to transport Moran to a detention facility. Moran was released from custody at McDonald’s on Dave Ward Drive by Trooper Glover. Moran's phone was returned to her. Ruiz-Aragon's phone was seized and warrants were sought for digital evidence collection. The ICE agents were able to determine that Ruiz-Aragon and Moran were both illegal aliens in the United States. Neither had ever been arrested, but Moran was encountered in 2020 at the United States-Mexico border and denied entry. ICE intends to place a detainer on Ruiz-Aragon for deportation.

Bierle, received a call from Trooper Carlton (A-65) informing me he had located a vehicle being tracked by NCIS (Naval Criminal Investigative Service). Trpr. Carlton informed me the individual driving the vehicle had made XXXXXXX statements and even threatened XXXXX by cop. Trpr. Carlton informed me he had located the vehicle on I-40EB close to the 131 mile-marker. I drove to the intersection of Hwy 365 and the on-ramp to Baker-Wills Parkway in case the suspect vehicle exited the interstate. A few moments later, Trpr. Carlton advised the vehicle was now proceeding east on I-40. I located Trpr. Carlton and the suspect vehicle, and was joined by Deputy Canino of the Faulkner County Sheriff's Office and another state trooper. Trpr. Carlton then activated his blue lights to initiate a traffic stop around the 136 milemarker; however the vehicle continued despite having pulled to the right shoulder. The suspect vehicle continued eastbound before Trpr. Carlton performed a TVI at about the 138 mile-marker. The suspect vehicle drove off the roadway and into a grassy area. I ran to one of the Dodge Chargers being driven by State Police and drew my service weapon. The suspect was ordered out of the vehicle and subsequently taken into custody by ASP. The suspect only stated he was in a lot of trouble with his unit in the U.S. Navy. He stated he was assigned to the Nuclear Power Training Unit at Joint Base Charleston located in Goose Creek, South Carolina. Pafford eventually arrived on scene and transported the suspect to Baptist Conway. I then returned to my normal duties.
RECKLESS Career Criminal Meets the MIGHTY ARKANSAS STATE POLICE-Big Mistake! Arkansas Police Activity 2025-07-24 | *North Little Rock, Arkansas*On 7/3/25 at approximately 0704 hours I conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of W 34th and Burks on a 2014 white Ford Fusion (LPN GARRS) for disobeying a stop sign. We turned east on W 34th and the driver (Derek Baker) slowed down as if he was going to stop but then he continued on 34th and turned south onto Pike. He ran the red light at 34th and Pike then began accelerating and continued southbound passing 33rd and Pike. I then activated my emergency lights siren and we continued southbound. We headed southbound on Percy Machin turning east on to Pershing. Once on Pershing Baker did a U turn and headed back north on Percy Machin. We then went onto the I40 east on ramp and Baker began driving on the shoulder as we were getting on the interstate. We then continued east on I40 speeds were 80mph and I advised dispatch to notify ASP for assistance. We then took I30 west speeds were 98mph medium traffic. Continued westbound on I30 speeds 75mph and Baker was weaving in and out of traffic. Continued westbound to the I30/630 split speeds 109mph medium traffic. We then took the 630 west speeds 79mph medium traffic. Continuing westbound on 630 speeds 84mph medium traffic. We then took exit 1B speeds 50 medium traffic. Continuing westbound passing Chester we merged back onto 630 west and ASP was on the shoulder waiting. ASP became primary and we continued west speeds 85mph medium traffic. Continued westbound on 630 speeds 93 Baker was weaving in and out of traffic, medium traffic. Continued west on 630 speeds 84 medium traffic. We then took exit 3H speeds 65 no traffic. We continued north on Woodrow passing 6th street ASP went for a TVI and was unsuccessful. We continued north on Woodrow and turned east on Markham St at speeds 50mph no traffic. ASP then conducted another TVI and were unsuccessful. We then headed northbound on Kavanaugh speeds 60mph no traffic. Continued on Kavanaugh passing Ozark speeds 60mph no traffic. ASP conducted another TVI and was successful and stopped the vehicle at 1718 Kavanaugh. A high risk traffic stop was conducted and Baker complied with orders. Baker was placed into custody and secured in my patrol vehicle. Baker’s vehicle was towed by Phillip brothers. Baker was transported to Baptist Springhill to get medically cleared. He was then transported to Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility. A return of ACIC/NCIC showed Bakers Driver’s license to be suspended and that his vehicle did not have insurance. My body mic and MVR were activated during this incident in Unit 2009.
