Lyrics
Welcome to my world
Won't you come on in
Miracles, I guess
Still happen now and then
Step into my heart
Leave your cares behind
Welcome to my world
Built with you in mind
Knock and the door shall open
Seek and you will find
Ask and you'll be given
The key to this world of mine
I'll be waiting there
With my arms unfurled
Waiting just for you
Welcome to my world
Welcome to my world

LYRICS
Naughty boys in nasty schools
Headmaster's breaking all the rules
Having fun and playing fools
Smashing up the woodwork tools
All the teachers in the pub
Passing 'round the ready-rub
Trying not to think of when
The lunchtime bell will ring again
Oh, what fun we had
But did it really turn out bad
All I learnt at school
Was how to bend, not break the rules
Oh, what fun we had
But at the time it seemed so bad
Trying different ways
To make a difference to
The headmaster's had enough today
All the kids have gone away
Gone to fight with next door's school
Every term, that is the rule
Sits alone and bends his cane
Same old backsides again
All the small ones tell tall tales
Walking home and squashing snails
Oh, what fun we had
But did it really turn out bad
All I learnt at school
Was how to bend, not break the rules
Oh, what fun we had
But at the time it seemed so bad
Trying different ways
To make a difference to the days
Lots of girls and lots of boys
Lots of smells and lots of noise
Playing football in the park
Kicking pushbikes after dark
Baggy trousers, dirty shirt
Pulling hair and eating dirt
Teacher comes to break it up
Back of the 'ead with a plastic cup
Oh, what fun we had
But did it really turn out bad
All I learnt at school
Was how to bend, not break the rules
Oh, what fun we had
But at the time it seemed so bad
Trying different ways
To make a difference to the days
Baggy trousers, baggy trousers, baggy trousers
Baggy trousers, baggy trousers, baggy trousers
Baggy trousers, baggy trousers, baggy trousers
Baggy trousers, baggy trousers, baggy trousers
Baggy trousers, baggy trousers, baggy trousers

Lyrics
I can think of nothin' better
Than dancin' on the beach
See a girl, you can go and get her
Your troubles will be out of reach
, you can dance to a rock 'n' roll
(On the beach), here the Bosanova played with soul
(On the beach), you can dance and twist and shout
(On the beach), everybody hear me come on out
On the beach, (come on everybody stomp your feet)
On the beach, (you can dance with anyone you meet)
'Cause your troubles are out of reach
On the beach
Mm-mm, this is fun
Mm-mm, won't you tell me I'm the one you're gonna dance with
Yeah, Bosanova
Mm-mm, this is fun
Mm-mm, now I know I'm the one you're gonna dance with
Yeah, twist and shout now
You can do the dance that you want to
With anyone that you meet
And if the Bosanova doesn't get you
The Twist'll have you on your feet
, you can dance to a rock 'n' roll
(On the beach), hear the Bosanova played with soul
(On the beach), you can dance and twist and shout
(On the beach), everybody hear me come on out
On the beach, (come on everybody stomp your feet)
On the beach, (you can dance with anyone you meet)
'Cause your troubles are out of reach
On the beach
Someday / Let me be with you / You are always in my heart

The music for "Don't Talk to Him" was composed by Shadows guitarist Bruce Welch. He then asked Cliff if he would write the lyrics. However, Cliff has said that he was "sort of scared of writing", but agreed to "have a go". He recalled he "took it back to the cottage where I was staying. We were in Blackpool. And I sat down one night and played it through on my guitar and came up with the lyrics"
This was a suggestion from Olav who kindly sent me Roger Paulsson’s backing.
Many thanks Olav 😊

Lyrics
If some guy tells you, I don't care
And tells you lies, while I'm not there
Don't talk to him
And if he tells you, I'm untrue
Then darling, here's what you must do
Don't talk to him
And if he tells you, I've been seen
Walking round with Sue and Jean
He's lying again (lying again)
Do anything that you want to
But darling, this I beg of you
Don't talk to him
If you hear the words he has to say
He'll break your heart
Let your love for me prove strong
While we are far apart
So just remember what I say
And trust in me, while I'm away
For I'll be true
And just remember
My true love is brighter than the moon above
For only you
And if this guy should try to say
My love for you is only play
Merely a whim (merely a whim)
Just close your eyes and count to ten
Think of me again
But don't you talk to him
And if he tells you, I've been seen
Walking round with Sue and Jean
He's lying again (lying again)
Do anything that you want to
But darling, this I beg of you
Don't talk to him
If you hear the words he has to say
He'll break your heart
Let your love for me prove strong
While we are far apart
So just remember what I say
Trust in me, while I'm away
For I'll be true
And just remember
My true love is brighter than the moon above
For only you
And if this guy should try to say
My love for your is only play

Lyrics
Love is in the air, everywhere I look around
Love is in the air, every sight and every sound
And I don't know if I'm being foolish
Don't know if I'm being wise
But it's something that I must believe in
And it's there when I look in your eyes
Love is in the air, in the whisper of the tree
Love is in the air, in the thunder of the sea
And I don't know if I'm just dreaming
Don't know if I feel safe
But it's something that I must believe in
And it's there when you call out my name
Love is in the air
Love is in the air
Oh, oh, oh, oh
Love is in the air, in the rising of the sun
Love is in the air, when the day is nearly done
And I don't know if you're illusion
Don't know if I see truth
But you're something that I must believe in
And you're there when I reach out for you
Love is in the air, everywhere I look around
Love is in the air, every sight and every sound
And I don't know if I'm being foolish
Don't know if I'm being wise
But it's something that I must believe in
And it's there when I look in your eyes
Love is in the air
Love is in the air
Oh, oh, oh, oh
Oh, love is in the air

Lyrics
So the story begins
City dweller, successful fella
Thought to himself "Oops, I've got a lot of money (I got money)
Caught in a rat race, terminally
I'm a professional cynic but my heart's not in it
I'm paying the price of living life at the limit
Caught up in the century's anxiety"
Yes, it preys on him (it preys on him)
He's getting thin (getting thin)
Try the simple life
He lives in a house, a very big house in the country
Watching afternoon repeats and the food he eats in the country
He takes all manner of pills and piles up analyst bills in the country
Oh, it's like an animal farm, lots of rural charm in the country
He's got morning glory and life's a different story
Everything's going jackanory (jackanory)
Touched with his own mortality
He's reading Balzac, knocking back Prozac
It's a helping hand that makes you feel wonderfully bland (close your eyes, yeah)
Oh, it's the century's remedy
For the faint at heart (faint at heart)
A brand-new start (new start)
Try the simple life
He lives in a house, a very big house in the country
He's got a fog in his chest, so he needs a lot of rest in the country
He doesn't drink, smoke, laugh, takes herbal baths in the country
But you'll come to no harm on the animal farm in the country
In the country
In the country
In the country
Blow, blow me out, I am so sad, I don't know why?
Blow, blow me out, I am so sad, I don't know why?
Oh, he lives in a house, a very big house in the country
Watching afternoon repeats and the food he eats in the country
He takes all manner of pills and piles up analyst bills in the country
Oh, it's like an animal farm lots of rural charm in the country
Oh, he lives in a house, a very big house in the country
He's got a fog in his chest, so he needs a lot of rest in the country
He doesn't drink, smoke, laugh, takes herbal baths in the country
But you'll come to no harm on the animal farm in the country
La, la, la, la
I wanna be
I wanna be

"With or Without You" is a song by Irish rock band U2. It is the third track on their fifth studio album, The Joshua Tree (1987), and was released as the album's lead single on 16 March 1987. The song was the group's most successful single at the time, becoming their first number-one hit in both the United States and Canada by topping the Billboard Hot 100 for three weeks and the RPM national singles chart for one week, with a further three weeks at number two.
"With or Without You" features sustained guitar parts played by guitarist the Edge with a prototype of the Infinite Guitar, along with vocals by lead singer Bono and a bassline by bassist Adam Clayton. The rock ballad originated from a demo recorded in late 1985 that the group continued to work on throughout The Joshua Tree sessions. Ostensibly a song about troubled love, the track's lyrics were inspired by Bono's conflicting feelings about the lives he led as a musician and domestic man.

