Alien abduction, extraterrestrial encounters, PTSD, out-of-body experiences, remote viewing, Galactic Command, and a being she believes is still trapped somewhere on Earth. In this episode of The Paradigm Experience, I sit down with former Canadian Navy member and Department of National Defence worker Isabelle B. to hear how all of this became part of her life.

Isabelle emailed me her story, and I honestly didn’t know what to expect.

She spent 20 years in and around the Canadian military, including 13 years repairing submarines and warships. Then she began developing severe PTSD symptoms without understanding where they were coming from. Years later, experiences and memories she had mostly written off started coming back.

We talk about the night she says she woke up completely paralyzed with a gray being beside her, the strange things she remembers seeing in the room, ayahuasca and out-of-body experiences, alleged ET abductions, government involvement, genetic experiments, multidimensional beings, and what happened when she began trying to understand the experiences instead of ignoring them.

Then the conversation takes a turn...

Isabelle describes what she believes is a malevolent being currently trapped somewhere on Earth, why she thinks something else wants to retrieve it, and what happened when she attempted to interact with it herself.

An Ex-Astral Traveler Says Robert Monroe Was Tricked | And He Has Evidence

The Paradigm Experience 2026-06-15 | First off, I want to apologize for the audio on this episode. Sethlehem is a Christian who has had out-of-body experiences himself, but he strongly disagrees with the idea that astral travel is safe, spiritually neutral, or something people should pursue. His view is that many out-of-body experiences, spirit guides, astral realms, channeled messages, and even parts of the Robert Monroe story may be connected to deception, demonic manipulation, and what he calls “controlled simulations.”

He even claims Robert Monroe may have been manipulated into writing his books.

This episode touches on Robert Monroe, The Monroe Institute, astral projection, demons, Christianity, New Age beliefs, reincarnation, spirit guides, hell, judgment, faith, deception, and some sensitive subjects that may be difficult or offensive to some listeners.

As always, my job is not to decide what you should believe.

I don’t agree with every viewpoint shared in this conversation and I push back in places where I felt it was important. But I do believe these conversations matter because we should all aim to sit with people & ideas that we don't necessarily agree with. After the fact, I felt I had a lot more I could say but I got lost in the actual interview and sometimes my words don't come to me as quickly as I would like.

Alright so in this one I sit down with UFO researcher, author, and investigator Preston Dennett for a more, lets say grounded UFO conversation. This is why I like Preston, he approaches things with a scientific, logical mindset (hard to find in this space).

Ok... so this is seriously one of my favorite videos I’ve ever done.

In this episode, I sit down with Van to hear about her near-death experience, her out-of-body experiences, her life review, and the future visions she saw while outside of her body.

What makes this conversation so different is that Van doesn’t just describe what she saw. She literally shares her screen and shows us 3D models she has been building of the future technology she witnessed during her experience.

We got into DMT, consciousness, seeing beings, Robert Monroe, meditation, healing, ancient skulls, and the possibility that some altered states may be showing us something real instead of just generating hallucinations.

This is round two with Ra Cloud and it goes even deeper than the first one.

Ra is a self-described Navy super soldier who claims to be part of secret space programs that have been running for decades. He says he's been on missions, traveled timelines, and been inside craft most people only know from that famous Tic Tac video. Whether you believe every word or none of it, the man does not flinch.
