Green Gnosticism pt 2: Calea Zacatechichi - The Mexican Dream Herb, Oneirogens, Etc Sacred Serpent 2024-10-06 | Calea Zacatechichi holds a special place in my heart. It was one of the first oneirogens that caught my interest, as well as one of the first that I began experimenting with. In highschool art class, I met & became close friends with a budding psychonaut whose interactions & communications I had with became fertile inspiration for myself eventually becoming a psychonaut. He was a senior when I was a freshman & at the time, I was always fascinated with what he would tell me about his experiences with mind opening compounds. In hindsight, these interactions acted as a necessary initial step on my journey into the realm of power plants & sorcery.He told me to go to a website called Erowid. I remember eagerly waiting to get out of school so I could log into AOL & check out the webpage. These were the golden days before we all had literal pocket computers ( cell phones ) & couldn’t just log onto the internet 24/7. I spent hours searching through erowid when I should have been sleeping. I would read information about Artemisia Absinthium, & became deeply fascinated with the “ Green Fairy 🧚 “ & the mystical aura & buzz surrounding the Wormwood containing alcohol, Absinthe. I remember reading about Wormwood’s (Artemisia Absinthium) oneirogenic qualities, & this led to a deep, unquenchable thirst for learning about Oneirgenic herbs. While searching about oneirogenic herbs, I stumbled across information online about the Mexican dream herb: Calea Zacatechichi.I saved up a week’s worth of lunch money & purchased a bag of Calea Zacatechichi on eBay. I didn’t just want to read about dream herbs (oneirogen’s), I want to directly experience them. Erowid at the time, & it likely still does, was full of information about Calea Z, & there were quite a few testimonials of people writing about their experiences with the herb. The one thing that stood out the most about the herb was that 90 % or more of the reviews about the herb had one thing in common: the herb worked for increasing vividness in dreams, almost to the point where it was uncomfortably intense. Compared to other oneirgens I read about, Calea seemed to produce tangible results when brewed & ingested properly.A week or so later my bag of Calea showed up, & I couldn’t wait to try it. Excitement led to some degree of hesitation when it was time to consume my first homemade Oneirgenic potion 🧪.“ Will this hurt me? “ “ Will I have a bad trip ! “ I remember thinking to myself. I pushed aside the fear, & boiled the dried herb according to a recipe guide I found online. I still remember the way the herb looked, how it felt in my hands, & the absolutely bitter taste of the finished brew. To this day, I don’t think I’ve ever consumed a herb as bitter as Calea Z. Even wormwood & bacopa don’t come close to the strong bitterness of this herb & unlike many bitters, after you’ve drank Calea tea, it’s hard to get the bitter taste out of your mouth. It lingers for an incredibly long time & I remember almost puking while trying to slam my first Calea potion. This was before I developed an iron gut & was still a pansy about consuming things that don’t taste “good.” Now I have no issues consuming bitters. It’s funny how our taste buds change over time.I drank the brew, went to sleep, & was stunned at the results. It was true! Calea did work. People online werent just exaggerating. It was the real deal. Even though my first experience with this herb led to a night of some of the worst nightmares I’ve ever had, I was fascinated by it. I did not wake up feeling the nightmares were typical bad dreams. I did however feel a closer connection to the plant & felt like it induced these uncomfortable dreams for an intentional purpose. In fact, I remember, over a decade later, feeling that the plant gave me those nightmares in an attempt to teach me something, & thus I continued to exepriment with the herb.The nightmares I had with Calea Z were so frequent that I have often referred to it in my videos as “ nightmare herb.“ Calea became a very interesting plant to me, & led to me learning about different oneirgen’s such as Mugwort (Artemisia Vulgaris), Silene Capensis the African dream root, & Guayusa (Ilex guayusa.)I have always wanted to create a section in a garden dedicated only to Oneirgenic herbs. Desire has now become a reality & I now have various Oneirgens growing. Once I get the herbs to reach maturity, I plan on making a beautiful secret garden of Oneirgens, outfitted with statuary corresponding to dreams, as well as elemental sigils etc.I do indeed hope that my posts & videos about gardening can inspire you to begin walking the green path. This was a major accidental verbal slip up, as there are actually trillions of cells in the human body/organism. All of our cells contain what are known as organelles. Organelles, according to the National Human Genome Research Institute, can be defined as "An organelle is a subcellular structure that has one or more specific jobs to perform in the cell, much like an organ does in the body. Among the more important cell organelles are the nuclei, which store genetic information; mitochondria, which produce chemical energy; and ribosomes, which assemble proteins."Our cellular network is therefore full of multiple units (organelles) which each have their own unique functions within the human body. Many of you are just as lucid to this fact as I am & see the insanity unfolding all around us. Now, more so than ever, it is vital that we start to take care of our health. There is no more time for excuses. It is the cultural norm here in the United States, to eat garbage food constantly. Not only is the quality of the food at an all-time low, but people also eat it 3-5 times a day. Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner! Never miss a meal so sayeth the system architects. We have been told since the time we were young enough to comprehend words, that we must eat 3 times a day, that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, & that fasting is not healthy. I don't eat breakfast or lunch other than a few times a year, if that. I have been intermittent fasting for over a decade & it is one of the greatest health secrets of all time. Fasting allows our body a much-needed break from constant digestion of solid foods. Fasting helps lower blood sugar, and initiates a biological process called autophagy. Autophagy is turned on in the absence of calories, & aids our body in the recycling of dead or damaged proteins, genetic waste, etc. The key to fasting is AUTOPHAGY! Become familiar with word & research it. Constant eating puts strain on the digestive system & if gluten is eaten regularly, which most Americans do, intestinal villi are damaged. Gluten intolerance/sensitivity is very common. In fact, many people will go their entire life suffering from various symptoms directly related to and or caused by gluten and never know it. Luckily, more and more people are beginning to connect the dots and are realizing that gluten, a family of proteins found in grains & starches such as wheat, barley, and rye, does not cooperate well with the human body, and when consumed, can cause a whole host of issues. The main problem with Gluten is how difficult it is to digest. There are 2 main proteins found in gluten: gliadin, and glutenin. These proteins are very difficult for the stomach acid to break apart and predigest prior to them entering into the small intestine for nutrient absorption. The main purpose of the stomach is to break things apart and predigest food so that the small intestine can absorb liberated nutrients that the stomach broke apart for easy absorption. Because the stomach has a very difficult time breaking apart gluten proteins, they enter into the small intestine whole and cannot be absorbed properly by your intestinal villi. Villi are absorptive tissue that line your small intestine and their primary role is to absorb nutrients and ferry them into the bloodstream so that they can reach your vital organs, etc. Because these proteins do not absorb in the small intestine, they tumble through the small intestine undigested and wipe and and kill your intestinal villi. Over time these means that you will not be able to absorb nutrients properly regardless of what you eat. In order to recover from this damage done to your villi from Gluten you must get off of it entirely! No more sympathy for this baneful food! Get off all the gluten containing grains and starches, as well as food additives, pasta's etc for 6 months and watch how you transform!

I prefer laying down or in a chair. Allow all of your muscles and bones to relax and make sure to get comfortable. Become aware of your breathing and after 30 seconds or so - intentionally freeze your body from moving entirely. Do your best to not move an inch regardless of how agitated your mind gets. When first learning to do this your body may begin to sweat and get hot. This is entirely common, and you should just ignore it. You may also find that your body begins to itch profusely and that your skin feels a pulsing sensation. This to is normal and will fade away as you get better at this exercise. Your body has been programmed to never fully relax and be still and it will get upset with you when you try to freeze all of its movements. By learning to freeze your body you will begin to remove years' worth of muscle memory programming that is non beneficial to your wellbeing. You can do this exercise with or without doing the full body relaxation exercise first. Become comfortable with your breathing and attempt to enter a state without thoughts. Simply try not to think or feel anything. As you do this you will come into contact with your internal dialogue - a constant stream of thoughts, feelings, appetites, appetites, etc. Simply acknowledge these foreign installations and observe them as if you are watching them outside of yourself. Don't stress out and get upset because you cannot enter thoughtlessness. What we are attempting to do with this exercise is locate our inner dialogue so we can see what it is saying to us. As you observe the foreign installations try pushing them away to enter no thinking. Do this for 5 minutes and stop & take notes on what you heard, felt, observed, etc. The more you do this the more you will get comfortable with it and you can do it upwards of 30-60 minutes. The power plant Kratom can be a very effective aid with this exercise, and I have a video where I discuss this in great detail. By doing this exercise frequently and taking notes on what you hear, feel, etc during the exercise - you will be able to notice the kinds of thoughts, etc. that are constantly playing on auto pilot in your mind. Modern flower essences were developed by Dr Edward Bach in the 1930's. As a young man he was always drawn to flowers, their energy, and their stunning beauty. Flower