Lyrics
See the stone set in your eyes
See the thorn twist in your side
I'll wait for you
Sleight of hand and twist of fate
On a bed of nails, she makes me wait
And I wait without you
With or without you
With or without you
Through the storm, we reach the shore
You give it all but I want more
And I'm waiting for you
With or without you
With or without you, ah, ah
I can't live
With or without you
And you give yourself away
And you give yourself away
And you give
And you give
And you give yourself away
My hands are tied
My body bruised, she got me with
Nothing to win and
Nothing left to lose
And you give yourself away
And you give yourself away
And you give
And you give
And you give yourself away
With or without you
With or without you, oh
I can't live
With or without you
Oh, oh
Oh, oh
With or without you
With or without you, oh
I can't live
With or without you
With or without you

Lyrics
I wondered should I go or should I stay,
The band had only one more song to play.
And then I saw you out the corner of my eye,
A little girl, alone and so shy.
I had the last waltz with you,
Two lonely people together.
I fell in love with you,
The last waltz should last forever.
But the love we had was going strong,
Through the good and bad we get along.
And then the flame of love died in your eye,
My heart was broke in two when you said goodbye.
I had the last waltz with you,
Two lonely people together.
I fell in love with you,
The last waltz should last forever.
It's all over now, nothing left to say,
Just my tears and the orchestra playing.
La la la la la la la la la,
La la la la la la la la la.
I had the last waltz with you,
Two lonely people together.
I fell in love with you,
The last waltz should last forever.
La la la la la la la la la.

Lyrics
Must have been love
But it's over now
Lay a whisper on my pillow
Leave the winter on the ground
I wake up lonely, this air of silence
In the bedroom and all around
Touch me now, I close my eyes
And dream away
It must have been love, but it's over now
It must have been good, but I lost it somehow
It must have been love, but it's over now
From the moment we touched, 'til the time had run out
Make-believing we're together
That I'm sheltered by your heart
But in and outside I turn to water
Like a teardrop in your palm
And it's a hard winter's day
I dream away
It must have been love, but it's over now
It was all that I wanted, now I'm living without
It must have been love, but it's over now
It's where the water flows
It's where the wind blows
It must have been love, but it's over now
It must have been good, but I lost it somehow
It must have been love, but it's over now
From the moment we touched, 'til the time had run out
Yeah, it must have been love, but it's over now
It was all that I wanted, now I'm living without
It must have been love, but it's over now
It's where the water flows
It's where the wind blows
but it's over now
No, no, no
(It must have been love)
(But it's over now) but it's over now
No, no, no
Portugal's most famous song? "Coimbra," penned by Raul Ferrão and José Galhardo, had been recorded more than 200 times around the world. And, it is often called "April in Portugal." Here is the story...
The origin of "Coimbra" lies in late 1930s, it was written by Raul Ferrão, an electrical engineer who wrote music for musical reviews. But the song was not a big hit, and was forgotten until it was included in the 1946 film "Capa Negras" where Alberto Ribeiro crooned it to Amália Rodrigues. Again, the song about the university town of Coimbra was not a break out. But, Amália liked "Coimbra" and recorded it and included it in her concerts. She toured Europe, and Coimbra became a favourite for its unique melody. It was renamed "April in Portugal" and recorded with new lyrics in French and English, performed by the likes of Lawrence Welk, The Dukes of Dixieland, Bing Crosby, Louis Armstrong, and Eartha Kitt. Sadly, the lyrics were not so good...

Lyrics
Where have all the good men gone
And where are all the gods?
Where's the streetwise Hercules
To fight the rising odds?
Isn't there a white knight upon a fiery steed
Late at night, I toss and I turn
And I dream of what I need
I need a hero
I'm holding out for a hero 'til the end of the night
He's gotta be strong, and he's gotta be fast
And he's gotta be fresh from the fight
I need a hero
I'm holding out for a hero 'til the morning light
He's gotta be sure, and it's gotta be soon
And he's gotta be larger than life
Larger than life
Somewhere after midnight
In my wildest fantasy
Somewhere, just beyond my reach
There's someone reaching back for me
Racing on the thunder
And rising with the heat
It's gonna take a Superman to sweep me off my feet, yeah
I need a hero
I'm holding out for a hero 'til the end of the night
He's gotta be strong, and he's gotta be fast
And he's gotta be fresh from the fight
I need a hero
I'm holding out for a hero 'til the morning light
He's gotta be sure, and it's gotta be soon
And he's gotta be larger than life
I need a hero
I'm holding out for a hero 'til the end of the night
Up where the mountains meet the heavens above
Out where the lightning splits the sea
I could swear there is someone, somewhere watching me
Through the wind and the chill and the rain
And the storm and the flood
I can feel his approach like a fire in my blood
(Like a fire in my blood, like a fire in my blood
Like a fire in my blood, like a fire in my blood, blood)
I need a hero
I'm holding out for a hero 'til the end of the night
He's gotta be strong, and he's gotta be fast
And he's gotta be fresh from the fight
I need a hero
I'm holding out for a hero 'til the morning light
He's gotta be sure, and it's gotta be soon
And he's gotta be larger than life
I need a hero
I'm holding out for a hero 'til the end of the night
He's gotta be strong, and he's gotta be fast

Lyrics
Came a time in my life I had to be free
From all of the lies that used to be me
And the only way out is the only way in and it's you
I've been wasting my time but not anymore
I've been through the maze and it lead to your door
And the only way out is the only way in and it's you
I spent a lot of time at the crossroads
Getting that lonely feeling inside
Suddenly you stopped the rain, you changed the view
Now every way's leading to you
Let's get this thing going, let's move it along
Let me do all the things I've been missing so long
'cause the only way out is the only way in and it's you, oh
I spent a lot of time at the crossroads
Getting that lonely feeling inside
Suddenly you made the rescue, you pulled me through
Now let me do something for you
Let's get this thing going, let's move it along
Let's do all the things I've been missing so long
And the only way out is the only way in and it's you
Yeah the only way out is the only way in and it's you
Yeah the only way out is the only way in and it's you
Only way out is the only way in
The only way out is the only way in
Is the only way in
The only way out is the only way in

From F# to A, then A to F#, then F# to A, then A to Bb.
Terry Jacks released his version as a single in 1973 on his own label, Goldfish Records. "Put the Bone In", an original composition about burying a deceased pet dog, was included as the B-side. The single soon topped the record charts in the US (where it was released on Bell Records), in Canada, and the UK, selling over 14 million copies worldwide.
Jacks's version was released in the United States in December 1973 and made the Billboard Hot 100 a month later. On March 2, 1974, the song began a three-week run at number one atop the Hot 100 and remained in the top 40 until almost Memorial Day weekend. Jacks's version also spent one week on the Easy Listening charts
It became a worldwide hit in 1974 for singer Terry Jacks and became a Christmas number one in the UK in 1999 for Westlife.

