Powerfoyle Vs Glass - The effects of solar cell integration on power

Exeger 2024-07-02 | Comparing indoor solar cells can be a challenge and for companies, the only power metric that matters is how much electricity reaches the battery.

Here, we measure two different solar cell technologies - Powerfoyle and glass-based amorphous silicon solar cells (the kind found in calculators and some remote controls).

The difference between loose cell measurements and post integration measurements is staggering - up to 50% loss in efficiency for glass-based solar cells, virtually none for Powerfoyle.

Exeger wins best project of the past 25 years

Exeger 2017-06-01 | On May 30 2017, in Brussels during the EU Green Week, the LIFE programme presented Exeger with the award for EU-LIFE best of 25 years in the climate action category. The LIFE programme was started in 1992 and this year marks its 25-year anniversary.