essences were his life’s work, & he invented the well-known “38 Bach flower essences/remedies.” These iconic 38 essences are still used to this day. In fact, more people use them today than when he invented them. Although Dr Bach is often credited as the father of flower essences, their use predates Bach's remedies. In fact, flower essences were used in ancient Egypt. Papyrus scripts indicate that essences of flowers were used for a variety of uses. In the 12th century, Abbess Hildegard Von Bingen is recorded as using flower essences by way of using Muslin sheets over flowers to collect their dew. Edward Bach also collected morning dew off of flowers and used them.Flower essence crafter Machelle Small Wright says that flower essences are "water-based solutions holding electrical patterns derived from the different kingdoms & elements of nature." I find this to be an excellent definition. Flowers all have their own unique characteristics such as color & shape, lighting requirements, energy, as well as their own unique biological make-up. My journey into the realm of using flowers for healing started with red hibiscus. I began drinking this as a tea over a decade ago, & I still drink it regularly to this day. THE MAGICAL PASSES, TENSEGRITY, & TOTAL ENERGETIC RECONFIGURATION THROUGH ENERGETIC REDEPLOYMENT Sacred Serpent 2024-08-31 | Many people believe that in order to assimilate the wisdom contained in the 10 + books Castaneda wrote, they should read through them as fast as possible. This is a grave mistake and is often how people handle attempting to digest wisdom. Reading as many books as you can doesn’t mean squat if you don’t get anything from them. Practice is different from research. There should be an equal, dynamic flow of both. Because magical passes are one of Castaneda's last books prior to his death, most people who read Castaneda won’t get their hands on this book until close to the end of their reading journey with Castaneda's material. I highly suggest reading the first book in the series: The Teachings of Don Juan, in tandem with reading through magical passes while learning to master the movements. I also suggest watching tensegrity volume one while learning some of the movements. A link to volumes 1,2, & 3 of tensegrity can be found at the bottom of this post. Doing the magical passes will help liberate calcified energy and will begin to slowly shift your assemblage point. This will make understanding Castaneda's work much easier as you work through his 12 books. As long as you are working with the magical passes, you can now proceed to work through all of his books while deriving much more benefit from it than if you were not. Many readers of Castaneda's work enjoy reading the books but fail miserably to apply the wisdom. I can understand why. There’s so much of it in the various books that it can be daunting just to figure out where to begin. When you read the first book you will come into contact with the code of the warrior. This needs to be integrated and actualized in one’s life. It’s not meant to just be read about. The warrior's code is shared throughout all the books and is quite extensive. If you learn to live like a warrior, your life will change in dramatic ways. This does not mean your life will get easier. In fact, on the path of knowledge, there are abundant traps and pitfalls. This is why failing to apply the warrior's code while on the path is not acceptable and can even lead to some bad things happening in your life. Be wise and stay vigilant.I suggest diving right into the magical passes/tensegrity programs. These are various bodily movements designed to break stagnant energy within the luminous cocoon of energy. The best way to do this is to pick up a copy of Castaneda's “magical passes “. You can get these for as cheap as 4.85 on eBay with free shipping. You're also going to want a copy of the magical passes DVD and the tensegrity DVDs. These usually aren’t cheap, and as an alternative, you can find all three tensegrity programs, as well as the magical passes DVD video, for free on YouTube. I suggest downloading the clip grab app so you can download these videos to your device. There’s a good chance these will be taken down, so download and save them to a hard drive while you still can.To my knowledge they are no longer printing the tensegrity as well as the magical passes DVD. They will, over time, become scarce. You can alternatively find the DVDs on VHS. From a collector's standpoint it would be wise to buy the DVDs and the VHS.However, the VHS would easily get destroyed if you are a serious practitioner of Castaneda's magical passes and tensegrity programs. When these programs were recorded, they did not leave long enough spaces between the moments for the viewer to be able to absorb and study the movements. This is especially true on the magical passes DVD. This forces the viewer to rewind the tape/DVD often. Because of this, downloading the YouTube copy of both the tensegrity program and magical passes is the best way to go. This makes rewinding easy and it won’t ruin your tape or DVD. I have placed all the tensegrity programs and magical passes in the links below. I would suggest starting with tensegrity volume 1. Learn some of the moves, get good at them, and practice daily, even if it's only for 5 minutes.Over time your body will adapt and inspire you to keep learning more of the movements. The Serpents Kitchen: BONE MARROW VITALITY ELIXIR RECIPE 🦴 Sacred