Lyrics
Goodbye to you, my trusted friend
We've known each other since we were nine or ten
Together we've climbed hills and trees
Learned of love and ABCs
Skinned our hearts and skinned our knees
Goodbye my friend, it's hard to die
When all the birds are singing in the sky
Now that the spring is in the air
Pretty girls are everywhere
Think of me and I'll be there
We had joy, we had fun
We had seasons in the sun
But the hills that we climbed
Were just seasons out of time
Goodbye Papa, please pray for me
I was the black sheep of the family
You tried to teach me right from wrong
Too much wine and too much song
Wonder how I got along
Goodbye Papa it's hard to die
When all the birds are singing in the sky
Now that the spring is in the air
Little children everywhere
When you see them, I'll be there
We had joy, we had fun
We had seasons in the sun
But the wine and the song
Like the seasons have all gone
We had joy, we had fun
We had seasons in the sun
But the wine and the song
Like the seasons have all gone
Goodbye Michelle, my little one
You gave me love and helped me find the sun
And every time that I was down
You would always come around
And get my feet back on the ground
Goodbye Michelle, it's hard to die
When all the birds are singing in the sky
Now that the spring is in the air
With the flowers everywhere
I wish that we could both be there
We had joy, we had fun
We had seasons in the sun
But the stars we could reach
Were just starfish on the beach
We had joy, we had fun
We had seasons in the sun
But the stars we could reach
Were just starfish on the beach
We had joy, we had fun
We had seasons in the sun
But the wine and the song
Like the seasons have all gone
All our lives we had fun
We had seasons in the sun
But the hills that we climbed
Were just seasons out of time
We had joy, we had fun
“The Shady Lady” was the “B” side to “Theme from Missing” released in 1982.
It only appears on a couple of their albums – which I didn’t have so instead I showed Ian McCutcheon’s work out 15 album on the Video which I used as the backing for my recording.

For those who know the song you will notice I have left off the ending that The Shadows did.
I spent a long time making the Tabs and I had completely filled the Tab page, by which time I had had enough so I modified the ending to suit.

LYRICS
Well I don't know why I came here tonight
I've got the feeling that something ain't right
I'm so scared in case I fall off my chair
And I'm wondering how I'll get down the stairs
Clowns to the left of me
Jokers to the right
Here I am stuck in the middle with you
Yes I'm stuck in the middle with you
And I'm wondering what it is I should do
It's so hard to keep this smile from my face
Losing control, yeah I'm all over the place
Clowns to the left of me
Jokers to the right
Here I am stuck in the middle with you
When you started off with nothing
And you're proud that you're a self-made man
And your friends they all come crawling
Slap you on the back and say
Please
Please
Trying to make some sense of it all
But I can see it makes no sense at all
Is it cool to go to sleep on the floor?
'Cause I don't think that I can take anymore
Clowns to the left of me
Jokers to the right
Here I am stuck in the middle with you
When you started off with nothing
And you're proud that you're a self-made man
And your friends they all come crawling
Slap you on the back and say
Please
Please
Well I don't know why I came here tonight
I've got the feeling that something ain't right
I'm so scared in case I fall off my chair
And I'm wondering how I'll get down the stairs
Clowns to the left of me
Jokers to the right
Here I am stuck in the middle with you
Yes I'm stuck in the middle with you
Stuck in the middle with you
Here I am, stuck in the middle with you

Lyrics
What happened between the two of us
Det som hände mellan oss två
one time long ago
en gång för länge sen
e things I won't forget
e sånt jag inte glömmer
although I know it was wrong.
fast jag vet att det var fel.
Your hands and your mouth
Dina händer och din mun
that tenderly touched my cheek
som rörde ömt min kind
even today I can feel it
än idag så kan jag känna
when I sit here and remember.
när jag sitter här och minns.
You disappeared like the wind
Du försvann som en vind
tears fell from my cheek
tårar föll från min kind
nothing was left but your ring
kvar fanns ingenting utom din ring
Everything you left behind
Allt du lämnade kvar
was an emptiness so great and completely total.
var en tomhet så stor och helt total.
I don't remember what you said
Jag minns inte vad du sa
just that you smiled at me
bara att du log mot mej
and my mouth wanted to say
och munnen min ville säga
stay with me tonight,
stanna kvar hos mej i kväll,
but i saw in your eyes
men jag såg i dina ögon
that you already left me.
att du redan lämnat mej.
Autumn entered my heart
Hösten kom in i mitt hjärta
but i will never forget you
men jag glömmer aldrig dej
You disappeared like the wind
Du försvann som en vind
tears fell from my cheek
tårar föll från min kind
I will never know the truth
Jag får aldrig veta sanningen
all questions remain
alla frågor finns kvar
inside me all there but no answer.
inom mej alla dar men inget svar.

Lyrics
My daddy was the family bassman
My mamma was an engineer
And I was born one dark gray morn
With music coming in my ears
In my ears
They call me Baby Driver
And once upon a pair of wheels
Hit the road and I'm gone
What's my number?
I wonder how your engines feel
Ba ba ba ba
Scoot down the road
What's my number?
I wonder how your engines feel
Shine the light
My daddy was a prominent frogman
My mamma's in the Naval Reserve
When I was young, I carried a gun
But I never got the chance to serve
I did not serve
They call me Baby Driver
And once upon a pair of wheels
Hit the road and I'm gone
What's my number?
I wonder how your engines feel
Ba ba ba ba
Scoot down the road
What's my number?
I wonder how your engines feel
My daddy got a big promotion
My mama got a raise in pay
There's no-one home, we're all alone
Oh come into my room and play
Yes, we can play
I'm not talking about your pigtails
But I'm talking 'bout your sex appeal
Hit the road and I'm gone
What's my number?
I wonder how your engines
Ba ba ba ba
Scoot down the road
What's my number?
I wonder how your engines feel

Lyrics
Sittin' here eatin' my heart out waitin'
Waitin' for some lover to call
Dialed about a thousand numbers lately
Almost rang the phone off the wall
Lookin' for some hot stuff, baby, this evenin'
I need some hot stuff, baby, tonight
I want some hot stuff, baby, this evenin'
Gotta have some hot stuff
Gotta have some love tonight
Hot stuff
Baby, baby
Baby, baby (tonight)
I need hot stuff
Baby, baby
Baby, baby (tonight)
I want some hot stuff
Baby, baby
Baby, baby (tonight)
I need hot stuff
Baby, baby
Baby, baby (tonight)
Baby, baby
Baby, baby (tonight)
Baby, baby
Baby, baby (tonight)
Baby, baby
Baby, baby (tonight)
Baby, baby
Baby, baby (tonight)
Lookin' for a lover who needs another
Don't want another night on my own
Wanna share my love with a warm blooded lover
Wanna bring a wild man back home
Gotta have some hot love, baby, this evenin'
I need some hot stuff, baby, tonight
I want some hot stuff, baby, this evenin'
Got to have some lovin'
Got to have love tonight
Hot stuff
Baby, baby
Baby, baby (tonight)
I need hot stuff
Baby, baby
Baby, baby (tonight)
I want some hot stuff
Baby, baby
Baby, baby (tonight)
I need hot stuff
Baby, baby
Baby, baby (tonight)
Looking for some hot stuff
Baby, baby
Baby, baby (tonight)
I need some hot stuff
Baby, baby
Baby, baby (tonight)
Looking for some hot stuff
Baby, baby
Baby, baby (tonight)
I need hot stuff
Baby, baby
Baby, baby (tonight)

