Do This For 3 Days And Feel The Difference!Junga Health2026-09-14 | Tired of going to bed worried, waking up anxious, or feeling like life is focused only on what is missing? This simple gratitude habit may help you shift your attention away from lack and toward the good that is already present: name 3 things you are grateful for before bed and 3 things again when you wake up.
β β―Key Benefits βοΈ Helps shift your focus away from lack, worry, and negative thought patterns βοΈ Creates a peaceful bedtime ritual to end the day with perspective βοΈ Helps you begin the morning with intention instead of immediately reaching for stress or your phone βοΈ Builds a daily habit of recognizing what is good, meaningful, and supportive in your life βοΈ Supports a calmer mindset that can complement healthy breathing, movement, posture, and self-care habits
The 3-and-3 Gratitude Habit 1οΈβ£ Before bed: Pause for one minute and name 3 things you are grateful for from your day.
2οΈβ£ Keep it simple and real. Your answers can be as small as a warm meal, a kind conversation, your ability to walk, a good laugh, a comfortable bed, your family, a peaceful moment, or simply another day.
3οΈβ£ You do not have to pretend life is perfect. Gratitude is not ignoring pain, loss, stress, or challengesβit is choosing not to let them become the only thing you notice.
4οΈβ£ When you wake up: Before checking your phone, name 3 more things you are grateful for. These can be about your life today, people you love, your body, your opportunities, or the chance to make the day better.
5οΈβ£ Take one slow, comfortable breath between each item. Let your shoulders relax, sit or stand tall, and give yourself a moment to feel the words instead of rushing through them.
6οΈβ£ Repeat this routine every day. The goal is not perfection; the goal is to build a healthier habit of attention, perspective, and appreciation.
Get Started Today Beginner: Name 1 thing before bed and 1 thing when you wake up. Write it down if that helps.
Intermediate: Name 3 things before bed and 3 things upon waking. Keep a notebook by your bed or use a note on your phone only after you have paused to think.

In this video, I explain the real difference between Posture Therapy vs Physical Therapyβand why restoring your bodyβs alignment may be the missing piece for chronic pain, stiffness, poor mobility, and even shallow breathing.
β Key Benefits βοΈ Understand the difference between Posture Therapy and Physical Therapy βοΈ Learn why pain often returns when the underlying postural imbalance is not addressed βοΈ Discover how corrective exercises can restore posture and improve whole-body function βοΈ Find out which approach may be right for your goals, symptoms, and lifestyle
Remember: Proper Posture & Proper Breathing
Posture Therapy vs Physical Therapy 1οΈβ£ Physical Therapy is often focused on helping you recover function after an injury, surgery, illness, or specific diagnosis. It may include rehabilitation, manual techniques, strengthening, mobility work, and a treatment plan built around the affected area.
2οΈβ£ Posture Therapy is not Chiropractics, and it is not Physical Therapy. It teaches you the proper corrective exercises to restore your posture, improve your bodyβs function, and eliminate chronic pain.
3οΈβ£ Rather than focusing only on where you feel pain, Posture Therapy looks at how your whole body is functioning togetherβfrom your feet and ankles to your knees, hips, spine, shoulders, and head.
4οΈβ£ When joints are out of alignment, muscles compensate. Those compensations can lead to recurring pain, tightness, reduced mobility, poor balance, and inefficient breathing.
5οΈβ£ A personalized Posture Therapy menu uses targeted corrective exercises to help your body move toward better alignmentβso you are not simply chasing symptoms week after week.
6οΈβ£ The goal is to help you take an active role in your own progress: learn the exercises, practice them consistently, improve function, and build a body that moves and breathes with less strain.

Always consult your Doctor before starting any new exercise, breathing technique, or using a medical device."Release Upper Back/Shoulder Tightness, Improve Posture & Breathe Easier!Junga Health2025-12-04 | Do you struggle with rounded shoulders, tight chest, or slumped posture? This simple Standing Pectoral Press at the Wall (back against the wall with a towel roll resting between your knees) helps you open your chest, wake up your hips, and improve your breathing using only a wall and a towel.
β Key Benefits (What This Exercise Does)
β Strengthens chest (pectorals), front shoulders, and upper body β Gently wakes up the frontal hip muscles with a towel roll resting between the knees (no squeezing) β Helps reverse rounded shoulders and a slumped posture β Encourages tall, stacked alignment: heels, butt, back, and head on the wall β Supports diaphragm function by better stacking the rib cage over the pelvis β Great for seniors and all fitness levels as a gentle posture and breathing reset
π§ How to Perform: Standing Pectoral Press at the Wall
(Back Against the Wall, Towel Roll Between Knees)
Remember: Proper Posture & Proper Breathing
1οΈβ£ Feet squared and fist width apart
β Squared feet β Lightly pinch your shoulders (shoulder blades back and down) β Breathe: Blow and Lift on exertion β Go slowly and stay in control
Setup β’ Stand with your heels, butt, upper back, and head against the wall. β’ Place a small towel roll gently between your knees so it just rests there to wake up the frontal hip muscles (no squeezing or gripping). β’ Bring your arms into a βgoalpostβ position: elbows bent about 90Β°, upper arms out to the sides, and gently try to let the backs of your arms move toward the wall within comfort.
The Pectoral Press β’ Start in the open goalpost position and take a soft inhale through your nose. β’ As you exhale with βBlow and Lift,β bring your bent arms across the front of your chest, bringing the elbows together (or toward each other) in front of you. β’ On the next inhale, slowly open the arms back out toward the wall, gently trying to return the arms toward the wall without forcing or causing pain. β’ Feel your chest, shoulders, upper back, core, and hips all participating. β’ Repeat 8β12 times, for 1β2 sets, resting as needed.
Flow Controlled Breathing Tips β’ Inhale low and quiet into the lower ribs. β’ Exhale slowly through lightly pursed lips as the elbows come together. β’ Avoid breath holdingβkeep the breathing smooth, relaxed, and rhythmic.
π‘ Why the Towel Roll Between Your Knees? The towel roll is a light contact cue onlyβit simply rests between the knees to help wake up the frontal hip muscles and keep the lower body βonlineβ while you move your upper body. No squeezing, no grippingβjust awareness and gentle activation so this becomes a more integrated posture and breathing exercise, not just a chest move.
