Return to Cambridge KCGE, New Restaurant Our Flying Adventures 2024-09-21 | Mary and I decided to try out the new restaurant at the Cambridge Airport - KCGE. Carol's Kitchen opened on 9/11 and we wanted to get in the air so we went to try it out. A short but fun flight with a near miss on the return to Ocean City. A Bald Eagle passed by the cowl and then banked dipping under our right wing. Aborted Take Off and then a return to the Valley , KAVP Our Flying Adventures 2024-06-29 | We decided to take advantage of the gorgeous weather and head to Wilkes-Barre KAVP. It's been a while since my bride and I made the trip. On our first attempt to take off I noticed something wasn't right. The speed felt off and then a vibration. Manifold Pressure Gauge Fix Our Flying Adventures 2024-06-19 | A quick hop back to N57 - New Garden to once again address my manifold pressure gauge. The new line installed at annual was fine, what failed was the AN fitting that connected to the gauge, it was blocked solid.
