Breanna Stratton explores Yakimas Summer Nights - Exclusive Interview with Downtown Association!
updated
In this UFO encounter interview, Zack Agee shares what he describes as a childhood alien abduction experience that began when he was just six years old. According to Zack, he awoke to a room filled with bright light before encountering small Grey aliens that appeared beside his bed and communicated with him telepathically.
What followed was an experience that Zack says took him aboard a massive alien craft where he encountered Grey beings, tall human-looking entities often referred to as Nordics, and a large praying mantis being. During the encounter, Zack recalls being paralyzed, examined on a table, and subjected to a procedure involving a needle placed behind his ear.
Zack also describes seeing areas of the craft he believes he was not supposed to access, viewing the darkness of space through a large window, and experiencing what he calls an "information download" after opening a mysterious black box. The experience included flashes of symbols, equations, memories, maps, and what he believes may have been a past-life memory.
Topics discussed in this interview:
• Alien Abduction
• Grey Aliens
• Praying Mantis Beings
• Mantis Alien Encounters
• Nordic Aliens
• UFO Encounter
• Childhood UFO Experience
• Telepathic Communication
• Alien Craft
• Missing Time
• Extraterrestrial Intelligence
• Information Download Phenomenon
• Consciousness and Reality
• Close Encounters
Whether viewed as an alien abduction, extraterrestrial encounter, consciousness experience, psychological event, or something else entirely, Zack's account raises fascinating questions about the nature of reality and the experiences reported by UFO experiencers around the world.

A local contractor was contacted about a large job, given a downtown Spokane address, and asked to meet in person. After driving from Coeur d’Alene, it became clear the job did not exist.
This video contains the full, unedited phone call I conducted afterward with the individual connected to that number. During the call, he identifies himself as Chase Olsen, associated with Chasing Perfection LLC, and responds to direct questions about the incident.
🎧 What you’ll hear:
* A breakdown of how the fake job was set up
* Direct responses to whether it was intentional
* The tone and demeanor throughout the conversation
* Statements made during the call, including how he views what happened
⚠️ Why this is being shared
Sending someone on a false job lead especially in a small business community costs time, fuel, and money. Whether someone calls that a “prank” or not, the impact is real.
This recording is being shared for transparency and accountability.
No edits have been made. No clips taken out of context.
Listen to the full call and decide for yourself.

In this episode of Your Marketing Sucks: Building North Idaho, Dan Wise and Elizabeth sit down with Monty from Premier Basement Systems to break down what they actually do (in normal-people language): everything from the subgrade down — foundations, basements, crawl spaces, water intrusion, moisture, and the “why does my house smell like that?” problem most homeowners don’t realize isn’t normal.
Monty explains:
Why basements and crawl spaces get that mildew / moldy smell
The difference between active leaks vs. condensation
Why some homes only leak once every 10–15 years
Why “dig it up from the outside” often isn’t the best long-term solution
What crawl space encapsulation is (and how it can reduce energy use)
How Premier’s solutions are custom based on geography + soil + moisture behavior
And yes… we talk about bats in crawl spaces 🦇
If you’re in North Idaho, Eastern Washington, Spokane, Sandpoint, Coeur d’Alene, or anywhere nearby — this is one of those conversations that can save you a ton of money (and stress) down the road.

In this episode of Your Marketing Sucks – Building North Idaho, hosts Dan Wise and Elizabeth Maud sit down with Nick Bond, owner of Empire Insulation, to break down what spray foam insulation really is, how it works, and why experience matters when insulating homes, shops, and commercial buildings.
Nick explains the key differences between spray foam insulation and traditional fiberglass insulation, how spray foam stops heat transfer through conduction, convection, and radiation, and why it acts as both an air barrier and vapor barrier. If you’re building a new home, insulating a shop or pole barn, or planning a long-term “forever home,” this episode is packed with real-world insight.
We also dive into:
• Why spray foam insulation is NOT a job for beginners
• Common mistakes homeowners make when choosing the lowest price
• Fire-retardant and intumescent coatings (like DC 315)
• How proper insulation helps prevent mold, pests, and moisture issues
• What questions homeowners should ask before hiring an insulation contractor
• Why building science, thermodynamics, and experience matter
Nick shares how Empire Insulation has built its reputation through education, craftsmanship, and standing behind their work — and why he refuses to put his name on installations he knows will fail.

Angelo Brunson, owner of Angelo’s Ristorante in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, finds himself at the center of a growing controversy one that involves repeated visits to unlicensed Asian massage parlors, suspected human trafficking, and his own recorded admissions captured during a 2024 traffic stop by local law enforcement.
This video combines the official police bodycam footage with the defense video posted by independent journalist Casey Whalen allowing you to hear everything in Angelo’s own words.
🚨 Angelo has not been charged with a crime.
But his behavior, contradictions, and refusal to take accountability have raised serious community concerns.
🔥 In Angelo’s Own Words (from the traffic stop):
He admitted to being touched and propositioned at multiple parlors.
He said one receptionist looked around “14 years old.”
He continued going even after calling police to report them.
He knew the places were not legitimate and stated he goes to confession because of it.
He claimed he was there only for pain relief, despite also seeing chiropractors and licensed therapists regularly.
🧩 The Bigger Picture:
Angelo previously donated either money or a gift certificate to Safe Harbor, a North Idaho anti-trafficking nonprofit demonstrating awareness of and opposition to human trafficking.
Yet he knowingly supported the very businesses he once reported businesses he claimed were engaged in illegal activity.
Angelo’s defense video, posted by Casey Whalen, did not disclose their personal relationship or the fact that Casey had previously worked for him.
Both men were asked if any compensation or favors were exchanged for that video. Neither has answered.
During our own separate investigation, Casey confirmed to us directly that he is both a friend and former employee of Angelo a detail that was not shared with viewers in his “independent” defense piece.