Lyrics
Sunny, yesterday my life was filled with rain
Sunny, you smiled at me and really eased the pain
The dark days are gone
And the bright days are here
My sunny one shines so sincere
Sunny, one so true, I love you
Sunny (yeah), thank you for the sunshine bouquet (that sweet bouquet)
Sunny, thank you for the love you brought my way
You gave to me your all and all
Now I feel ten feet tall
Sunny, one so true, I love you
Sunny, thank you for the truth you let me see
Sunny, thank you for the facts from A to Z
My life was torn like a wind-blown sand
And the rock was formed when you held my hand
Sunny, one so true, I love you
Sunny
Ooh, yeah
Sunny, thank you for the smile upon your face
Sunny, thank you for the gleam that shows its grace
You're my spark of nature's fire
You're my sweet complete desire
Sunny, one so true, I love you
Sunny (sunny), yesterday my life was filled with rain
Sunny (sunny, yes), you smiled at me and really eased the pain
The dark days are gone
And the bright days are here
My sunny one shines so sincere
Sunny, one so true, I love you (yeah-ay-ay)
I love you (hey, baby)
I love you (hey, hey)
I love you (oh, yeah yeah)
I love you
I love you

Lyrics
Now you can dance every dance with the guy
Who gives you the eye, let him hold you tight
And you can smile every smile for the man
Who held your hand beneath the pale moon light
But don't forget who's takin' you home
And in whose arms you're gonna be
So darling, save the last dance for me
Oh, I know that the music's fine
Like sparklin' wine, go and have your fun
Laugh and sing, but while we're apart
Don't give your heart to anyone
And don't forget who's takin' you home
And in whose arms you're gonna be
So darling, save the last dance for me
Baby, don't you know I love you so
Can't you feel it when we touch
I will never, never let you go
I love you oh, so much
You can dance, go and carry on
'Til the night is gone
And it's time to go
If he asks if you're all alone
Can he walk you home, you must tell him no
'Cause don't forget who's taking you home
And in whose arms you're gonna be
Save the last dance for me
Oh, I know that the music's fine
Like sparklin' wine, go and have your fun
Laugh and sing, but while we're apart
Don't give your heart to anyone
And don't forget who's taking you home
And in whose arms you're gonna be
So darling, save the last dance for me
So don't forget who's taking you home
Or in whose arms you're gonna be
So darling, save the last dance for me
Oh baby, won't you save the last dance for me
Ooh, you make a promise
That you'll save the last dance for me
Save the last dance
The very last dance
For me

The track was originally performed by Neil Sedaka and included as the B-side on Sedaka's 1959 single "Oh! Carol". In 1961, the song featured in the track listing of his third studio album, Neil Sedaka Sings Little Devil and His Other Hits, but was never released as a standalone single. Despite this, the song made it to number one on the Japanese pop charts, where it was affectionately called "The Choo-Choo Train Song".
Eruption were a British disco, R&B and soul recording act in the 1970s and 1980s. They are best known for their covers of Ann Peebles's "I Can't Stand the Rain" and Neil Sedaka's "One Way Ticket", which were big disco hits in 1978 and 1979.
It was released in Russia under the name Blue Frost.

Lyrics
Ooh, ooh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah
One way ticket
One way ticket
One way ticket
One way ticket
One way ticket
One way ticket to the blues
Choo choo train
Truckin' down the track
Gotta travel on it
Never comin' back
Ooh
Got a one way ticket to the blues
Bye bye love
My baby's leaving me
Now lonely tear drops are all that I could see
Ooh-ooh
Got a one way ticket to the blues
Gotta take a trip to a lonesome town
Gonna stay at heartbreak hotel
A fool such as I
(A fool such as I)
Will never win
I cry my tears away
One way ticket
One way ticket
One way ticket
One way ticket
One way ticket
One way ticket to the blues
Choo choo train
Truckin' down the track
Gotta travel on it
Never comin' back
Ooh

"Tie a Yellow Ribbon Round the Ole Oak Tree" is a song recorded by Tony Orlando and Dawn. It was written by Irwin Levine and L. Russell Brown and produced by Hank Medress and Dave Appell, with Motown/Stax backing vocalist Telma Hopkins, Joyce Vincent Wilson and her sister Pamela Vincent on backing vocals. It was a worldwide hit for the group in 1973.
The single reached the top 10 in ten countries, in eight of which it topped the charts. It reached number one on both the US and UK charts for four weeks in April 1973, number one on the Australian chart for seven weeks from May to July 1973 and number one on the New Zealand chart for ten weeks from June to August 1973. It was the top-selling single in 1973 in both the US and UK.
I remember this one well as the band I was in during the 1970’s were constantly being asked to play this one ! At the time I thought it was a bit cheesy, but I personally prefer it as an instrumental.

Lyrics
'm comin' home, I've done my time
Now I've got to know what is and isn't mine
If you received my letter telling you I'd soon be free
Then you'll know just what to do
If you still want me, if you still want me
Whoa, tie a yellow ribbon 'round the ole oak tree
It's been three long years, do you still want me?
If I don't see a ribbon round the ole oak tree
I'll stay on the bus, forget about us, put the blame on me
If I don't see a yellow ribbon 'round the ole oak tree
Bus driver, please look for me
'Cause I couldn't bear to see what I might see
I'm really still in prison and my love, she holds the key
A simple yellow ribbon's what I need to set me free
And I wrote and told her please
Whoa, tie a yellow ribbon 'round the ole oak tree
It's been three long years, do you still want me?
If I don't see a ribbon round the ole oak tree
I'll stay on the bus, forget about us, put the blame on me
If I don't see a yellow ribbon 'round the ole oak tree
Now the whole damned bus is cheerin'
And I can't believe I see
A hundred yellow ribbons round the ole oak tree
I'm comin' home
Tie a ribbon 'round the ole oak tree
Tie a ribbon 'round the ole oak tree
Tie a ribbon 'round the ole oak tree
Tie a ribbon 'round the ole oak tree

Lyrics
Are you hanging up a stocking on your wall?
It's the time that every Santa has a ball
Does he ride a red-nosed reindeer?
Does a ton-up on his sleigh?
Do the fairies keep him sober for a day?
So here it is, Merry Christmas
Everybody's having fun
Look to the future now
It's only just begun
Are you waiting for the family to arrive?
Are you sure you've got the room to spare inside?
Does your granny always tell you
That the old songs are the best?
Then she's up and rock-'n'-rolling with the rest
So here it is, Merry Christmas
Everybody's having fun
Look to the future now
It's only just begun
The single had its premiere on 2 November 1978 on the German TV-show "Starparade" (Episode 44) which aired on ZDF. It topped the UK Singles Chart for four weeks and became Christmas number one in the UK, spending eight weeks in the charts. It has sold 1.89 million units as of November 2015. It was the second single for the group in the UK's all-time best selling singles list. The song was later included in the group's Christmas Album, issued in 1981.

