Virtual reality headsets have tons of accessibility features but seemingly none of them that support laying down in bed. Almost every headset has some basic screen repositioning but that doesn't help you with the menus in app. The Oculus Quest had a hardware level laying down support that was later removed. Vive has nothing that works at the moment. Health Update 2: Babesia Boogaloo Drift0r 2023-12-28 | My long health journey may actually be coming to an end soon. I received a confirmation for my diagnosis of babesia infection and completed the standard treatment protocol. Basically, I had to take some really strong antibiotics for 2 weeks. It appears that the cause for many of my health issues may have been a parasitic tickborne illness called babesiosis.