💬 A Message to the Community:
This isn’t about cancel culture. It’s about character.
Angelo Brunson reported the massage parlors.
Then kept going back.
He admitted the guilt by going to confession, yet today claims he’s a political victim — threatening lawsuits instead of answering questions.
We ask you, Coeur d’Alene and North Idaho:
Is this the kind of man we want involved in local leadership?

Holy Rootz Landscaping in Coeur d’Alene: Nikii Dixon’s Story of Faith and Hustle
🔥 Episode Description
In this episode of North Idaho Podcast Productions, Dan Wise sits down with Nikii Dixon (that's Nike, like the shoes) to talk about how he built Holy Rootz Property Services from literally nothing.
Nikii shares his inspiring journey from overthinking and uncertainty to becoming one of the most trusted lawn and property service providers in the Coeur d’Alene area. Born in Atlanta, raised in Oregon, and now rooted in North Idaho, Nikii opens up about growing up without tools, asking his community for help, and learning to say yes before knowing how but always figuring it out.
We talk about
• Why he named his business "Holy Rootz" and how faith plays a key role in his life
• How he got his first landscaping tools (spoiler: Facebook and humility)
• The hustle it took to turn a Chevy Malibu into a work truck
• Building a custom camper with no prior experience
• Why “fake it till you make it” isn't a scam, it's a survival strategy
• The emotional weight of entrepreneurship and the role of mentorship and community
If you’ve ever wanted to start a business but felt overwhelmed or underprepared, Nikii’s story will hit home and probably light a fire under you.

I recently upgraded my ducks’ pond to a 10x10 in-ground pond, approximately 3 feet deep, giving them plenty of space to swim, dive, and stay cool.
To keep the water clean and safe, I built a DIY 50-gallon filtration system powered by a 35-watt solar pump. Here’s how the setup works:
• Filtration Barrel Design:
• I drilled a ¾-inch threaded hole at the bottom (standard garden hose size) where the solar pump pulls water from the pond and pushes it into the filter barrel.
• At the top of the barrel, I drilled a 1.5-inch hole to return the clean water to the pond using PVC pipe, creating a waterfall effect that improves water circulation and oxygenation.
• Filter Media Inside the Barrel:
• 800 bio media balls for biological filtration, where beneficial bacteria thrive.
• 5 round activated charcoal filters to help remove odors, toxins, and fine particles.
• Maintenance Routine:
• I do partial water changes every two weeks.
• The filter barrel is cleaned every two weeks, and when rinsing the bio media balls, I always use pond water (not tap water) to preserve the beneficial bacteria.
• Pond Liner:
• I used a durable, flexible pond liner ordered from Amazon, which made installation much easier and waterproof.
Products Used:
• Pond Liner: https://a.co/d/dpGPnc9
• Charcoal Filter: https://a.co/d/9HERAJQ
• Solar Pump: https://a.co/d/bs1TWjI
• Bio Media Balls: https://a.co/d/aVZfHxO
This setup has kept the water clean, the ducks happy, and the system eco-friendly with no electricity required, thanks to the solar-powered pump. The sound of the waterfall also adds a peaceful vibe to the backyard.

The Jaw-Dropping Journey of Josh Ryan: From Crime to Redemption (Full Story) | MUST WATCH
Josh Ryan’s life is unbelievable, raw, and real. A story of struggle, survival, and second chances that you have to hear to believe.
Part 1: The Early Years & Gang Life: youtu.be/S3vcIMbryNA
Josh grew up in chaos as the son of a preacher who struggled with addiction. He committed his first robbery at age 12, using a six-year-old to break into a house. Looking for family and belonging, he joined the Norteños gang, quickly becoming involved in dealing drugs by 13 and carrying guns by 16. As his lifestyle escalated, he found himself addicted to OxyContin and entangled in street life.
Part 2: Rock Bottom & Redemption : youtu.be/jywvh0CS0YU?si=8pzgWxS9YrmVlUam
A botched home invasion changed everything when bullets started flying, forcing Josh into a desperate escape through a window. After being arrested, he spent 21 months in jail fighting a case with a public defender. Facing a potential 12-year sentence, an unexpected plea deal reduced his time, giving him a chance at change. While in prison, he immersed himself in education, self-reflection, and mentorship programs that reshaped his mindset.
Part 3: Life After Prison (Coming Soon) : youtu.be/oW7osnalttA
The battle to stay clean after release was just beginning. Josh had to rebuild his life from nothing while facing the stigma of being an ex-felon. He chose fatherhood over the streets and found purpose in mentoring others and sharing his story to break stereotypes about life after incarceration.
Josh Ryan doesn’t hold back. His story is a must-watch for anyone who has struggled, faced rock bottom, or believes in the power of redemption.
