StanFuzzHey everyone! I'm back after a while, with another hack based on Night of Doom, inspired by the final level of Super Mario Galaxy 2. It has only 1 star, but get ready for lots of new music as well!
Since this hack is incredibly challenging, I have also created a Lite version. This version has a checkpoint system after each completed stage, making it more accessible to most players. Enjoy!
Major thanks to: BroDute - for creating the original Night of Doom and QoL help. Asbeth - for making many of this hack's music themes. Mariocrash - for helping me a lot with this hack in general, as well as the trailer. Galaxtic - for allowing me to use his Super Mario Galaxy 2 footage.
Songs used for the trailer: - Super Mario Galaxy 2 - Boss Blitz Galaxy - Super Mario 3D World - Champion's Road

Exactly five years after first playing this hack, I return to show you a hidden ending. You can access this Bowser fight by exiting course, but the game will softlock if you exit while in the fight area itself. Also, in this ending, Mario oddly won't thank you for playing his game.

I wanted to practice some Mario's Nightmare 64, but didn't have access to my laptop for a bit, so I decided to play on Wii64 once again. I redid these two stages because I wanted to have both in the same video (due to their names on the old version), but I couldn't download my original footage. Definitely one of my least favorite levels ever in any hack, probably comparable to TAIC course 2 in terms of how bad it is. The main reason it wasn't fun is the length. Especially during the QSLG star, I was getting really sick of climbing the level over and over, only to choke the final part of the star again. On the bright side, this is now my longest walkthrough video ever!Super Mario Treasure World - Bowsers Land of Fantasy [No Save States]StanFuzz2021-01-15 | Super Mario Treasure World is a Super Mario 64 ROM hack made by Rambi_Rampage and TsucnenT.

This is quite the level, probably comparable to Night of Doom's course 15 in terms of difficulty. The most annoying thing about this level is that the hard parts are often at the end of stars (though Bowser 3 and TsucnenT's Dream will be even worse in that regard). This level is based on the Bowser stage from TsucnenT's Treasures 2, though this level is considerably more difficult.Super Mario Treasure World - TsucnenTs Dream [No Save States]StanFuzz2020-12-30 | Super Mario Treasure World is a Super Mario 64 ROM hack made by Rambi_Rampage and TsucnenT.
A very difficult stage that takes a long time to get used to. It starts out being pretty fun. The first three stars are quite easy, and the next three are moderately challenging, but they prepare you nicely for the brutality that is the red coin star...
After 55 seemingly endless hours spent on that star, I can proudly say that Treasure World is finally down, at long last! I'm happy to have completed this just before the new year. I wish you all the best!
However, the dark side of this grind also needs to be mentioned. I had five chokes with 22 red coins, and six with 23, of which two attempts died to the very final wall kicks. These chokes, while natural, were very draining considering the length of the star and the rarity of such attempts.
Unfortunately, during red coins I was called for dinner, and since I'd already gotten past thin wall kicks, I didn't want to quit. Of course, that was the one attempt that would go on to get the star. For the sake of the walkthrough, I've edited out most of these 25 minutes, only leaving in the sleep animations.
If anyone has a problem with this, I could always try getting the star a second time. For now, my plan is to move on to Mario's Nightmare 64!Star Revenge 2: Night of Doom - 152 Star Speedrun in 13:42:05 - Part 2/2 (WR - 13 November 2016)StanFuzz2020-12-24 | View part 1 here: youtu.be/3bh2uPTQaXg.

For the final reupload, let's have another look at the crazy lag Wii64 has to offer! Honestly, it feels impressive that I was able to play and beat these levels like that. You had to adapt to a new rhythm every time, just imagine the struggle...
This level was quite the deal back then, cause not only did it lag a lot, I also had to navigate the entire place by myself through the poor visibility. All of the stars took me quite some time, but despite everything, I enjoyed my time in here.
