In cases such as this one, internal heating is not enough to take care of the laxity issues, so we had to perform a reverse tuck to pull the skin tight, better revealing her muscular definition while concealing the scars beneath her breasts. In addition to this, we did lipo of the stomach along with Renuvion J Plasma to get her as tight as possible before proceeding with the reverse tummy tuck AND a mini tummy tuck to achieve maximum tightness for her.
