3-go to Robocop\saved\config\windows and open engine.ini file with any text editor.

-r.ReflectionMethod=x : x=0 : Disables Reflections completely. x=1:Lumen Reflections x=2:Screen Space Reflections.

-r.DepthOfFieldQuality=0 : Disables Depth Of Field completely.

-r.Tonemapper.Sharpen=x : Adjusts the sharpness of the image (better keep x between 0 and 1).

-r.Lumen.Reflections.Temporal=0 : Mitigates the noise in Lumen reflections, particularly when using DLSS.

-r.Lumen.ScreenProbeGather.Temporal.MaxFramesAccumulated=32 : Decreases the noise (or boiling) in Lumen Global Illumination.

-r.DynamicGlobalIlluminationMethod=x : replaces Lumen Global Illumination with alternative methods.
x=0 : Baked GI, x=1 Lumen GI, x=2 Screen Space GI.
*this one will negatively impact the quality of the game's lighting and cause a lot of darkness in most areas.

-r.shadowquality=0 : This will get rid of all shadows

"m_bVignette" : Vignette effect
"m_bDepthOfField" : Depth Of Field effect
"m_eSSAAMethod" : Changes Anti Aliasing method (0=No AA, 1=FXAA, 2=DLSS, 3=FSR)
"m_fSSAASharpening" : Controls the amount of sharpening.
"m_fFieldOfViewMultiplier" : This increases FOV as you raise it , max amount is 2.0.
(After changing the FOV , you have to enter the graphics settings menu and back out for it to take effect, It resets on reload & death so just enter the graphics menu again).
