SD card readers speed differences MarkusPix 2023-06-08 | BE SURE TO USE UHS-II cards and readers. SD card readers are not all the same in transfer speeds. Some are much slower than others and could make the difference between 1-2 minutes and almost an hour! I found micro-SD does not transfer that much faster and USB-C or USB-3 does not transfer faster than old USB in many cases.
