I thought they would have gone for a slower song, but the fast one they went with was just as great and still did exactly the type of editing I expected from this team. DarkLullaby111 was really the powerhouse of this collab, with her exquisite use of zooms, and black and white colorings showing the fine line of despair and hope, yet brings it back. Tearoh did an excellent job opening and closing the collab and always lives up to his use of Avatar and really shows the emotional struggle of the characters in the series. XCelebion defiantly seemed to capture the hope part of her shows with great use of overlays and text. Though some parts at certain times either miss beats or hold on a clip for a bit too long, it does not take away from the loveliness of the Collab. Each editor put a great spin on their parts and showed off their editing skills brilliantly! Maria - I basically interpreted the color to mean character development. I wanted to show how the characters from the shows I vidded developed because of someone special to them that helped them change. Hana - Hana kind of took a similar route as me trying to show how characters changed throughout time and showed their humility towards the people that they loved and cared about. Bianca - Bianca two parts have different interpretations. Her first part (Part 2) is showing the color as something that can be seen as magical and creative, as if expressing themselves. Her second part (Part 8) is showing the faith and devotion that the two characters have towards each other despite the hardships they faced. The use of two candy editors and a raw editor was a risk for this team, but using ThunderrVolt as a 'bridge' between Haru's and Faunstara's differing candy edits was clever and well done. Though some beats were off and some more effect/text/overlays could have been used at some parts it does not take away from the brilliance of the Collab and the great idea of how black was portrayed in the collab.
