I'll be back in a few months to tidy this category up, but I want a break from this game.FAQ:What are you playing this on?I am playing this on a Playstation TV with a Dualshock 4 controllerHow come there is no cooldown between Genocide Jack's charges?That is a glitch called Infinite Charge Glitch (ICG). Basically, when you do a level 3 charge (with the square button) and let go of the charge, with the right timing, if you press the circle button than square, Genocide Jack will move forward a bit after the charge then be charged up for another attack.