Baby Daddy Showed Up Unannounced…Then All Hell Broke Loose! Arkansas Police Activity 2025-07-20 | Jacksonville, Arkansas*Patience is a virtue and these Officers definitely had to have it!*On 1/24/2025 at 1350 hours, I, Officer Barbee-Smith, responded to in reference to a disturbance. While on scene, a black male, later identified as Kelvin Wiley, walked onto the scene then began threatening Sharon Hines in the presence of officers. Wiley pointed his finger at Hines and began yelling he was going to "fuck her up" while his other hand was in his waist band as if he had a weapon. I asked Wiley to leave multiple times. Wiley refused to leave. I placed Wiley in handcuffs checked to fit. Wiley was transported to the Pulaski County Jail.
Crazy Lady Allegedly Choked Her Mom and Takes Police on High Speed Chase Arkansas Police Activity 2025-07-18 | *NORTH LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS*On 5/23/2025 at approximately 1651 hours officers were dispatched XXXXXXX in regards to a possible disturbance between a mother and daughter at this location. While enroute call notes were added stating that it sounded like one of the parties was coughing/choking. Upon my arrival Ofc. W. Williams advised that a black passenger car just left the residence when arriving on scene. I observed the vehicle leave the residence as I was arriving on scene. I was able to catch up to the vehicle at Live Oak & Lynch Drive. As I got behind the vehicle I was able to observe the paper tag to be completely unreadable and no longer in one piece. As the vehicle turned east on to Lynch I activated my emergency blue lights and siren to conduct a traffic stop on the vehicle to discuss the tags and what occurred at XXXXXXXXXXXX. The vehicle slowly came to a stop around 7001 Faulkner Lake but the vehicle never came to a complete stop and just continued to roll and as the vehicle slowed I was able to observe what I thought to be a single occupant of the vehicle with dreads operating the vehicle before it began to flee at a high rate of speed east on Faulkner Lake. The vehicle fled east on Faulkner Lake at speeds in excess of 100 mph showing no regard for others on the roadway or in the area. The vehicle then tried to negotiate the turn on to the on ramp to I -440 W towards Little Rock and while doing so was unable to control the vehicle due to the speed of the turn and went off onto the shoulder. The vehicle continued to flee west on I-440 at speeds in excess of 110 mph utilizing the left lane of travel. As the vehicle continued over the I-440 river bridge we reached speeds of approximately 127 mph with light traffic that was yielding to my emergency lights and sirens. As I continued to pursue the suspect we came upon the river port exit on the Little Rock side of I-440 and it was unclear if the vehicle would exit here at which time I maneuvered my unit to the right lane in case the suspect vehicle attempted to exit the freeway. After continuing past the exit we continued west at speeds of approximately 123 mph with no traffic. The suspect vehicle then crossed over the left shoulder line showing lack of control of the vehicle at speeds of approximately 124 mph with no traffic. The suspect then passed several vehicles on the left shoulder at speeds in excess of 100 mph showing a reckless disregard for the lives of others on the roadway. As I came up on these vehicles they were able to yield to my lights and sirens as I approached. As I continued to pursue the suspect past the airport exit on 440 at speeds of approximately 125 mph with light traffic. Arkansas State Police advised that they were coming up in the area from behind my patrol unit to intervene in the pursuit. The suspect then continued fleeing west on 440 at speeds of approximately 132 mph with light traffic coming up on the Springer exit from 440. The suspect vehicle then began passing vehicles on the right shoulder at speeds of approximately 100 mph with light traffic. The vehicle continued to flee south on 530 at speeds of approximately 122 mph with medium traffic. The suspect several times lost control of the vehicle while fleeing south on 530 with medium traffic at speeds of approximately 124 mph. the suspect vehicle then began passing other vehicles on the right shoulder of roadway at speeds of approximately 105 mph. I maintained pursuit and followed on the shoulder due to the vehicles occupying the lanes of travel on 530. After traveling on the shoulder we entered the roadway again at speeds of approximately 86 mph with heavy traffic. The vehicle then utilized the right shoulder once again to pass traffic and I followed believing that the suspect would exit the roadway or drive into the ditch to flee into the wooded area due to the traffic on 530. The suspect vehicle then took the Dixon Rd exit at speeds of approximately 103 mph and almost wrecked her vehicle while negotiating the turn east onto Dixon Rd. At this time Lt. Sims and Sgt. Rathey advised to terminate the vehicle pursuit. I deactivated my emergency lights and sirens and advised of the last direction of travel at a high rate of speed. I continued to travel east on Dixon Rd looking for a place to turn around and as I crested the hill in the 1200 block I observed an accident involving a vehicle that had been rear ended. I then observed my previous suspect vehicle wrecked out in the front yard of 1224 Dixon Rd. As I exited my patrol vehicle I asked who the driver was and witnesses on scene stated "the black lady" due to the hair (dreads) and the injuries I could observe on the black female later identified as Ms. Shaki Floyd I removed my duty weapon and instructed her to get on the ground. Once I could clearly see both of Ms. Floyd's hands and noticed she was following my commands, I holstered my duty weapon and placed Ms. Floyd in custody.

