Ghost Recon® Wildlands: Low-Risk Solo Convoy Ambush Unit 2-73 2017-08-27 | A short video showing how you can ambush fully armed supply convoys from a distance or while mostly concealed. You must have:*Explosive drone upgrade, even if just LV1. (You could skip this by just ramming your drone to the escort chopper to shoot it down, but its a good chance the grew will still be alive). Alternatively, use an HTI, but only if you're that bored.*Be able to atleast synch-shot two enemies*Fully upgraded drone range upgrade (you could settle for lower, but you'll need the convoy to be closer.)*Rebel Mortars, atleast LV1(Although more levels means better chance of success)*Rebel Search Sweep, atleast LV2 to cover the entire convoy.*A decent marksman/sniper rifle.==Steps if you don't want to watch the video==1. Get within atleast 600m of the convoy. 800m if you want more prep time.2. Assuming you have a maxed-range drone, once its within 600m, send the drone and use the rebel scan sweep to mark all convoy defenders. If your drone range isn't maxed, you might have to wait for it to get closer.3. Mark the two supply truck crewmen. If you have one more, mark the driver of the rear vehicle.4. Once they're within 300-400m; perform synch shot, the rear truck will stop and the front truck will move a bit farther.5. Drop mortars on the front truck to eliminate the first bunch.6. Use your drone as a remote-controlled missile against the chopper. You could also just ram the drone to the chopper to bring it down, but the crewmen might survive impact. Alternatively just snipe it with an HTI.7. Mop up the survivors of the rear truck, if you shot the driver, there should only be 4 more of them.8. Viola, a mostly undamaged truck for the taking.==Pieces of advice==1. As much as possible, do not perform an ambush near enemy bases, they will come knocking once the explosions start to happen. Your strategies will also be limited if they have drone jammers online.2. Always perform ambushes behind solid cover. Being in the open means you're dead if you're spotted. Either get behind rocks or hide behind a vehicle.3. ALWAYS take care of UNIDAD patrols first. They //will// make your life miserable if you're spotted.
