Cody Munoz07/11/2015 Yuma, AZ Footage begins @ 0:50 The helmet camera used in this video is NOT a GoPro, but a Drift HD Ghost action camera. Driver of the car apparently broke his ankle when he went to the ground, which is why I'm told he did not go to jail. He has multiple charges against him including endangerment, threatening, and assault. Myself and the police officers I spoke with clearly believe he was under the influence of something. Court date pending.
Update 07/13/15: Police department officials have told me that they are still waiting for blood test results to come back to determine what if anything was in the guys system, I will keep everyone posted.
Update: 07/14/15: Thank you everyone for the positive comments and support, I have read most of all of them. Special thank you to all the Motovloggers who commented and shared my video on facebook and other platforms, you guys are the reason I decided to buy a helmet camera in the first place.
Update 07/16/15: I've been informed that on the day of the incident a police officer smelt alcohol on the man's breath, when asked if he had been drinking he admitted to having 4-5 shots of whiskey prior. His full list of pending charged are as follows: Disorderly Conduct x2 Endangerment x2 Threatening x2 Assault x2 DUI x1 The investigation is complete and has been forwarded to the state prosecution, I've been told it will take 30-90 days before he goes to court and/or is sentenced.
Update 11/05/2015: After several months justice has finally been served. The man who attacked my girlfriend and I back in July finally went to court. He signed a plea agreement to plead "no contest" to disorderly conduct and DUI. His sentence is as follows: -Serve 10 days in jail -Pay a fine of $2800 -Be forced to take an alcohol counseling class -Unsupervised probation for the next 3 years, during that time he is not allowed to consume or possess alcohol. -Have an ignition interlock device installed on his car. -If he violates his probation he will do 6 months in jail. If you ask me, he got off easy...but at least something was done. I do not feel bad about exposing him as I hope this video will help warn new and old riders of how quickly a bit of road rage can get out of hand.

I removed it prior to taking my bike into the dealership to limit the amount of work they would have to do to remove the fairings (if needed), and the sound instantly went away. I took it to the dealership anyways just to have them listen to the bike in general and they said it sounds normal. They test road it said it was an excellent running bike. Thank you to everyone who offered advice, I really appreciate it!
Looking to see if anyone can offer their opinion on what the cause of this noise is that I'm experiencing.
I'm well aware of the "Yamaha Tick" and I know what that sounds like, but this new noise is a concern to me.
It occurs in all of the following clips between 7-8k RPM.
Three weeks ago I had the valves inspected and adjusted at 26k miles (what the manual recommends) and also had an APE manual cam chain tensioner installed by a certified Yamaha dealership.
Any thoughts or advice would be very appreciated, thank you.Almost dropped my bikeCody Munoz2015-08-09 | Recorded on: 06/13/2015 Lake Elsinore, California
I nearly dropped my bike like a fool while attempting to make a U-Turn on a very steep incline. It doesn't look as steep on video, but I can assure you it was, and definitely the wrong place to make a slow speed U-Turn. Luckily I was able to dig my foot into the ground to prevent myself, my passenger, and R6 from saying hello to the asphalt.Rush Hour Lane Splitting: San Clemente, CACody Munoz2015-07-11 | Recorded on: 6/14/15
This is just a short clip of my first time lane splitting (with a passenger) in California. I had traffic similar to this all 3 days I was there but had no issues. The local California riders were a lot faster than I, but I took it easy as I had a passenger and was new to filtering in this level of traffic.Drunk girl pushes over my motorcycle for no reasonCody Munoz2015-05-07 | ...Corvette thumbs up, bad drivers & moreCody Munoz2015-03-29 | Observations of a motorcycle rider in Yuma, Arizona.Abandoned House - Yuma, AzCody Munoz2014-04-06 | R6 AdventuresGs500F Fly ByCody Munoz2013-05-15 | ...GS500F Headlight IssueCody Munoz2013-04-10 | When your headlight bulb burns out does the indicator light not come on as well?