Armed Suspects Become CRY BABIES after High Speed Pursuit CRASH Arkansas Police Activity 2025-07-17 | *NORTH LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS*On 6/27/2025 at approximately 2240 hours, I conducted a traffic stop on a white Kia Rio at the intersection of E. Broadway and May St. for expired tags and unconfirmed insurance. Upon exiting my vehicle, the Kia took off traveling south on May and turning East on Washington. The suspect vehicle then turned South on Hwy 165, reaching speeds of 101 mph, before Officer Wade began calling out our location (see Supplement for further). We merged onto I-440 West and continued reaching speeds of over 100 mph while weaving in and out of traffic. We then merged onto I-30 W toward Hot Springs. The suspect continued weaving in and out of traffic until he reached 65th St, turning South toward Arch St. We then turned East on Arch St and the suspect drove in the westbound travel lane briefly. AR State Police took over as primary on Arch/Hwy367, so I began calling out our location updates again. A TVI attempt was unsuccessful, as the suspect vehicle continued speeding through red lights and stop signs without even attempting to slow down. I cleared the intersection at the light on Roosevelt before continuing, but due to cars parked on the roadway and a tree obscuring the stop sign until I was almost past it, I was unable to slow down and clear the intersection at Arch and 23rd St. The suspect continued through several more stop signs that I was able to slow down and clear before traveling through as I continued as the number two unit in the pursuit, except for 16th street. I did not see this stop sign until reviewing my dash cam video. The vehicle crashed at Daisy Bates (14th) and Arch. At this time the driver was told to exit the vehicle and lay face down on the ground. The driver was given commands to crawl toward our voices but could only move a few feet before stopping. Ofc Wade and I approached the driver, later identified as Devin Chism, and as we made physical contact with him, the passenger poked his head out of the driver’s door. Officers attempted to clear the vehicle but were advised by both occupants that no one else was inside. The passenger, later identified as Jordan King, was ordered to exit the vehicle and was detained in handcuffs. It was obvious he suffered some kind of back injury so he remained near the vehicle until MEMS could arrive and check him out. Immediately upon looking inside the vehicle through the driver’s door, a small baggie containing a leafy green substance I know through my training and experience to be Marijuana, along with two firearm magazines were in plain view in the cupholder and open center console of the vehicle. Sgt. Lyon alerted me to the presence of a firearm that had fallen out of a red backpack he picked up in the back seat (See Sgt. Lyon’s supplement) (AHAT956 Glock 29). Sgt. Lyon then alerted me to the presence of a second firearm (WKD566 Glock 23) in the red backpack, along with a prescription bottle with Devin Chism’s name on it, as I was clearing the first firearm and having it checked through ACIC. I then cleared the second firearm and ran it through ACIC. As I did this, Sgt. Lyon alerted me to the presence of a third firearm (DEV738 Glock 22) underneath the passenger seat.I retrieved this firearm, cleared it, and ran it through ACIC. All firearms returned with no records of being stolen. It should be noted that the pistol magazine located in the center console, another in the red backpack, and the magazine loaded in the third firearm were all extended (20 rd.) magazines. I left the scene following the ambulance with both suspects on board to UAMS as Ofc. Bryant took over collecting evidence from the vehicle and completing a tow sheet (see supplement). While at UAMS, I was advised that both suspects were going to be admitted due to their injuries, so I informed Sgt. Fisher, who advised me to complete ADR’s and OR forms for both men, issuing court dates. Chism . Both suspects were then released into the care of UAMS with appearance agreements.
