Key concepts:
- Start out with an engine ("elevatorEngine") - Place your platform element - Activate the platform's physics, and set the engine as physics parent (select both tiles and right-click on the engine) - The engine has a max/min elevator height which becomes modifyable when you select the engine - Elevator buttons can be attached to the platform - To attach other tiles to the platform (such as background tiles), select those tiles and the platform, right-click on the platform and choose "merge tiles"
Note that the elevators are intended to be used with the "lift" objects (called "elevatorPlatform" in the tile selection), so if you create custom elevators the behaviors may turn out a little bit weird :)Cobalt - A Walk Home under parJens Bergensten2014-01-17 | Three runs on the "A Walk Home" speed/challenge map.
