Sunset at the Glacier Lagoon in Iceland #shorts Iceland with a View 2024-01-31 | How unreal is this sunset?! favorite places in Iceland.One of my all time Flashback to 2020 at the start of COVID, I was quarantined in my house and thought, "where is ONE place in Iceland that I want to go right now?" The answer came right away: the glacier lagoon.So the next day my husband and I hopped in the car and drove 4.5 hours straight to one of our favorite places in the country. We spent THREE HOURS walking around, sitting by the shore, watching the seals, and taking in the stillness and quiet.When the sun went down, somehow everything became even more magical. This video is from 10:32 pm in late April.And yes, we were the only two humans around. It was incredibly emotional and special and something we will never witness again.
