You will note when he reads from Gesenius, that he only deals with one part of a two part statement. AncientHeb. ignores the 'constructio ad sensum' part and confuses it with the second part of the statement when the predicate precedes the subject. Constructio ad sensum is dealing with the 'sense' not the predicate preceding the subject, which is grammatical.
