In this video I talk about the differences between British and Spanish colonialism and how these shaped the societies that resulted. Many people only seem to understand the US context and apply this to everything else 1:1 without learning about them on their own terms, and this rarely ever works - here I explain why it doesn't work in regards to LATAM by looking at these histories.