Lyrics
Mary's boy child, Jesus Christ, was born on Christmas Day
And man will live forevermore because of Christmas Day
Long time ago in Bethlehem, so the Holy Bible said
Mary's boy child, Jesus Christ, was born on Christmas Day
Hark, now hear the angels sing, a king was born today
And man will live forevermore because of Christmas Day
Mary's boy child, Jesus Christ, was born on Christmas Day
While shepherds watch their flocks by night
They see a bright new shining star
They hear a choir sing a song, the music seemed to come from afar
Hark, now hear the angels sing, a king was born today
And man will live forevermore because of Christmas Day
Mmh-mmh
Mmh-hmm
Mmh-mmh
Mmh-mmh-hmm
Mmh-mmh-mmh-hmm
Mmh-hmm-mmh-mmh
For a moment the world was aglow, all the bells rang out
There were tears of joy and laughter, people shouted
"Let everyone know, there is hope for all to find peace"
Oh my Lord
You sent Your son to save us
Oh my Lord
Your very self You gave us
Oh my Lord
That sin may not enslave us
And love may reign once more
Oh my Lord
When in the crib they found Him
Oh my Lord
A golden halo crowned Him
Oh my Lord
They gathered all around Him
To see Him and adore (this day will live forever)
Oh my Lord (so praise the Lord)
They had become to doubt You
Oh my Lord (He is the truth forever)
What did they know about You?
Oh my Lord (so praise the Lord)
But they were lost without You
They needed You so bad (His light is shining on us)
Oh my Lord (so praise the Lord)
With the child's adoration
Oh my lord (He is a personation)
There came great jubilation
Oh my Lord (so praise the Lord)
And full of admiration
They realized what they had (until the sun falls from the sky)
Oh my Lord (oh praise the Lord)
You sent Your son to save us
Oh my Lord (this day will live forever)
Your very self You gave us
Oh my Lord (so praise the Lord)

Lyrics
In the twilight glow I see
Blue eyes crying in the rain
When we kissed goodbye and parted
I knew we'd never meet again
Love is like a dying ember
And only memories remain
And through the ages I'll remember
Blue eyes crying in the rain
Some day when we meet up yonder
We'll stroll, hand in hand again
In a land that knows no parting
Blue eyes crying in the rain
It was one of Bread's highest-charting singles in both the U.S. and UK. In the U.S., it reached No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in November 1971, the third of Bread's four top-five hits ("Make It with You", No. 1 in 1970; "If", No. 4 earlier in 1971; and "Everything I Own", from the same album, No. 5 in 1972). "Baby I'm-a Want You" reached the top of the Easy Listening chart and rose to No. 14 on the UK Singles Chart in February 1972.

Lyrics
Baby, I'm-a want you
Baby, I'm-a need you
You the only one I care enough to hurt about
Maybe I'm-a crazy
But I just can't live without
Your loving and affection
Giving me direction
Like a guiding light to help me
Through my darkest hour
Lately I'm a-praying
That you'll always be a-staying beside me
Used to be my life was just emotions passing by
Feeling all the while and never really knowing why
(Then you came along and made me laugh
And made me cry
You taught me why)
Baby, I'm-a want you
Baby, I'm-a need you
Oh, it took so long to find you, baby
"Mad World" has since been covered by various artists, including a 2001 version recorded by Michael Andrews and Gary Jules for the soundtrack of the film Donnie Darko; a 2003 single release of the song reached number one in the UK for three consecutive weeks and won Orzabal his second Ivor Novello Award. A 2021 rendition of the song was included on Demi Lovato's album Dancing with the Devil... the Art of Starting Over.

Lyrics
All around me are familiar faces
Worn out places, worn out faces
Bright and early for their daily races
Going nowhere, going nowhere
Their tears are filling up their glasses
No expression, no expression
Hide my head I want to drown my sorrow
No tomorrow, no tomorrow
And I find it kind of funny
I find it kind of sad
The dreams in which I'm dying are the best I've ever had
I find it hard to tell you 'cause I find it hard to take
When people run in circles it's a very, very
Mad world
Mad world
Mad world
Mad world
Children waiting for the day they feel good
Happy birthday, happy birthday
Made to feel the way that every child should
Sit and listen, sit and listen
Went to school and I was very nervous
No one knew me, no one knew me
Hello teacher tell me what's my lesson
Look right through me, look right through me
And I find it kind of funny
I find it kind of sad
The dreams in which I'm dying are the best I've ever had
I find it hard to tell you 'cause I find it hard to take
When people run in circles it's a very, very
Mad world
Mad world
Mad world
Mad world
And I find it kind of funny
I find it kind of sad
The dreams in which I'm dying are the best I've ever had
I find it hard to tell you 'cause I find it hard to take
When people run in circles it's a very, very
Mad world
Mad world
Halargian world
Mad world

Lyrics
We used to have good times together
But now I feel them slip away
It makes me cry to see love die
So sad to watch good love go bad
Remember how you used to feel dear?
You said nothing could change your mind
It breaks my heart (breaks my heart) to see us part
So sad to watch good love go bad
Is it any wonder
That I feel so blue
When I know for certain
That I'm losing you (losing you)
Remember how you used to feel, dear?
You said nothing could change your mind
It breaks my heart (breaks my heart) to see us part
So sad to watch good love go bad
So sad to watch good love go bad
"Mmm Mmm Mmm Mmm" is a song by Canadian rock band Crash Test Dummies, and written by its singer Brad Roberts. It was released in October 1993 by Arista and BMG as the band's lead single from their second album, God Shuffled His Feet (1993). The song received positive critical reviews upon its release, though retrospective reviews have been more negative. The song reached number four on the US Billboard Hot 100 and topped the national charts of Australia, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Iceland, Lithuania, Norway, Sweden. In the band's native Canada, it stalled at number 14 on the RPM 100 Hit Tracks chart. The accompanying music video was directed by Dale Heslip.
Content
Each of the three verses describes the isolation and suffering of a different child, two of whom have a physical abnormality. In the first verse, a boy is injured in a car accident and misses school for an extended period; when he returns to class, his hair has changed color from black to bright white. In the second verse, a girl refuses to change clothes in the presence of other girls due to the birthmarks that cover her body. The third child is a boy whose parents require that he come directly home after school; during services at their church, they "shake and lurch" across the floor. During a 2010 live performance for the Dutch radio station Kink FM, Roberts whispered "Pentecostal" during the third verse, suggesting this is the denomination of the church.
Most of the lyrics are based on childhood experiences of Roberts. For example, he was in a few serious car crashes as a child, which inspired the first verse; he has a birthmark at the base of his spine which made him a bullying target as a child, inspiring the second verse; and he knew a girl who went to a Pentecostal church, where members were known to speak in tongues, inspiring the third. He got the idea of a boy's hair turning from black into bright white from stories he had heard about this phenomenon - Canities subita - happening to survivors of perilous experiences, including a man who almost went over the Niagara Falls, and his great uncle who fought in Japan in World War II and heard Japanese soldiers yelling threats in broken English.
An alternative version sometimes performed at live concerts replaced the third verse with one concerning a boy whose mother disposed of his tonsils after a tonsillectomy, thus depriving him of the possibility of bringing them to show and tell.