Serpent 2024-08-28 | This basic formula can be modified in a myriad of ways, to change the desired outcome of what the elixir provides those who consume it. For instance, by way of the addition of 2 particular ingredients, this formula can be used to invoke and maintain a deep state of sublime relaxation. I will discuss more on this later, & if there is enough interest, I will share modified versions of the formula. This formula is absolutely delicious & tastes better than ice cream. Raw bone marrow tastes like sweet butter, and makes the texture of this potent elixir devine. I will talk more about the health benefits of the marrow in an upcoming video, but for now I want to keep the recipe concise & to the point. DISCLAIMER: ALL FORMS OF RAW ANIMAL FOODS POSE SOME RISK BY CONSUMING THEM. FOR MY OWN SAFETY I MUST INCLUDE A DISClAIMER EXPLICTLTY STATING THE ABOVE, & THAT I AM IN NO WAY ADVISING THE CONSUMPTION OF RAW BONE MARROW, OR ANY OTHER RAW ANIMAL FOOD.Now, on to the recipe. INGREDIENTS1. Grass fed & grass finished beef marrow bones. These aren’t always the easiest to come by, but with a bit of searching, you should be able to acquire a large bag of these for relatively cheap. Due to a recent spike in nose to tail eating, the cost of marrow bones, especially those that are grass fed, has gone up considerably in the past few years. My local sprouts farmers market sells bags of these for a staggeringly high $12.50 per bag. These used to be around $7. You typically get 5-7 ( sometimes more ) bones in each bag. The specific bag of bones I most often use can be found in the picture section attached to this thread.2. Goats milk. Alternatively you may use cows milk, but ideally goats milk 🥛 should be used. Goats milk is much more assimilable by the human body and is better suited for human consumption in comparison to bovine milk. Sadly, I did not have any on hand so I opted for the less optimal choice of cows milk. I use between 1 and 1-1/2 cups. If you add too much, the end product will be too liquidy, & not thick enough. Consistency is key to this recipe. 3. 2-3 organic quality raw eggs. Duck or chicken eggs can be used, with duck eggs being the better option of the two. 4. 1/4 to 1/2 or 1 full fully frozen banana ( frozen for 24 hours ). Fully frozen bananas are the key to the proper consistency or this drink. If the bananas aren’t frozen solid, the drink will not taste anywhere near as good as it should. I suggest getting 10-20 ripe organic bananas, & freezing them so you have them on hand. I suggest adding a 1/4 of a frozen banana at first, and adding more after your initial blend to reach your desired consistency. Depending on the sIze of the banana, you may need more or less.5. A small handful of organic blueberries . The addition of these is not necessary, & I suggest making the drink without them prior to adding them. This way you can gauge the flavor. You may find that you enjoy the drink far more without them, or, with them. Blueberries are adding for their DNA reparative properties, powerful pigments, & energizing carbohydrates. HOW TO MAKE1. First you will need to thaw a marrow bone until the marrow can easily be pushed out of the bone with minimal effort. To achieve this, take a bone from the freezer, and leave it in the refrigerator in a covered dish for 2-5 hours. I personally leave mine out of the fridge entirely, for roughly 30-60 minutes before it is able to be removed from the bone. 2. Add your raw eggs, milk, & banana. 3. Blend for at least 30 seconds, preferably with a high-power blend such as a Vitamix, ninja, or blend tech. 4. Serve in a special chalice, not just some silly common mug or cup. Ideally this will be consumed while in your inner temple. More on this later. TIP: SAVE THE BONES AFTER YOUR MARROW IS REMOVED FOR MAKING STOCK. SIMPLY PUT ALL USED BONES IN A PLASTIC FREEZER BAG FOR LATER USE.

Ginseng is one of these things. I have been quietly experimenting with ginseng for over a year now, every single day. I wanted to keep my mouth shut about it until I gave it a thorough and deep test/assessment. After over a year of daily consumption I can say that ginseng extract is one of the most powerful energy promoting herbs in existence. It really is remarkable. I recently decided to get off of it to see how it effected my energy levels. After 2 weeks I felt entirely run down & depleted. In this video I share with you a simple ( but somewhat time consuming ) way to begin generating extra money. This extra cash can then be placed into a savings account. Another great way to begin saving extra money is to save at least 10% of everything you earn. This may not sound like a sizable enough chunk of money to merit placing into a savings, but little steps toward a healthier financial future can amass great rewards in the long term. Therefore, when possible, make sure to save at least 10 % of all income that you generate. You can even start a side hustle dedicated entirely to saving money. Instead of only placing ten percent in your savings, you could alternatively place 50-100 % of your income in your savings account with a designated side hustle intended with the sole purpose of generating extra savings 💴.I suggest starting an eBay store & getting serious about it. This may seem like a daunting task at first, but I can assure that if you start with a basic goal of listing 10 items, you will see just how easy it is to begin listing things and turning them into a steady income stream.
