Private schools escel at teaching children according to their level. Government schools teach each child at one level, my daughter is 20, my son is 12, my youngest 9. I have learned over the course of many years that this is the case, if you dont have children...maybe you dont know...if you have children and you dont see this....get involved with your kids education. It is so obvious on so many levels of distinction that congress is addressing it, if only for show; but they are addressing it. Government can not control a FART, much less anything else!
