This week, three brave young boys are celebrating their very first days at home with their families after months and years as captives of Joseph Kony. Because of their courage, our dedicated teams and partners in central Africa, and your support, these boys are finally home -- just in time for the holidays. We could not have imagined a more perfect holiday gift to offer you than a story of freedom & family, made possible by your generosity.

The release of this exclusive video is to support Invisible Children’s 2014 Musician Coalition.
The Musician Coalition is an army of passionate artists, brands, and partners who believe that no child should live in fear. It is a community that has committed to owning the responsibility of protecting those who cannot protect themselves. Using their time, talent, or money, the members are investing in an emergency communication network that is radically transforming lives in central Africa.
We are taking the lead by further developing our current Regional Communications Network of HF, FM, and Shortwave Radios, which connects remote communities and broadcasts instructions for escape to LRA members to dismantle the LRA from within. With these efforts, we can expand our coverage of this system further into remote communities, invest fully in the future of the region, and begin tackling other major social issues. 79% of LRA members who defect cite these revolutionary programs as the primary reason for their escape.
If you are inspired to continue this life-saving work through the power of music and radio, donate at invisiblechildren.com/donate/. And as always, thank you.

Invisible Children and DTJ present They Came At Night, a story about an abducted child soldier in central Africa. The film is shown to communities throughout the region who are at constant risk of attack or abduction by Joseph Kony's Lord's Resistance Army (LRA). The goal is to equip these communities to protect themselves and help LRA members safely surrender.
Story by: The men, women and children in DR Congo, Central African Republic and South Sudan who shared their experiences of loss and survival. Their unified desire for peace inspired this story.

Vicky was kidnapped with three others by Joseph Kony's LRA in 2003. Vicky is the only one still missing. Last her father heard, she was being used as a babysitter for Joseph Kony's children. Despite everything, her father still hopes that one day she will come home.

Thank you to the many Invisible Children supporters around the world who have donated and fundraised for this incredible project. Because of this new radio tower, increased "come home" messages that encourage safe escapes will be sent to over 100km and widen the network of protection, helping thousands of people in the region get closer to a life free from LRA committed atrocities.

This video was shot on campus at UCLA during Invisible Children's 2013 Fourth Estate Leadership Summit on August 9th. It serves as a thank you to all of those who contributed $25 or more to the #zeroLRA campaign - that's enough to print 25 "come home" fliers. Each flier has escape instructions for the men, women, and children being held hostage by the Lord's Resistance Army (LRA). The fliers are dropped from a plane over areas where LRA groups are known to be camping. And they work. 79% of people who escape from the LRA say that these "come home" fliers had something to do with it.