Lyrics
Once there was this kid who
Got into an accident and couldn't come to school
But when he finally came back
His hair had turned from black into bright white
He said that it was from when
The cars had smashed so hard
Mmm Mmm Mmm Mmm
Mmm Mmm Mmm Mmm
Once there was this girl who
Wouldn't go and change with the girls in the change room
But when they finally made her
They saw birthmarks all over her body
She couldn't quite explain it
They'd always just been there
Mmm Mmm Mmm Mmm
Mmm Mmm Mmm Mmm
Mmm Mmm Mmm Mmm
Mmm Mmm Mmm Mmm
But both girl and boy were glad
'Cause one kid had it worse than that
'Cause then there was this boy whose
Parents made him come directly home right after school
And when they went to their church
They shook and lurched all over the church floor
He couldn't quite explain it
They'd always just gone there
Mmm Mmm Mmm Mmm
Mmm Mmm Mmm Mmm
Whoooh Whoooh
Whoooh Whoooh
Ah, ah, ah, ah, ah
Ah, ah, ah, ah, ah
Ah, ah, ah, ah, ah
Ah, ah, ah, ah, ah
The Beatles recorded "Here Comes the Sun" at London's EMI Studios in July and August of 1969. Led by Harrison's acoustic guitar, the track features a Moog synthesizer, which he had introduced to the band's sound after acquiring an early model of the instrument in California. Reflecting the continued influence of Indian classical music on Harrison's writing, the composition includes several time signature changes.

Here comes the sun, doo-doo-doo-doo
Here comes the sun, and I say
It's alright
Little darlin', it's been a long, cold, lonely winter
Little darlin', it feels like years since it's been here
Here comes the sun, doo-doo-doo-doo
Here comes the sun, and I say
It's alright
Little darlin', the smile's returning to their faces
Little darlin', it seems like years since it's been here
Here comes the sun
Here comes the sun, and I say
It's alright
Sun, sun, sun, here it comes
Sun, sun, sun, here it comes
Sun, sun, sun, here it comes
Sun, sun, sun, here it comes
Sun, sun, sun, here it comes
Little darlin', I feel that ice is slowly melting
Little darlin', it seems like years since it's been clear
Here comes the sun, doo-doo-doo-doo
Here comes the sun, and I say
It's alright
Here comes the sun, doo-doo-doo-doo
Here comes the sun
It's alright
It's alright
"Now and Then" is a psychedelic rock ballad. John Lennon wrote and recorded it around 1977 as a solo piano home demo, but left it unfinished. After Lennon's death in 1980, the song was considered as the third Beatles reunion single for their 1995–1996 retrospective project The Beatles Anthology, following "Free as a Bird" and "Real Love", both based on Lennon's demos. Instead, it was shelved for nearly three decades. It was later completed by the surviving bandmates Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr, with overdubs and included guitar tracks by George Harrison from the abandoned 1995 sessions.
The final version features additional lyrics by McCartney,]and Lennon's voice extracted from the demo using the AI-backed audio restoration technology commissioned by Peter Jackson for his 2021 documentary The Beatles: Get Back. Jackson also directed the music video for "Now and Then" The song received acclaim from critics, who felt it was a worthy finale for the Beatles.

(One, two, three) I know it's true
It's all because of you
And if I make it through
It's all because of you
And now and then
If we must start again
Well, we will know for sure
That I will love you
Now and then I miss you Oh,
now and then I want you to be there for me
Always to return to me
I know it's true
It's all because of you
And if you go away
I know you'll never stay
Now and then I miss you Oh,
now and then I want you to be there for me

Lyrics
There's a reason for the sun-shining sky
And there's a reason why I'm feeling so high
Must be the season
When that love light shines all around us
So let that feeling grab you deep inside
And send you reeling where your love can't hide
And then go stealing
Through the moonlit nights with your lover
Just let your love flow like a mountain stream
And let your love grow with the smallest of dreams
And let your love show and you'll know what I mean
It's the season
Let your love fly like a bird on a wing
And let your love bind you to all living things
And let your love shine and you'll know what I mean
That's the reason
There's a reason for the warm sweet nights
And there's a reason for the candlelights
Must be the season
When those love rights shine all around us
So let that wonder take you into space
And lay you under its loving embrace
Just feel the thunder
As it warms your face, you can't hold back
Just let your love flow like a mountain stream
And let your love grow with the smallest of dreams
And let your love show and you'll know what I mean
It's the season
Let your love fly like a bird on a wing
And let your love bind you to all living things
And let your love shine and you'll know what I mean
That's the reason
Just let your love flow like a mountain stream
And let your love grow with the smallest of dreams
And let your love show and you'll know what I mean
It's the season
Let your love fly like a bird on a wing
And let your love bind you to all living things
And let your love shine and you'll know what I mean
That's the reason
Just let your love flow like a mountain stream
And let your love grow with the smallest of dreams
"People Need Love" is the debut single recorded in March 1972 by Swedish pop group ABBA, at the time known as 'Björn & Benny, Agnetha & Anni-Frid'. The song was on the group's first album, Ring Ring, released in 1973.
As the majority of ABBA songs were, "People Need Love" was written and composed by the two male band members, Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus. It was engineered by Michael Tretow who aimed to create a Phil Spector-like wall of sound on the recording. The song begins in the key of B major and modulates up to C♯ major for the final chorus.
Although their debut album did not bring them to global attention, it follows some standards of ABBA's style. The ballad is about what people can give each other to make their lives easier and create a better world.

LYRICS
People need hope, people need lovin'
People need trust from a fellow man
People need love to make a good livin'
People need faith in a helping hand
Man has alway wanted a woman by his side
To keep him company
Women always knew that it takes a man to get
Matrimony and harmony
Everybody knows that a man who's feeling down
Wants some female sympathy
Gotta have love to carry on living
Gotta have love 'til eternity
People need hope, people need lovin'
People need trust from a fellow man
People need love to make a good livin'
People need faith in a helping hand
La la la la, la la la la la
La la la la, la la la la la
La la la la, la la la la la
La la la la, la la la la la
Flowers in a desert need a drop of rain
Like a woman needs her man
If a man's in love and his woman wants the moon
Then he'll take it down if he can
Somebody who loves you and somebody who cares
Isn't that what you call a friend
Gotta have love to carry on living
Isn't it easy to understand
People need hope, people need lovin'
People need trust from a fellow man
People need love to make a good livin'
People need faith in a helping hand
La la la la, la la la la la
La la la la, la la la la la
La la la la, la la la la la
La la la la, la la la la la
People need hope, people need lovin'
People need trust from a fellow man
People need love to make a good livin'
People need faith in a helping hand
La la la la, la la la la la
La la la la, la la la la la
La la la la, la la la la la

