I find it easy and quick to make when building these small houses. So this time I built a mobile home! I really like these kind of homes since its compact and practical too. Its all playtested so I know it all functions properly, even though the bed might not seem like it works I promise it does! I was thinking that you could lower the bed anytime your sim is going to bed (although you dont have to since the bed works raised up. And the dining table is tucked underneath the desks. So whenever you have company just pull it out and theres room for four sims! Thats all I have for you today. If you´ve seen my videos you know im not a big fan of big family homes. I like making small houses with just enough space for all the essentials. Well this time I went outside my comfort zone and built this house. It´s not huge but It´s a lot bigger than what I normally build. The only exeptions is when Im recreating something from movies, like Rivendell for example! But thats easy cause Im recreating. But trying to come up with somethigng on your own, thats hard haha! Rivendell | The Sims 4 Speed Build Part 2 Nicole Miriam 2018-09-07 | * ~¨ OPEN ME ¨~ *Hello friends! The long overdue build that is RIvendell is finally done! I started building this back in february, I´ve been building on and off but in total I had over 15h of footage to edit, and I didnt even record it all. Like placing all the rocks individually, all the bushes, trees and flowers, placing all those round carpets one by one as pathways.... Point is I spent atleast as many hours more building that I didnt record. But alas now I´m done and ready for my next big project! So feel free to leave suggestions below, although I have some ideas in mind already. Now I know this probably looks nothing like the actual RIvendell, because well, this is The Sims and the lot wasnt big enough even though I used the biggest one I could find (64x64). So just know that im aware that this is not a 100% replica! I myself am a huge LOTR fan and it pained me not to be able to make this 100% accurate. But nontheless Im okay with the outcome and If you think hard enough you can pretend this Is Rivendell haha! The elves only eat fruit and veg so thats why I didnt give them a stove in the kitchen. I also made sure they had a lil garden so they can grow crops and such. The building in the front to the right is where Isildurs sword lays. It was hard making that since we dont have any swords in the game... The building in the front to the left is where Frodo wakes up in bed with Gandalf sitting in the chair next to him. And the building in the middle in the back is Elronds house, (with Arwens bedroom). I think thats about it, so if you have any other questions feel free to ask in the comments. Today I was inspired by the classic red and white houses we have here in Sweden. Now this is not a Scandinavian style home by any means (allthough I might have drawn some inspiration from that style when decorating the interior). if you are interested you can Google "Swedish red & white cabin" and you will find plenty of photos! Oh and the reason why I decided to call it “Shoebox Villa” was that it’s square, compact and only has the essentials without too much extra space! I recently bought the Parenthood game pack thanks to my friend Ziminstead! She convinced me that the build and buy stuff were to die for. And sure enough, they were! Scandinavian Apartment | The Sims 4 Stop Motion Speed Build Nicole Miriam 2018-08-29 | * ~¨ OPEN ME ¨~ *If you saw my latest video you know that I love the scanidnavian interiordesign. Since I made a bedroom last time I figured I should do a whole appartment this time. In Sweden where I live It´s very common with one bedroom apartments, especially in Stockholm. Even though they are tiny they sell for around a million Swedish Kr. Which would be about 100 000 euros. This apartment in inspiered by one of those. Stockholm has some very old buildings with high ceilings, wooden panels on the walls and big windows. I´ve tried to incorporate the old swedish architecture with a modern scandinavian interior. As some of you may have seen on my twitter yesterday i posted a sneak peek of this roombuild i had going on! A lot of you seemed to like it which is awesome! On another note, some of you might know (also from my twitter) that im working my very hardest to finish Rivendell and to try not to make it into more than 2 parts. So that´s why I dont have time for more elaborate builds lately. If you want to know more about whats coming on my channel you should definately follow me on twitter! So back to this roombuild. I live in Sweden as some of you may know, and I´ve been wanting to build something with the Scandinavian interior style for a while now. It´s my favorite and if I could, my whole apartment would have this design! It´s very clean and neat, minimalistic, always wooden floors, white walls and plenty of plants. Secluded Glass House | The Sims 4 Showcase Nicole Miriam 2018-08-24 | * ~¨ OPEN ME ¨~ *Hi friends! It´s been a while! Sorry about that. Also sorry about this video, It´s just a showcase this time since I lost all the footage. But I do have the screenshots so I figured I´d still share what I have. It´s actually a challenge I created a while back and here are the rules summed up: All the walls have to be entirely covered with windows. It can be any window you like as long as it covers the whole wall and is 80% glass. The house can be any shape and size you like. Glass roofs only. You can use wall items but try not to cover up the walls too much. As I said, ALL the walls have to be covered in windows. (The walls on the inside too!) The challenge here is to make the house livable even though its literally see-through. Like the bath and toilet for example needs some privacy, be creative! This is not an official challenge but if you do try this out for yourself I´d love for you to tag me on Twitter so I can see your creations! My idea for this was that this house was from the 1800´s and was renovated, but they kept the shell of the house. So It's now a "renovated starter"! I was playing around with the different glass roofs the other day and came up with this neat little idea! I have seen pictures of triangle shaped houses before but nothing like this! Unfortunately, my recording software decided to auto-update in the middle of me building. I don´t know if its common in other places, (probably is) but in Sweden we have these greenhouses that we dont always plant stuff in, we also use them as a lounge area! Needless to say, its not ALL glass cause you would be cooking in there haha! Its normally a brick house that was converted using skylights and big glass windows! So since we got the update with the glass roofs I just couldn´t help myself. The only thing that kept coming to my mind was "post apocalyptic"! In my mind this build is a mix of the game Fallout and 60 Seconds. If you don´t know what they are I highly suggest you check them out! They are amazing, so amazing in fact that I decided to use some of the Fallout 4 radio soundtrack in this video! The ambiance in that game is outstanding and that´s what I tried to go for here! Another thing I had in mind for this was that the air is polluted and we humans can´t breathe without a gas mask. And the science lab by the entrance is where they are trying to develope a vaxine of sorts so they can go outside and breathe again and try to rebuild society. I´ve been wanting to share this project with you for quite a while now. For you who follow me on Twitter you might remember way back in february that I posted a sneak peek of a part of Rivendell. Many of you were exited and so was I, but life happens and I had a big move (halfway across the country) and a new job to focus on. I´ve settled in now and I have time to focus more on completing this massive build! Lord of the Rings as well as The Hobbit trilogies have a huge place in my heart, so of course I wanted to create one of the iconic places from the books and movies! I decided to make a second attempt at my House of Glass build challenge/tag! This time I wanted to incorporate a garden somehow, and decided to build a house around it! The garden is japanese inspired as is the exterior of the house, however we don´t have a whole lot of japanese furniture so I decided to make it more "modern" european style. But I tried to make it a little japanese inspired by having some yoga mats and such. Let me know how I did! The first timeI did this challene it was so basic and boring so hopefully this one makes up for that!
