Leave Your Lover// Ferncloud x Squirrelflight PMV

StarCat 2024-03-18 | This is a ship that I have grown continually more and more fond of. I think these two girlies would get along swell. Ferncloud is soft and gentle yet will fiercefully defend those she loves. Squirrelflight is loud and sassy in contrast but still has a soft center for her loved ones. They would balance each other out and be an unstoppable force.
In this AU Ferncloud is falling out of love with Dustpelt while Squirrelflight deals with Brambleclaw's anger issues and inconsistencies. Ferncloud feels drawn to Squirrelflight's fire and wishes that they could be together instead. She hopes Squirrelflight will leave her lover... but she struggles to leave her own as well. (Plus, Ferncloud figures out the truth about the kits)

This map part is a headcanon about Squirrelflight, that being they are a demi-girl/ nonbinary! Hence the color palette being of the flag.
I really like this headcanon as I relate it to my own gender identity and like to express it through characters I really like.

Snakes// Arcane Inspired Frecklewish M.A.P. Call (OPEN)

StarCat 2022-12-14 | This a map about Frecklewish from Mapleshade’s Vengeance, but with a twist! Whenever a cat expresses their inner rage and acts cruelly, they transform into a snake. Frecklewish is so full of grief and sadness, but this manifests as rage in many cases. Her brother, Birchface, is killed by Appledusk, and this breaks her until Mapleshade has “his” kits. When Frecklewish finds out that Mapleshade lied and the kits are actually Appledusk’s, she takes out her rage and sadness on Mapleshade and her innocent kits. What Frecklewish does not realize is that Mapleshade also has inner rage, even greater than her own.

This project is also very inspired in its color palettes and themes from the animated series Arcane: League of Legends.

Also inspired by the love of snakes.

Information about the YCH:
Red is mad at Yellow for an action they have committed and confronts them for it.
The “scene choice” parts are for still images of the yellow characters backstory, the backstory being the thing the character “did” that red is confronting them for.
It will be fully animated at 12 fps! So pretty smooth. This includes full lip sync from red!
There are two characters but feel free to put more in the backstory scenes.
The animation will have backgrounds that are not extremely complex, yet that are still full scenes.
Includes minimal shading

This is a project I've been working on since April of last year. I had quit even though I was pretty close to done around September. But now, it's finally done and right on time for Valentine's (in my time zone at least). Some of the art, of course, is old since I'd been working on it for so long. However, I'm still proud of this all things considered. Hollyleaf x Hazeltail is one of my favorite warrior cat ships, and it's so incredibly underrated. So this is my little love letter to HollyHazel. I hope you all enjoy it!

StarCat 2021-10-10 | I wanted to do something a little spooky. I decided to fully animate the blood which was actually pretty fun! I also tested out some camera movement. Brand New Day// Complete Ashfur AU M.A.P. (read description)

StarCat 2021-09-14 | After over a year, Brand New Day is complete!

The idea behind the map is: What if Ashfur in his rage followed through with his plans to kill Jayfeather, Hollyleaf, and Lionblaze? Then decides on killing Squirrelflight as well as the ultimate punishment for her "betrayal". In the credits, we see Leafpool has found out what Ashfur has done and poisons him.

Regresa- part 22

StarCat 2021-03-03 | This took me forever, I was going to be able to finish it realitivly quickly, but decided to be very detailed with the shading and lighting. I am not sure if it looks fantastic, but overall I got the effect I was looking for. Note to self and advice, do not take up 14 second map parts.... It's a lot. I will note that the camera movements and animation for the spin is very wonky and jittery, but hey, first times for everything I guess.
This map part is of my warriors ocs! The gist of it is that Lightningtail really misses his cat boyfriend Splashpaw, but Snakestar banished him so they are now separated.
