Beauty Salon, Selvadoradan Restaurant, Gym, Pub, ... | The Sims 4 Stop Motion Speed Build SimDay 2021-10-09 | This The Sims 4 stop motion video is about building a City Block – a multi-purpose community lot with a beauty salon "Hair, Nails & Massage", a gym with a yoga studio, a Selvadoradan restaurant, a laundromat, and a karaoke bar. It's a city building with a commercial space below an apartment building (a fake one, so sadly, sims can't live there). I built it on Waterside Warble (30x30) lot in Spice Market district of San Myshuno.It is uploaded as a gym, but without making any changes the "lot type" can also be a restaurant, a café, a karaoke bar, or a spa (although then sims will walk around wearing robes 😆). When the lot type is a gym, the game will also spawn service sims for the nail salon chairs, the massage rooms, and the yoga studio. Regardless of the venue type, sims can hire a bartender for the karaoke bar, and in the "restaurant", they can hire a vendor for the Selvadorada's Food Stall, and a barista for the espresso bar. For the restaurant to fully function, the lot type has to be set to a restaurant. If your sims wish to participate in karaoke contests (which take place in the evenings of Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays) the lot has to be a karaoke bar.There were no CC and no mods used when building this lot! It's a multi-functional venue – a full town center with a gazebo park in the middle. It has a functional grocery store (click on the brown box under the cash register to hire a grocery vendor), a laundromat, a spacious yoga studio, and a bank with 7 vaults, where rich sims can deposit their money. There's also a two-storey library with children's section, a small cozy bar with a karaoke stage, and a café diner with a romantic outdoor dining deck overlooking the bay and the yacht harbor (when placed on the same location). Attic Dorm | Relaxing The Sims 4 Stop Motion Speed Build SimDay 2021-01-30 | Since the release of the platform tool, I've wanted to renovate dorms. As a result, the historic attic space of University of Britechester student housing is now converted to a modern 2-storey dormitory with snug low-ceiling study rooms, a rooftop balcony, and a cafeteria where students can buy warm food from. It's a dorm for 10 students. There are 6 dorm rooms. Most are 2-bed rooms, but there are also a couple of single ones. Every room has a mini fridge and an attached bathroom. Yacht Home | The Sims 4 Stop Motion Speed Build SimDay 2020-04-11 | I'm into smaller builds lately. So this time I present to you a small modern yacht home for Sulani. It has items only from Island Living expansion pack and The Sims 4 Base Game (no CC/mods). Built on Pier Perfection (30x20) lot in Sulani, but could be placed on most of the beach lots. This small home on the water is for at most 3 sims. There are two tiny bedrooms, one of which has a single bed and the other a double bed. Although the yacht is small, it has a quite spacious kitchen with views to the ocean and tropical islands. The living room nook has a huge window and one of a kind sofa (both are made with roofs). The upper deck is great for holding small parties, as there's a bar, a stereo, and a couple of sofas and lounge chairs.
