The rate was calculated from at least a dozen hours of tests with the farm facing north, but the farm is slightly directional with ~13.2k bonemeal profit per hour when it is facing south. Only a few hours of testing were done in each of the east/west/south directions, with east/west seeming similar to north (though I can’t be certain), though south seemed noticeably worse. The directionality is likely due to differences in how item entities clip through blocks in the farm.
One thing I should have emphasized more in the video: be sure to turn off the farm before unloading it (by leaving the area or closing the game); otherwise, some cobblestone might generate.
Other specs: Bonemeals two central moss blocks in a 10 redstone tick cycle, 17x20x17 bounding box (including the floor), 15x19x15 bounding box for redstone, should be chunk aligned, works both pre- and post- 1.20.40
- In the world download, I use deepslate bricks as my solid block. To be safe, you should use solid blocks which moss cannot spread to and which lava cannot burn. Cobblestone or netherrack is fine, stone or polished andesite or Overworld tree planks are not. - Each deepslate brick slab is a block that could be either a slab, solid block, or glass (whichever you prefer; I like to save resources by using slabs), - Polished deepslate slabs can be either slabs or glass, - Deepslate tile slabs must be slabs, - Light gray glass is for the sides of water streams and can be entirely replaced with solid blocks, - Black glass is primarily aesthetic but is sometimes needed for redstone, so be careful if substituting it with solid blocks. There’s also black glass in parts of the moss-crushers; I don’t know exactly how items decide to clip through blocks, so I don’t know for sure how much of that glass can be replaced with solid blocks. Lastly, for the optional input protection, the wooden shovel can be replaced by any nonstackable item.

The theoretical rate I calculated before finishing the farm's design is 1987 rooted dirt produced per hour. If clay is enabled, nearly all of that rooted dirt should be converted into clay. I have not tested the farm for long enough to determine the exact rate, but it seems that the theoretical rate is close enough; at the very least the rate exceeds 1728x4 clay balls per hour (1 shulker box of clay blocks per hour). Additionally, the farm should produces around a shulker box of oak logs per hour, and a fair amount of bonemeal (testing the exact bonemeal rate was not a priority).
Path it uses to produce clay: Stone → Moss and Azalea (via bonemealing moss near the stone) → Rooted dirt and oak log (via bonemealing the azalea) → mud (via dispenser using water bottle on rooted dirt) → clay (via pointed dripstone) → items (via wither)
Other specs: - 48x22x32 bounding box (3x2 chunks, so it works in Sim 4) - Needs to be chunk aligned, and built facing the correct direction; must be in the same direction as the world download. - Handles crashing (and presumably other unexpected unloading) very poorly; no blocks should break, but quite a few block streams might have become messed up, and the internal state of the 1-to-44 block splitter might be affected. Fixing it is somewhat tedious in creative, and no doubt worse in survival - Uses bedrock; in theory you could modify the design to use cubemakers, and shut off the farm when they're full. I already have bedrock in my survival world, so I'll be using a wither cage. - The storage system is far from the best, but works. It doesn't have shulker loaders.

The melody should probably be played by another flute, rather than a bell, but these choices of instruments should make it slightly easier to make in Minecraft later on (except for the percussion... R.I.P. gravity block stacking that I could have used to make a contraption to store massive amounts of sand to use the sand breaking sound effect as cymbals).
Much of it could be copied from sheet music of the original’s piano arrangement by Reknah, with the percussion taking some time to figure out. The most time-consuming parts were the bass and one section of melody that NyxTheShield added (labeled SB - C here). For the latter, I played the song at 1/32 speed with a tuner app open, keeping the chords in use in mind, and that final section of melody I had left to do turned out better than most of the other sections I had to figure out myself.
Edit: While NyxTheShield’s remix had that SB - C section of melody louder than the original, it was in the original, but not in the piano arrangement.

(And if you pause the video near the start, you can read the three lines of code making up the first program).
Just to be clear about how slow the computer is, yes, that timer is actually in minutes and seconds, and yes, calculating and displaying the next Fibonacci number takes exactly 48 seconds (excluding the very start and end of the entire program).
I also spent a lot of time making a better (and more slow) version, called P3. I finished coding it (or rather, planning out what I would code into the computer), but it will run on Computer 2.1, which will need its own video first.
To explain the ‘code’ towards the start: the two leftmost digits are the addresses in program memory; the next three digits are the first three bits of an 11-bit instruction, and select a function; and the next 8 digits, split into two sets of four for legibility, sort of determine what the function actually does.
In short, the left pages display machine code with addresses added for my sake.
