The MCU used to have great movies that could respect comics and now we are stuck with mediocre trash. The truth is that the MCU is dead and movies like Thunderbolts are gonna be inevitable flops. So that leaves you with a choice to embrace the true version of the superhero, ala the original marvel comics from the 60s, 70s, 80s, or to reject capesh*t entirely. The world of indie comics like TMNT, Grimjack, Jon Sable, Judge Dredd, and basically every other great comic from 2000AD or any other company is really worth your time.