ILLEGAL Alien Meets the Mighty Arkansas State Police-ICE Notified Arkansas Police Activity 2025-07-13 | *The PIT was performed by Trooper Brandon Loy. This was his first PIT and he performed it to perfection. Great job Trooper Loy!*On 06/18/2025 at approximately 1115 hours, I, Sgt. H. Greenwood, conducted a traffic stop on a Dodge truck displaying AR LPN: ABW61W on Hwy 67 S near 2000 John Harden Dr. I observed the vehicle traveling south on John Harden in front of Starbucks when she made a sudden right turn into the shopping center parking lot using her blinker as she was starting to turn. The vehicle went through the parking lot and then came right back out onto John Harden from the first Walmart entrance. Due to my experience, this is usually a tactic used to avoid the possibility of getting stopped or coming into contact with law enforcement. I got behind the vehicle on Hwy 67 S and initiated my lights. The vehicle switched to the right lane as if it was taking the James Street exit, but then continued going south on Hwy 67. The vehicle switched lanes multiple times as if she was about to pull over but then continued to drive. I initiated my sirens and continued to follow the vehicle. The vehicle passed the Main Street exit going approximately 65 to 70 MPH in a 55 MPH construction zone. I continued to follow the vehicle with speeds reaching 75-80 MPH. The vehicle continued onto I40 West where Arkansas State Police conducted a TVI on the vehicle (Ref ASP Report#202510918ASP). I gave commands for the driver to put her hands out the window and she did not until multiple commands were given then, she opened the door and got out of the vehicle. She was advised to get on the ground where she was arrested. The driver, Liliana Zuniga Rocha, had a fake United States Resident ID, two debit cards belonging to Robert Shirley and an Arkansas ID belonging to Ashley Mendoza in her back right pocket. Zuniga Rocha did not have a driver's license and upon conducting a search of the vehicle, the insurance card that was located showed to be expired. Zuniga Rocha was transported to Unity Health for evaluation and then transported to PCRDF. The fake United States Resident ID was handed over to ICE and I placed the debit cards and ID's into property as evidence. Ivy Hall responded and towed the vehicle. An Arkansas Auto Storage Report 20250618114624ASR was completed and placed in the shift folder. Photos were obtained of the vehicle and placed on the P-Drive. The video from Arkansas State Police was placed on the P-Drive. SUPPLEMENT #2 Patrolman John L. Burton - On 06/18/2025 at 1115 hours, I, Ofc Burton, was responding to a pursuit on I-57 SouthBound initiated by Sgt H. Greenwood. I caught up to the pursuit at McCain Blvd and followed behind on to I-40 westbound. As we reached the JFK Blvd on ramp Arkansas State Police took over and performed a TVI (Tactical Vehicle Intervention). The vehicle spun around and was facing eastbound in the westbound lanes. I helped block off the lanes of traffic with my patrol unit. The suspect got out of the vehicle and stood by the driver door of the suspect's vehicle. We pointed our service pistol at the driver as Sgt Greenwood was giving her commands. I holstered my pistol and grabbed the orange less lethal shotgun out of the trunk of my unit. I armed the less lethal and pointed it at the suspect. Sgt. Greenwood covered me and I moved around the back of my unit to be beside her. We then walked in line as one towards the suspect and the vehicle. I along with two ASP Troopers cleared the truck, as Sgt. Greenwood placed the suspect in cuffs. I transported the suspect to Unity Hospital and handed her over to the Jacksonville TSO. SUPPLEMENT #5 Jayela Lane - On 06/18/2025 at 1115 hours, I, Officer Lane, was with Sgt. H. Greenwood when she was conducting traffic stops on John Harden Dr. and noticed a silver, Dodge pickup truck with no liability insurance. She attempted to stop the vehicle on Hwy 67 S. I noticed the driver, later identified as Liliana Zuniga Rocha, throw something out of the window and let down the passenger side window. She continued traveling on 67 S before traveling West on I-40. Arkansas State Police took over the pursuit and initiated a TVI on the vehicle. I exited police unit 23-07 with my firearm out and pointed at Zuniga Rocha, while Sgt. Greenwood gave her commands. Once safe to do so, we approached the suspect and went hands on to place her in handcuffs. I placed Zuniga Rocha in front of the State Police unit and searched her before placing her in a patrol unit.