LYRICS
Last night I had the strangest dream
I sailed away to China
In a little row boat to find ya
And you said you had to get your laundry cleaned
Didn't want no one to hold you
What does that mean?
And you said
Ain't nothin' gonna to break my stride
Nobody gonna slow me down, oh no
I got to keep on moving
Ain't nothin' gonna break my stride
I'm running and I won't touch ground
Oh no, I got to keep on moving
You're on the road and now you pray it lasts
The road behind was rocky
But now you're feeling cocky
You looked at me and you see your past
Is that the reason why you're runnin' so fast?
And she said
Ain't nothin' gonna break my stride
Nobody gonna slow me down, oh no
I got to keep on moving
Ain't nothin' gonna break my stride
I'm running and I won't touch ground
Oh no, I got to keep on moving
work me over
(Never let another girl like you) drag me under
(If I meet another girl like you) I will tell her
(Never want another girl like you) have to say, oh
Ain't nothin' gonna break my stride
Nobody gonna slow me down
Oh no, oh no, I got to keep on moving
Ain't nothin' gonna break my stride
I'm running and I won't touch ground
Oh no, I got to keep on moving
Ain't nothin' gonna break my stride
Nobody gonna slow me down
Oh no, oh no, I got to keep on moving
Ain't nothin' gonna break my stride
I'm running and I won't touch ground
Oh no, I got to keep on moving
Ain't nothin' gonna break my stride
Nobody gonna slow me down
Oh no, I got to keep on moving

"Let's Twist Again" is a song written by Kal Mann and Dave Appell, and released as a single by Chubby Checker. One of the biggest hit singles of 1961, it reached No.8 on the U.S. Billboard pop chart (No.3 on Cash Box) in August of that year and subsequently reached No.2 in the UK in the spring of 1962. The song refers to the Twist dance craze and Checker's 1960 single "The Twist", a two-time U.S. No.1 single (in September 1960 and again in January 1962 on re-release).

Lyrics
Come on everybody clap your hands
Ah, you're looking good
I'm gonna sing my song and you won't take long
We're gonna do the twist and it goes like this
Come on let's twist again like we did last summer
Yeah, let's twist again like we did last year
Do you remember when things were really hummin'?
Yeah, let's twist again, twistin' time is here
Round 'n around 'n up 'n down we go again
Oh baby make me know you love me so and then
Twist again like we did last summer
Come on twist again, like we did last year
(Twist, yow)
Who's that, flyin' up there?
Is it a bird? No
Is it a plane? No
Is it the twister? Yeah
Yeah, twist again like we did last summer
Come on let's twist again, like we did last year
Do you remember when things were really hummin'?
Come on let's twist again, twistin' time is here
Round 'n around 'n up 'n down we go again
Oh baby make me know you love me so and then
Come on twist again like we did last summer
Girl, let's twist again, like we did last year
Come on twist again, twistin' time is here

Lyrics
Clair, the moment I met you, I swear
I felt as if something, somewhere
Had happened to me
Which I couldn't see
And then, the moment I met you again
I knew in my heart that we were friends
It had to be so
It couldn't be no
But try as hard as I might do, I don't know why
You get to me in a way, I can't describe
Words mean so little when you look up and smile
I don't care what people say
To me you're more than a child
Oh, Clair
Clair
Clair, if ever a moment so rare
Was captured for all to compare
That moment is you
In all that you do
But why in spite of our age difference do I cry?
Each time I leave you, I feel I could die
Nothing means more to me than hearing you say
"I'm going to marry you"
"Will you marry me, Uncle Ray?"
Oh, Clair
Clair
Clair
I've told you before, don't you dare
Get back into bed
Can't you see that it's late
No, you can't have a drink
Oh, all right then
But wait just a minute
While I, in an effort to babysit
Catch up on my breath
What there is left of it
You can be murder at this hour of the day
But in the morning the sun
Will see my lifetime away
Oh, Clair
Clair
Oh, Clair
"Get Down" is a song by Irish singer-songwriter Gilbert O'Sullivan, from his 1973 album I'm a Writer, Not a Fighter. Released as a single, it spent two weeks at the top of the UK Singles Chart in April 1973, was also a number-one hit in Ireland for three weeks and was a top-ten hit in the United States and Canada. The song was originally used by O'Sullivan as a piano warm-up tune, but was eventually extended into a full song and released as a single; O'Sullivan recorded and released the song as a change from his more melancholy pieces.
Believed to be an order from O'Sullivan to his dog ("Get Down!"), the singer is actually referring to a girl in the song behaving as a dog jumping on him, hence the request to "get down".

Lyrics
Told you once before
And I won't tell you no more
Get down, get down, get down
You're a bad dog, baby
But I still want you around
You give me the creeps
When you jump on your feet
So get down, get down, get down
Keep your hands to yourself
I'm strictly out of bounds
Once upon a time, I drank a little wine
Was as happy as could be, happy as could be
Now I'm just like a cat on a hot tin roof
Baby, what do you think you're doing to me
Told you once before
And I won't tell you no more
So get down, get down, get down
You're a bad dog, baby
But I still want you around, around
I still want you around
Hey hey hey
I don't give a damn
And I'd like you, if you can
To get down, get down, get down
You're a bad dog, baby
But I still want you around
Once upon a time, I drank a little wine
Was as happy as could be, happy as could be
Now I'm just like a cat on a hot tin roof
Baby, what do you think you're doing to me
Told you once before
And I won't tell you no more
So get down, get down, get down
You're a bad dog, baby
But I still want you around, around
I still want you around, mmm

Lyrics
It's over now you've had your fun
Get up them stairs go on quickly
Don't run
Take off your shoes the both of you's
Leave them down outside the door turn the landing light off,
No wait, leave it on it might make the night that easier to be gone
And in the morning who'll be wide a wake and eating snow flakes as
Opposed to those flakes. (We Will) We Will (We Will) We will
That afternoon we spend the day with uncle Frank (remember?) and
His wife auntie Mae well do you know since then I've recieved
Up to four letters all of which repeat the same they say
Thrilled to bits can't believe you came we relived it both
Over time and time again and if there's
Even a chance or even half you might be our way
Would you promise to stay (We will) We will (We will) We Will
Yeah.yeah.yeah
Oh its no easy pretending that you
Cannot hear once you've suffered the reflections within
It's no use in an ending to proclaim from the start that the
Moral of the stories to begin.
On Sunday next if the weather holds we'll have that game
But I bagsy-being-in-goal not because I'm good
Or because I think I should it's just that well at
My age I think standing still would really suit me best
Do we all agree?
Hands up those who do hands up those who don't
I see well in that case will we please be kind enough if not
On Sunday to go to mass on Monday (We will) We will
(We will) We will yeah yeah (We will)
"Mamma Mia" is a song by the Swedish pop group ABBA, written by Benny Andersson, Björn Ulvaeus and Stig Anderson, with the lead vocals shared by Agnetha Fältskog and Anni-Frid Lyngstad. It is the opening track on the group's third album, the self-titled ABBA (1975). The song was released in September 1975 as its sixth single. The song's name is derived from Italian, where it is an interjection used in situations of surprise, anguish, or excitement. It corresponds to the English interjection "my, my!" (which can indeed be found in some lines within the song) The song was ABBA's first number one in the UK since "Waterloo" in 1974.
This was one of many ABBA requests from @takaprawda6049 Hope you like it !! takaprawda
The Intro, solo and ending played on my Sons Gibson Les Paul Standard with 20 year old duff strings !
I wish he would change them but guess he is waiting for me to do it ! LOL
The main tune was played on my PRS Custom 22 Birds 10 top through an Alesis Quadraverb Q2 with EFTP patch 0-36. I added a bit of compression from a Boss CS-2 on the PRS and a bit of distortion from a Jeds Peds Fuzz No 44 on the Les Paul.
The Backing track was FREE on YT from Sing King here :- youtube.com/watch?v=1YN5Emwwoss
It was the only one I could find without residual vocals or backing vocals left on there.
Many thanks Sing King !!

