A live-action reinterpretation of the story of the most hated ninja in his village — fully AI-generated (Seedance, GPT reference images, editing and color grading in DaVinci Resolve).

Let's be honest: this episode is far from perfect. Continuity errors, drifting faces, shots I wish I could have redone ten times. But at some point, you have to release something — even imperfect — instead of polishing in the void. This is version 1 of what I'm capable of today.

This project taught me a lot: directing AI "actors", writing prompts like shot lists, keeping visual consistency across dozens of generations, balancing sound, light and pacing. Every visible mistake in this episode is a lesson for the next one.

And someday, why not: launching the series for real, episode after episode. But there's a lot of work to do before I get there.

The night the hidden village fell, something enormous was sealed away — not destroyed. Twelve years later, that seal walks around in orange, paints graffiti on the faces of the village's stone monuments, and gets chased through the rooftops by half the guard. The villagers see a threat. He just wants someone to look at him.

This is the pilot of SHINOBI, an AI live-action series built shot by shot: real cinematic language, real camera grammar, no anime footage. Every frame is generated, graded and cut by hand.
