At one point in 1995 Keebler (Whom ironically was owned by United Biscuits at the time) took part on expanding well-loved chocolate biscuit bar from McVitie's in the UK ''Penguin'' to America, and was described there as ''cookie bars'' just to fit in with Keebler's consumers.Like the UK ad, this also featured the same exact footages of real penguins (And yes, they kept Murray as a name for one of the penguins), but with a different vibe.I'm pretty sure that their attempt was short-lived as it either due to the bar itself didn't suit the style of the brand for the Flowers' ownership or it didn't find any successful brand recognition for Penguin bars in the states compared to how it forever did in Britain for many years.
