I started working on this TAS like 3 months ago and honestly it should've been shorter, but I had to change my set-up soooooo many times just to get this right. It didn't help that some set-ups were impossible, and it literally took me doing them for several hours to realize. Glad I finally did it and pretty happy with the editing on this, hope you enjoy.

The animation and character designs were not made by me. This video and the format was made by myself, with the help of DesktopFolder who motivated me and guided me in the right direction for the non-data pack related aspects of this project, and who graciously took screenshots and loaded the world for me (using a script of course).

Explanation and Details:
Minecraft 1.18 updated world generation to let you use data pack files to change and create your own terrain. I used this system (along with a mod I made for efficiency) to make a world preset that generates all the frames of Bad Apple as terrain in one Minecraft world. Each seed has unique biome distribution and terrain, but it will always be in the shape of Bad Apple!! A script was used to teleport to each frame location and screenshot the terrain, which was combined to form this video.
There were 6572 frames spanning from -70,000 to 70,000 in the overworld. The frames were placed using a spiral function and each frame is a 1:1 scale of each frame of Bad Apple!! (at 360p, 30fps). It took 6 days to render all of the frames and the total world size was 100Gb at the end. There were also some hiccups (in the process we discovered a stupid crash that was unrelated to this project, and cost us like 2k frames worth of time).
Other than the obvious change to ocean/land biomes, the biome size absolutely needed to be increased to reduce the flashing which came from the transition from snowy biomes to literally anything else. This also happened with some of the peak biomes, so those were removed. But other than that, the biomes are pretty much the same.
Structures had changes as well to stop altering terrain, and caves were removed from the surface (as they often ruined terrain/created leaking water/aquifers, etc.).
The in-game transition was made using Flashback: modrinth.com/mod/flashback

In this video, I go over my latest project: Vanilla Stoneblock. This is something @tjthings had the idea to make, and we worked on this project together. We've been working on this for a few months on and off, getting different ideas for how we want the progression to go, what features we want, and solving solutions to long standing problems.

I only show 2 in this video: Superflat Dimensions Data Pack and Superflat Dimensions II Data Pack (this one has trees). That's because this is an Update video for them.
The other two are Flat Dimensions and Flat Dimensions with Caves.
Instead of being 4 blocks deep, they are a regular overworld flattened to y=64, so it has stone all the way to the bedrock at y=-64. Like mentioned above, they are also on the download page!

If you're concerned about the Bedrock, the two "Flat Dimensions" Data Packs above cover that issue. Otherwise structures like Ruined Portals, Trail Ruins, and Temples cut through the bedrock.
In this video, I'm showing off the new update I have made to my Superflat Data Pack. Last time I showed this off, the world was higher so slimes couldn't spawn. This update changes that, along with completely overhauling the portion below the bedrock, and some other changes.

In this video, I go over a Data pack I made recently that lets you use the Caves world-type again, featuring all biomes and foliage.
Additionally, I've made another Data pack called "Chaotic Caverns World" that is a lot more cave-y in the traditional sense and more challenging.
I've also made an additional Data pack for the End (which can be found on the Better Cave Worlds download page) which makes that dimension also generate as caves.

In this video, I teach you how to use my datapack I made for creating floating island worlds, very simple! The nether is also a floating island world by default, but you can change this easily.
If you try to create a floating island world in 1.19, you face a lot of issues even creating it, and when you do it normally doesn't have all the biomes, just river biomes. This adds all the biomes and structures back like in 1.18.
Additionally, by default the world goes from ~y=20 to y=184, but I decided to change this so it goes into the new negative y levels added in 1.18 (but not to floating islands). I also lowered the height to 160 because it was laggy and a bit too high.
I have not seen anyone else create a datapack like this for 1.19, but I am curious if anyone else has seen one.
It's going to be very easy to beat this but idc I just wanted to find a cool seed like this.

This does not work in 1.12, and it no longer works in 1.18.1.
Backstory:
A couple of days ago, I was in a VC in the AAdv Discord with some friends trying to look into more AAdv Tech. Recently, Supermanor had discovered Predictive Rodding by messing around using T_Wagz' Uneasy Alliance technique, and I was wondering if we could use Predictive Rodding to do Uneasy Alliance without any ghast transport at all. At first nothing was happening and we couldn't figure it out. Then we started to get it and thought it may only be lag related, as the timing was bad. Eventually, ExerSolver and Vasher, both independently pointed out that if you go back through the nether portal, the otherside stays loaded for 15 seconds. This was revolutionary because the first method we made to do this was dependent on chunk loading, and therefore on lag, which is inconsistent and had questionable legality. This new method (showcased in this video, and Realm's) is legal as it uses a separate game mechanic to leave the nether loaded without having to force lag to get the loading time correctly.
These moments make me so proud of our all advancement speedrunning community. FeelsStrongMan.
I don't like throwing. I threw this at some point and had to retry it. This design helps a ton with accidentally throwing. Hope it helps others, or at least inspires others to add some aspects to their own Star Trader if they choose to use TNT.
