This is a glitch called 'Universal Gravity Block Conversion' (UGBC) where it allows you to convert regular falling blocks (sand, gravel, etc) to any random block in the game -- including the end portal. The odds are not particularly favourable, calculated to be 1 in 3311, but it is possible.

Now, why do we instantly go to the credits upon entering the end portal? Well, while turning back into a solid block, it is still a falling block for a tick, leading it to enter itself (effectively duping itself in a loop), which is why you can see another end portal at 0:45.

The glitch used is called UGBC (Universal Gravity Block Conversion) it is a known glitch since 2020, however it was only done consistently in the end gateways, this is until Slh discovered a method around a month ago where you unload a falling block and relog at 2 very specific moments to get this glitch anywhere in the world.

In this TAS, I relogged once when the pearl landed, which is out of the sand's loaded area, and once after I clicked respawn immediately, which caused the glitch to occur.

The reason I beat the game after I entered the end is because falling blocks exist 1 tick after the block exists. The end portal was a falling block and before it got deleted from existence, it managed to enter the end through its own block and let me beat the game.
