Red Right Hand - PJ Harvey | Crimson Peak (Trailer Music w/ Sound Effects) LightNeverFades 2015-02-17 | This is the official song used in the first teaser trailer for Crimson Peak, but with the added sound effects from the actual trailer.+ Song is called 'Red Right Hand' by PJ Harvey, which is a cover of the original by Nick Cave.- I thought the original song was good, but the added sound effects (the spooky breaths and the epic thudding sounds) is what made the trailer so exciting to watch, so I thought I'd experiment. XD And the fact that this show not only focuses on interesting concepts about 'What if zombies rose but are given a cure for their rabid behavior, thus making them human? How will people live on and adapt with this new alteration in their lifestyle?' but also because it focuses on discrimination.I love that Simon's not all 'dark' cause he's technically not the villain of the story. Both sides of the story are quite relatable and there are certain scenes in this show that are really believable as well. Kieren's between that line of 'two shades of humanity vs the undead', but with each cruel act pulled upon his kind, he teeters closer towards Simon and I just think this is so fascinating and guh, just perfect! :P Seeing as we don't really know where Simon's *true* allegiance lies, I kept the ending a little open-ended! I know the next episode's going to rip me apart cause I really don't want these two to get hurt (or hurt each other, cause Simon's getting shady orders from his boss I think NUUU!). But I love these two so you can expect more vids to come! XD+ On a side note, I'm really quite happy how this vid turned out! I really love Hannibal and Will's relationship and how it seems to progress with each episode (fangirl translation: BOYFRIENDS AND PURE RAINBOW LAKES). *ahem* I wanted to show my interpretation of what Hannibal and Will offers for each other - even though one of them is not aware of it. Seeing as sentences would make it probably harder to express what my scattered brain had in mind, I'll just dot down my thoughts here. In this vid, it's Hannibal.- Hannibal and Will are both lonely human beings - not by nature, but forcing themselves in a way to protect a part of them that they don't want the public to know. And yet they crave company when it's not there.- Hannibal feeds Will his kills not just to amuse himself and feel empowered by this action but also to elevate Will's status in a way.- Will draws out the bloodlust in Hannibal unintentionally- Both of them are capable of violence, one of whom already is a creature adept in concealing oneself... Inflicting horrors with timed accuracy.- Bullets fall... the same way people die.- Hannibal coaxes Will to immerse himself deeper into the psychopaths psyche- But in the end what Hannibal does is not only give a potential insight into the dark but also gives him the choice to save a life, to see the light at the other end of the tunnel.
