Crashday 99,999,999 Stunt Combo normanhayward 2014-09-16 | This my first video of Crashday™, I hope it's adequate.In Crashday. with the right setup, you can get an insane combo. The maximum for a stunt combo is 1 below 100 million. There is also a 64 combo limit, so the limit is really difficult to reach. I reached it with a big setup (as you can see in the video) and even with the setup it is difficult. The way I got it is if you drive on the roof of a farmer's home, it gives you a stunt bonus, but, you can drive on the rooftops of multiple farmer's homes in a row and get a super big combo without having to worry about the combo limit. It took me about 3 minutes to perform this stunt. I'm not sure if anybody else has done this yet but it is cool.
Spore Civilization Stage Speedrun 9:17 (segmented) normanhayward 2014-09-14 | Part 4 of 5 of my Spore speedrun.This is my civilization stage speedrun. I had really bad luck on the world, I started with fewer spice geysers than average (the average is about 6 I think). Other than that, it was pretty good.At the end I performed something called Fanatical Uprising skip to skip 2 civilizations. Since I used Fanatical Uprising, the speedrun category is probably any%.Next is the Space Stage speedrun, that's going to be interesting. My goal is under 30 minutes, which sounds a little bit crazy but the current world record for the Space Stage is 33:03, I think I can do it.

Spore Tribal Stage Speedrun 9:49 (segmented) normanhayward 2014-09-01 | Part 3 of 5 of my Spore speedrun, done in 4 segments. Civilization Stage and Space Stage speedruns will be coming soon.I don't want to say much about this stage because this stage is my least favorite. At 4:45 I use fireworks which skips part of allying with that tribe.The final time, excluding loading screens and the time between segments, is 9:49. With save penalty it would be about 9:51.You may also notice the beginning of the last segment starts pretty quickly, this is because I started recording at the last possible second, which I didn't do well at the beginning of the last segment.
Spore Creature Stage Speedrun 11:08 (segmented) normanhayward 2014-08-30 | Part 2 of 5 of my spore speedrun, done in 5 segments. Tribal stage and other stages will be coming soon. The time is based on gameplay time, not total time, the time between segments and loading screens will not count towards the final time. Also, there is a half second penalty for each segment added, so I think my final time with save penalty would be 11:10 (which is still the world record).I should also explain some of the tricks. You might notice me moving around quickly, this is a trick I like to call Quick Flying, the trick is so simple you can learn it just by watching the video. You might notice me speeding through social situations, this is something I like to call Social Skips, the way it works is pretty complicated, I'll have to test that trick a little bit more before I can come to any conclusions.Next speedrun is the Tribal Stage, and my goal is under 12 minutes, which might sound crazy but with my previous speedruns being so quick, I think I can do it.Quality issues: you may notice a few quality issues while watching the video. The first one is the wrong color glitch which turns certain creature red and blue. Another thing you might have noticed is that my cursor doesn't move during the stage transitions, this is most likely an issue with my game recorder.

Creature stage and all the other stages will be coming soon.The time starts when the stage is finished loading, so the brief pause I did at the beginning of the run counts towards the time. Also, the final time doesn't include the time between segments, so basically, the time only tracks the gameplay time (with a few exceptions). But, the final time doesn't include save penalty (0.5 seconds added for each segment excluding the first one), including save penalty, the final time would be a 3:51.Spore is a very difficult game to speedrun because of it's RNG and the save system. Due to this, some segments take up to 50 attempts to get a good time on.

My Spore is Broken? normanhayward 2014-08-19 | I encountered this weird problem, I don't know if it has something to do with mods or maybe my Spore files were slightly edited or something, or maybe nothing's wrong and everything that happened is supposed to happen. Spore Adventures - Solitude III, The Empress (Read Description) normanhayward 2014-07-03 | If you are seeing a decrease in video quality that's because I had to lower my graphic settings in the pursuit of reducing lag. Even with graphic settings lowered, I still got quite a bit of lag (especially during the dialogs), so I had to remove the lag in the editor because I don't tolerate that type of content. The only problem is, I'm not a professional at removing large lag spikes, so that might explain some parts of the video. I left the dialogs themselves unedited because the lag actually gives more time for reading the dialogs. Edit: As I was reviewing the upload, I realized that some of the lag wasn't shown in the editor, thus I couldn't remove it.
