I can see that a person is leap frogging their belongings ahead of a couple trucks that are confiscating / stealing the belongings and personal affects of the "illegal camp". This was on McLaughlin Blvd on a chilly windy morning in Portland Oregon. The sweeps are inhumane and are not the correct way to treat people. Its a failing tactic that waste tax payers money. This is an example of Human Rights and Capitalism abuse on the poor and houseless by the city of Portland. There are solutions.

Homeland Security and Cop Watching on 10th street 3 29 18 in Portland Joe Anybody 2018-04-09 | On 3.29.18 I seen a half dozen Portland Police cars and a Homeland Security vehicle on SW 10th street by the Galleria Max stop. I started filming at 5:39 PM. There were two men who were handcuffed. One in a stairwell corner and one already inside a police SUV. They were both taken from the scene by ambulance, there also was one handcuffed lady, who was released. I over heard (while filming) words like heroin, having warrants, a shooting under the bridge. I noticed three Target employees / security talking with the police. The one Homeland Security officer was standing and watching the handcuffed lady. He was not being aggressive or engaging, he casually slipped away unnoticed around 4 minutes into the video. I captured a police officer un-cuffing the lady and handing the handcuffs to the Homeland Security Officer at 3:58 in the video.The police totally ignored me as I filmed. (In the last minute of this video) I asked why there was a Homeland Security officer at the scene one cop told me he didn't know and to ask them. TAR SANDS VALVE-TURNERS - Speaking In Portland on 11-16-16 Joe Anybody 2017-02-02 | TAR SANDS VALVE TURNERS - portland 11-16-16On October 11, 2016, five brave climate activists, determined to act commensurately with the truth of unfolding climate cataclysm in the face of the failure of adequate policy, closed safety valves on the 5 pipelines carrying tar sands crude oil into the United States. This act of climate disobedience shut down 15% of US crude oil imports for nearly a day - a display of the sorts of shifts that are necessary to avoid complete cataclysm. In this light, the five valve-turners are standing by their actions, saying that they are not only necessary, but morally and legally justified to avoid the catastrophic harm caused to humanity by unprecedented climactic disruption. In order to ensure that the pipelines would be safely shut down, a call was placed to each company's emergency response and control number fifteen minutes before valve turners entered the sites, apprising them of the situation and giving them ample time to shut each pipeline down. All are facing felony charges with potential sentences of decades in prison and tens of thousands of dollars in fines, but the valve turners remain resolute: It was the right thing to do, because the consequences of inaction and climate cataclysm far and away outweigh the personal consequences. I see a older man swoop up close right behind two teenage girls. I thought he was either a real good friend or a creep. (a creep he was!) As I looked at his lower waist area I could see he was lightly pressed against the girl. I could see he was in fact a male and he was no doubt touching her. I turned the camera on but apparently didn't have it pointed up to capture the inappropriate touching. I then decide to face him from the side and I held my camera up towards his face ....he notice it and quickly turns and leaves. Man with umbrella hits Trimet passenger Joe Anybody 2016-12-13 | This man previously to this video clip swung an umbrella at a lady who then put her foot up to protect herself from this big loud man- whereupon this man grabbed her leg and pulled her off the seat. He threatened me and others before he left the Blue Max train 12/13/16 around 6:20am 3rd n Oak.He swings his umbrella at 0:59 and hits a person sitting by the door (camera doesn't show it but you can hear it)Prior to all this when this man got on he walked by my seat and whacked his umbrella on my seat and i spoke up up. He then 5 min later threw his empty coffee cup across the isle at some ladies sitting on the train, a lady next to me and I both called him out on it. That's when he attacked the lady next to me. (she is ok and so is the man who was hit by the umbrella)
