They were within seconds of each other. I had more deco time on the Shearwater than I did the Suunto Ocean. Still, it’s NOT a tech computer. It is a fantastic recreational computer.

Light Salvage and Recovery - NAUI Advanced Diver Course DiveLogix Scuba Training and Support 2023-11-20 | NAUI Advanced Diver students learn the fundamentals of light salvage and recovery. Using a 30lb object, a 50lb lift bag, a reel and light rigging - students raise a 30lb object from 70’ of depth. As pressure decreases (on ascent), volume of the bag increases. To prevent a rapid, uncontrolled ascent of the object, students work as a team to vent the bag as needed keeping the object neutrally buoyant if not slightly negative while finning the object slowly on ascent. Another diver maintains control by keeping the reeled line tight. Use a redundant air source to inflate the bag. Once the object is surfaced, fully inflate the bag, control it and wait for topside support to help recover the object.
