Stardust Racers accident Ryan The Ride Mechanic 2025-09-23 | On September 17, 2025, Kevin Rodriguez Zavala, 32, died from multiple blunt force injuries after riding the Stardust Racers roller coaster at Universal's Epic Universe theme park in Florida. Zavala was found unresponsive on the ride and was pronounced dead at a hospital. The cause of death was ruled an accident by the Orange County Medical Examiner. The incident remains under investigation by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. The Stardust Racers coaster has been closed since the incident

We only stayed there for about an hour and a half two hours maybe and then we decided to leave for the day.