Lyrics
I've been cheated by you since I don't know when
So I made up my mind, it must come to an end
Look at me now, will I ever learn
I don't know how, but I suddenly lose control
There's a fire within my soul
and I can hear a bell ring
(One more look) and I forget everything, whoa
Mamma mia, here I go again
My, my, how can I resist you?
Mamma mia, does it show again
My, my, just how much I've missed you?
Yes, I've been brokenhearted
Blue since the day we parted
Why, why did I ever let you go?
Mamma mia, now I really know
My, my, I could never let you go
I've been angry and sad about things that you do
I can't count all the times that I've told you we're through
And when you go, when you slam the door
I think you know that you won't be away too long
You know that I'm not that strong
and I can hear a bell ring
(One more look) and I forget everything, whoa
Mamma mia, here I go again
My, my, how can I resist you?
Mamma mia, does it show again
My, my, just how much I've missed you?
Yes, I've been brokenhearted
Blue since the day we parted
Why, why did I ever let you go?
Mamma mia, even if I say
Bye-bye, leave me now or never
Mamma mia, it's a game we play
Bye-bye doesn't mean forever
Mamma mia, here I go again
My, my, how can I resist you?
Mamma mia, does it show again
My, my, just how much I've missed you?
Yes, I've been brokenhearted
Blue since the day we parted
Why, why did I ever let you go?
Mamma mia, now I really know
My, my, I could never let you go

"Just When I Needed You Most" is the title of a 1979 hit single by the American singer-songwriter Randy VanWarmer.
VanWarmer was inspired to write "Just When I Needed You Most" by two events: his old car, that he loved and used for years, broke down on his way to work in Denver, Colorado, and he experienced a "devastating" breakup with a girlfriend. He wrote the song six months after that breakup, co-writing it with Tony Wilson of the group Hot Chocolate two years before it became a hit.

Lyrics
You packed in the morning, I
Stared out the window and I
Struggled for something to say
You left in the rain without closing the door
I didn't stand in your way
Now, I miss you more than I
Missed you before and now
Where I'll find comfort, God knows
'Cause you left me just when I needed you most
Now, most every morning, I
Stare out the window and I
Think about where you might be
I've written you letters that I'd like to send
If you would just send one to me
'Cause I need you more than I
Needed before and now
Where I'll find comfort, God knows
'Cause you left me just when I needed you most
(You left me just when I needed you most)
You packed in the morning, I
Stared out the window and I
Struggled for something to say
You left in the rain without closing the door
I didn't stand in your way
Now, I love you more than I
Loved you before and now
Where I'll find comfort, God knows
'Cause you left me just when I needed you most
Oh yeah, you left me just when I needed you most
You left me just when I needed you most
This was a request for @aranyaofficial7082 (Aranya) who is a guitarist and YouTube subscriber from India.
He wanted the Shadows version of this song which is one of their rare vocals but I didn’t want to lose subscribers by singing ! Lol So with friends help we removed the vocals and made a BT for guitar.

LYRICS
A little bitty tear let me down
Spoiled my act as a clown
I had it made up not make a frown
But a little bitty tear let me down
You said you were leaving tomorrow
That today was our last day
I said there'd be no sorrow
That I'd laugh when you walked away
A little bitty tear let me down
Spoiled my act as a clown
I had it made up not make a frown
But a little bitty tear let me down
I said I'd laugh when you left me
Pull a funny as you went out the door
That I'd have another waiting
And I'd wave goodbye as you go
A little bitty tear let me down
Spoiled my act as a clown
I had it made up not make a frown
But a little bitty tear let me down
Everything went like a planned it
And really put on quite a show
In my heart I felt I could stand it
Till you walked with your grip through the door
A little bitty tear let me down
Spoiled my act as a clown
I had it made up not make a frown
But a little bitty tear let me down
A little bitty tear let me down
"Runaway" is a song by Irish family band the Corrs, released in September 1995 as the debut single from their first album, Forgiven, Not Forgotten (1995). It had middling chart success except in Ireland and Australia, peaking at number 10 in both countries. It was also an adult contemporary hit in Canada, reaching number two on the RPM Adult Contemporary Tracks chart and number 25 on the RPM 100 Hit Tracks chart. On the UK Singles Chart, it originally reached number 49, but a re-release in 1999 saw the single reach a new peak of number two on the same chart.

Lyrics
Say it's true, there's nothing like me and you
Not alone, tell me you feel it too
And I would runaway
I would runaway, yeah, yeah
I would runaway
I would runaway with you
'Cause I have fallen in love
With you, no never have
I'm never gonna stop falling in love (with you)
Close the door, lay down upon the floor
And by candlelight, make love to me through the night
'Cause I have runaway
I have runaway, yeah, yeah
I have runaway, runaway
I have runaway with you
'Cause I have fallen in love
With you, no never have
I'm never gonna stop falling in love with you (with you)
And I would runaway
I would runaway, yeah
I would runaway
I would runaway with you
'Cause I have fallen in love
With you, no never have
I'm never gonna stop falling in love with you
Fallen in love with you
No never, ever, I'm never gonna stop falling in love with you
With you, my love
With you, with you

Säkkijärven polkka (Finnish pronunciation: [ˈsækːiˌjærʋen ˈpolkːɑ]; "the Säkkijärvi polkka"), also called the "Karelian-Finnish polkka," is a well-known folk tune from Finland that is very popular with Finnish accordionists. It was especially popularized by Viljo "Vili" Vesterinen (1907–1961).

Lyrics (English)
The land of Karelia is a beautiful memory
But we still resound from what we ate
When you can hear the caller's fingers
Säkkijärvi polka
That polka brings back memories of the past
And that strange longing for the chest
Hello, caller, let the accordion play
Säkkijärvi polka
It takes young and old to dance
There is no comparison to that polka lie
There is a mierontie with it
Säkkijärvi polka
It has flapping in waves
There's a wobble to it
Karelia is ringing - everyone knows it
Säkkijärvi polka
Come, come girl, dance with me now
When the polka sparkles so delicately
Hi! The horse will die and the tooth will be knocked out
When it miraculously has a bigger head
Come, come, girl, dance with me now
So we have joy and summer weather
Säkkijärvi is gone from us
But of course there was still a polka
When the most beloved beaches have been left behind
So the traveler finds comfort in strangers
When you listen to the music, you feel nostalgic
Säkkijärvi polka
That polka is just, but kind of
To the road it leading to memories
It is in harmony with the beauty of Karelia
Säkkijärvi polka
It takes young and old to dance
There is no comparison to that polka lie
There is a mierontie with it
Säkkijärvi polka
It has flapping in waves
There's a wobble to it
Karelia is ringing - everyone knows it
Säkkijärvi polka
Come, come girl, dance with me now

Hi! The horse will die and the tooth will be knocked out
