Scotlands Mountains 2023-05-31 | Some times the good summits days happen when you don't expect them and sometimes the expected good summit conditions fail to happen (even when forecast). This video is a tale of Yin and Yang when I expected a fine mountain sunset , but was left disappointed , only for the next morning to come up with the goods ;) On Day 2 I saw the conditions and just had to go without stopping for breakfast. Heading up There! | Is this Scotlands Finest Mountain ? Scotlands Mountains 2022-09-28 | Stob Dearg on Buachaille Etive Mor at the head of Glen Etive and en route to Glen Coe is probably one of Scotland's most famous mountains. On this trip I head up it a way I have never ventured before and have some quality time with my lad. Never made the True Summit | Trickiest Summit on Mainland Scotland ? Scotlands Mountains 2022-09-14 | We went to have fun on Scotland's best wee mountain but decided not to tackle the true summit today. A reason to return with a rope for the wee man in the future.... Although not too difficult (Grade 3 scramble) a misplaced foot placement was too risky for us both to attempt the bad step today (there is a big drop!). See below videos of other times I have attempted this when on my own. An Unnerving Wild Camp | Strange Skies and Scary Eyes ! Scotlands Mountains 2022-08-24 | A rather unnerving and scary night on the wild camp. After the biggest pinkest moon rise I have ever seen, I woke an hour before my (very) early alarm call. Looking outside and I was treated to something I have never seen before- an amazing sight! However things got a little strange and scary after this as I started noticing voices then eyes and barks !
