Heaven Studio is by far the most popular tool to make remixes nowadays, but back in my day RHRE3 was the GOAT, and remixes used to look like this. I wanted to upload a remix using this program for a while, and now you have it here! The theme for the games chosen is obviously games that aren't currently in HS (excluding endless games and rhythm toys). I think that every single one of them is beautiful and deserved their time to shine.You know, making remixes with a ''goal'' or ''restriction'' (in this case using games that are exclusive to RHRE3) felt great. I usually don't like having restrictions while making remixes, but idk... Making this made me feel something that I used to experience in the past. But the song was not the best part: the best part was the performance, when Windows95man was ''pantless'' and everything in stage was synched perfectly with the cameras so you couldn't see his you know what. IT WAS HILARIOUS. Finland was absolutely robbed this year, and last year honestly too, it deserved to win. I decided to make this remix because I think that Finland deserved more recognition this year (and don't get me started with San Marino, OH MY GOD IT WAS SO GOOD). I had the audio done for this remix in my drive since maybe last summer or even spring, but I was too lazy to make the visuals for it. Luckily, the other day motivation decided to make its annual appearance and I actually managed to finish this. Uh... Kind of. The ending is whatever since the music just stops, but I couldn't find a version of this song without the screams and with a proper ending. I'm guessing you can't have the best of both worlds (or maybe you can... what's that? Here's a sort of fun fact: I like to imagine remixes while listening to music, that way I can kinda imagine the final result, and I already had 100% planned Berlin Byways' ost BEFORE IT WAS RELEASED IN THE BOOSTER COURSE PASS. Yes, almost ONE YEAR AGO. It's insane, I know, that's why I'm so happy and proud of this remix.Well... Not super proud. Ok, I promise this isn't me being the most pessimist person in the world and I promise I have self-esteem, but I also like to see what I did wrong so I can improve it in the future (I also like to keep track those things that I do right too, both are really healthy to do if you don't exaggerate them). This remix SOUNDS really great, but the visuals could've been a bit better, but I did whatever I could since once again, I haven't tried RH modding yet (I really should but I need to see first). I feel like some parts aren't exactly centered with the audio, if you know what I mean? This course is pretty boring but the music is fire, and I decided to make the remix kinda chaotic, like I did with Sky High Sundae. 2 mediocre courses with an amazing soundtrack. If the course itself isn't great, at least I will try my best to make the remix good, don't you think? That way the tracks can get a lot more love. And yes, I used The Bon Odori! It's a really difficult game to use, but I think I used it right... Or at least it doesn't sound like garbage... I HOPE? Exhibition Match was really fun to use and it fits like a glove, plus the minigame itself actually tooks place in NY! Using it for that reasong wasn't planned, but the opportunity was golden so I had to stick with it 100%. The next remix will be Berlin Byways because it was requested a long ago. Ranking every Rhythm Heaven minigame from WORST to BEST 0Nath6 2023-08-03 | Here is every Rhythm Heaven minigame and remix ranked from worst to best! I made this list probably a year ago or so, but I didn't knew what to do with it until a few days ago. That was when this video was made! Using clips for each game was a... decent idea? That way it can be understanded by everyone, it took a very few effort to edit and it's way shorter and entertaining to watch than a commentary video (at least imo). But even if I wanted to make a commentary video... It would've been impossible. Those take A LOT OF TIME AND EFFORT, plus not having english as your native language makes it even harder. It's just a very "big no" in my case, although I would've kinda preffered it over this (not saying that the final result is garbage, I just like the other idea more). Here are 3 things that I forgot to say in the beggining of the video:1. Even though I make Custom Remixes, the scores have NOTHING to do with that: I ranked the games and remixes normally without thinking about CR at all. Ranking a game thinking about them would've been unfair in my opinion. 2. If two or more games got the same score, I just ordered them the way I thought was better. I mean, even though they have the same score I would still prefer one over the other, don't you think? 3. Most games got remade in Megamix. So which game versions I ranked, the originals or the remakes? Well... Both of them. I just ranked my favorite version of the 2. For example I ranked the Megamix version of Fan Club 2 because I think it's better than the DS version, but I ranked the original version of Rhythm Rally because I think it's better than the newest one. The audio itself was very difficult to make, for some reason I kept using games that other Waluigi Pinball remixes used. Seriously, it did happen A LOT. Kitties, Shoot-'em-up, Super Samurai Slice and more... And also I coincidentally used them in the EXACT position that other remixes used them. Great minds think alike, I suppose. But that wasn't the worst part. The worst part was exporting the remix. For some reason the black parts betweem games of the video glitched. I... I don't know how to explain it, but you can see what I'm refering to in the Sky High Sundae CR (should I reupload the video to fix it? i dunno). Luckily I managed to fix it in this video, but it was VERY annoying to do. Never again (it will happen again). also the video should be 1080p but idk if yt actually cares.There are only 3 remixes from Wave 2 remaining: New York, Mario Circuit and Kalimari. At first this song was very "meh" to me, I just didn't like it that much, but yesterday it appeared randomly in my Spotify playlist and MAN IT WAS GOOD. While I was listening to it I just wanted to make a remix really badly, so I did. I was tired and all of that, but my brain just said to make a remix and I did it in no time! It was really fun to make and I'm proud of it. Rap Men! It's a very hard game to use in most remixes, but I decided to not be a coward and I used it. I think it fits decently well with the theme of the song and it sounds good. Speaking of fitting with the theme of the song: no, I decided not to use Fillbots or Screwbot Factory. They just didn't sound good, and I always try to prioritize "quality" over "this game is funny here so I will use it despiste it not sounding that good". But anyway, I kinda like the selection of games, I think it's varied. I used the original versions of Tengoku's and DS' minigames because... A friend of mine asked for a Custom Remix with this music, but they asked me that when I was with NRH so yeah... NOW I can finally upload it! I really like it!This was my very first time using Rhythm Studio. At first I was super confused with everything, but honestly the program is really intuitive and easy to use (not sponsored). BUT the audio was made in RHRE3 since Bouncy Road isn't in HS yet (I used Bouncy Road Mania for the visuals) and the same can be said about Shoot-'em-Up (I used the RHM clip pack). I exported the audio from RHRE3, then I remade each segment with BRM and HS and the I merged it all with an editing software. It really needs to be that complicated? Probably not and there may be an easier way to do that, but who cares. Also, yeah, I decided to make a silly transition with that Space Dance segment. Oh, yeah, I need to explain the Second Contact dialogues. In the spanish translation, the farmer thinks that the interview is Tinder or something like that and he explains that he wants a martian girlfriend or something like that for some reason? Sequels and prequels are not included, but Sick Beats is. It may be and endless game, but it is, nonetheless, a game.Q6 asks about endless games. Remakes do not count (like Coin toss in Megamix for example: only the original counts), but 2 player games do. Manzai Birds is included despite being playable only in the japanese copy.Q7 is a simple operation. This particular sequel was made 2 DAYS AGO. I had another music prepared for WD2, but the music didn't fit that well and it sounded really bad. The music was fire, but it wasn't designed for a game like Working Dough. Luckily, a week ago I decided to use... The same music from WK1...? Yes, this was an improvised idea and not the original one. It's really different from WK2 in RH Fever BUT that's a good thing since that sequel is literally the worst game in the entire franchise. When I'm editing the audio to match it to the video I notice some lag, but when I repeat that specific lag moment the lag is suddenly gone.
